Janet paused, still a little confused as to what Layla could have thought of that was so funny, and then shrugged, not willing to press the subject with the other Native American girl. “Alright. Sounds…interesting,” she said with a shrug. Looking out into the hallway, she could see a nurse approaching their room with a clipboard. “Looks like we may be getting out of here soon.”

What she really was thinking about, Layla kept to herself until the time is right. Ewing the nurse, she would say, "We'll see, Janet."

As the nurse entered, she set her clipboard down on the bedside table between the two girlâ€s hospital cots, smiling at them as they eyed her. “The two of you are both doing fine. We took a look, and thereâ€s no evidence of any concussions or other major issues. Give us a few minutes to finalize the paperwork, and you should be out of here as soon as possible.”

"Great, thank you, nurse," said Layla with delight as she heard the nurse's report. It felt good to know they could be both out in at least less than an hour.

“Yes, thank you very much,” Janet said. With another smile, the nurse would take a quick scan of the room to make sure that everything was alright, before picking up her clipboard again and heading back out into the corridor to visit other needy patients.

"Well, that's certainly good news. We'll be out of her sooner than later." Layla though wasn't sure if she should tell her what she was really chuckling for.

Janet gave Layla a sideways glance, noticing that the other Native American girl still seemed to be preoccupied with whatever she had found funny a minute earlier. Janet sort of got the feeling that Layla wanted to tell her what exactly was making her crack up, so, turning to her, Janet would ask: “So, since it must have been so funny, do you want to tell me what exactly it was that you were thinking of before?”

Layla would just look at Janet and say, "Well, I was thinking Howie...it's just...Nah, I shouldn't say it."

Janet was a little confused when Layla began to say what was on her mind, than make an abrupt about-face and think better of it. “Alright, alright. If you want to tell me, you could, otherwise, thatâ€s fine, too.” She paused and laughed a little. “Better make up your mind soon, though, because weâ€ll be out of here in ten minutes or something.”

Layla sighed and said, "Okay, if you insist. I was thinking that you two would get along very well as he starts off his career. He might be very shy, but he can still surprise you. And since I not any of my friends know about hentai since we don't want to take part in it, perhaps you or someone else could." She would wait for Janet's response now that she's got that all out.
