It doesn't look like anyone else is gonna make the deadline, it looks like Tatsuki wins by default. Also, because Tat ruled that you can't be in both Strike Master and Summer Splash (for some reason) which starts in a week it doesn't really give people who have been contacted any reason to continue to get their match finished so they can progress and miss the PPV.

well the way it looks, we'll have to either extend the time line or cancel the event, unless people want to move on to the second round somehow.
