Training in a forest cave

"I know you will give it your all, but rest a bit more so your back can't be the reason we have to end our sparing early." " You better stretch and limber up so you don't injure yourself by pulling a muscle."

Arasinya nodded and said, "Okay then, I'll rest a bit more." And she would go on to do just that. Resting against a smooth boulder, she would watch Xerxan as he continues his training. She really admired his strength and good heart that he could be a good ally on this journey.

Before he resumes his training he brings over to her the ration packets and water skin then gets his own to sit down to eat a morning meal with her. After he finishes he shows her the special stretching warm ups he does to keep his body limber and ready to spring to action.

Arasinya accepted the ration packets and water skin as she said, "Thank you, Xerxan." She would pray and eat so that she would be kept strong throughout the day.

Afterwards, Xerxan showed her some special stretching warmups to get her body going. She would try to follow the same as he does.

He watches her after a few tries get the hang of the warm up stretches seeing how she is moving better with little pain in her back from what he did to her before. He notices the rain has slowed to a light drizzle as he asks her "shall we go for a jog outside?"

"Oh, I would love to!" replied Arasinya cheerfully. She put her jacket on and strapped her boots in to make sure she can run well. "Nothing like basking in the joys of Mother Nature!"

When you are standing and ready he moves to the mouth of the cave then when you move in close he tries to playfully smack some dripping water at you before smirking then taking off at a light jogging pace along his normal path." Just follow me I know a nice clean path with little on the way of roots to trip either of us up if we don't see them first."

"ACK!" cried out Arasinya in surprise as Xerxan sent some dripping water flying to her face. Getting a little herself, she would follow her friend to smack some water at him herself as they jogged without him knowing it. "Alright, Xerxan, lead the way."

He leads through the path going several laps while barely dodging her attempts to smack some rain water at him. He seems to be a bit more relaxed than around her than he was when they first met. They actually do a few laps before returning to the cave to rest up where she now can see why he will be tricky for her to beat because of his continued workout routine.

After a few laps, Arasinya would go and sit on one of the nearby rocks to catch her breath. "Wow, Xerxan. I guess you've had so much training like this, that must be how you got such tremendous strength."
