Favorite video game music?

What are some of your favorite tunes?
I think music in video games is something that gets a lot of recognition. I've heard people tell me that it's not real music. I tend to disagree. It may be easier to make, sure, but applying layers of digital sound like, and blending them together to make something melodic and pleasant, I think that takes a certain amount of talent. Of course, we all know the classics like Mario theme, and Zelda and so on, but I'm talking about songs or themes that you like, but maybe not a lot of people might not know. Like a specific stage music in a game, or a boss theme that you found particularly catchy. What are some of your favorites?
