Clyde Gastin Vs. Makie Akamatsu

Clyde had no idea Makie was still a tad bit flustered from the pin earlier, truth be told he couldn't deny how nice it was to lay against her, even if her brother was around, Clyde didn't care. And when he hauled up Makie to her feet and hugged her midsection, pressing his chest against her back with his chin on her shoulder, it was just as enticing. But Clyde was no creeper, he wasn't going to turn this into something that wasn't a wrestling a match. Even if there was tension.

Makie however was tough and not about to go down, Clyde grit as his teeth as he struggled with her, trying to hold her still but when she twisted her arm free and struck Clyde in the midsection, the cowboy grunted from the hit, releasing Makie and trying to follow up without letting her get away free as he leaped up and attempted to dropkick Makie's upper body directly after releasing her.

Makie clenched her teeth, breathing hard as she struggled with Clyde in an effort to get her arms free. Clyde was pretty strong, and his grip on her arms was hard to break. Things got even more hectic as she was lifted off her feet by the Cajun, her boots dangling off the ground. For a brief moment, she was uncomfortably aware of Clyde's body pressed up against hers, his chest pressing against her chin and pushing her head sideways...before her midsection was squeezed tightly. Her teeth remained gritted as she endured the pressure, the brief surge of pain taking her mind off the close contact. This close, punching Clyde in the gut would be out of the question, so she had to make do with a palm-strike to Clyde's chin. "Ungh!"

Then, finally, Clyde let her go. Breathing in relief, Makie was about to follow up on her success, but Clyde beat her to the punch, literally. His leg snapped up, nailing her hard with a drop kick. "Augh!" she cried, going down to her hands and knees, reaching one arm back to clutch her hurting back.

Outside the ring, Toshio leaned close to the edge, concern written all over his features. "Hang in there, Makie!" he called to his little sister, giving her moral support.

Nailing Makie with the dropkick, Clyde sat up, moving his jaw around as he shook off the stinging feeling he had from taking a palm strike to the chin by Makie. He looked over at her saw her down on the mat on her hands and knees with one arm clutching her lower back.

Clyde saw a chance and he knew he had to take it as he sprung up and tried to step on over towards Makie raising his arm high above his head before dropping down, attempting to fall down over her with an elbow drop aimed right across her lower back with the intent to keep Makie down. Literally.

"Sorry." He'd add if he managed to strike her.

Makie heard her brother's shouted encouragement as she clutched her back, and took a deep breath, willing herself to take her mind off of the pain-- just as Toshio, Kyo, and Midori had taught her. Doing this, though, gave Clyde all the time he needed to launch a further attack. Stuck on her hands and knees, Makie wasn't able to move quickly enough to avoid Clyde as he came dropping down, slamming his elbows, hard, into Makie's slender back.

"AUGH!" she cried as pain shot through her spine. She collapsed onto her side, still clutching her back as she flopped inelegantly to the side, trying now to roll away from Clyde and recuperate...

"...But a dude's gotta win!" Clyde later added after he slammed his elbow onto Makie's back, cringing just slightly as she cried out in pain and collapsed to her side with an unrefined flop, letting her roll away.

Clyde knew he could keep on his relentless follow up on Makie until she was done for but decided to play it cool and let her have a chance at fighting back. There was more honor in doing that instead of kicking her while she's down.

He got up and rotated his arm before, getting in a fighting stance in front of Makie, bouncing lightly on the balls of his feet.

"Ain't lookin' so short now, am I? Lil' Lady"

As she rolled away, Makie, past the throbbing pain in her spine, was expecting another attack from Clyde. Breathing hard through clenched teeth, she kept rolling as fast as she could until she finally reached the ropes. There, she draped one arm weakly over the bottom rope and took several deep breaths, allowing herself a few vital seconds to deal with the pain.

Slowly, she began to pull herself up to her feet, dragging on the ropes. As she hobbed to a standing position, she turned to face Clyde. The expression of arrogant confidence that she'd had earlier was gone now. "Just...you wait..." she replied, glaring at the Cajun. "I'm...going to cut you down to size..."

Straightening up, and ignoring the lingering pain that flared in her back as she did so, Makie left the ropes and mirrored Clyde's movements, circling him warily as she stared him down...

"Are you gonna yell Timmmm-Berrrrr while ya do it?" Clyde teased Makie, chuckling slightly and winking at her just to get a tad bit under the girl's skin. Clyde was a joker but the whole time he waited for Makie to get up he stayed prepped, even when he decided to respond to her words with a joke he was still light on his feet with fists above his waist in guard, ready in case she lashed out.

He let her straighten up and stayed put as she circled him but kept on turning about to follow her where ever she went, shooting her a rather smug gaze.

"Come on, darlin'. I'm ready ta' play again." He muttered in a cocky manner.

Raising her arms in a non-verbal challenge, Makie hopped lightly on her feet as she circled Clyde, glaring daggers at him. The crowd tensed as the two wrestlers orbited one another, edging closer and closer towards a lockup...

Digging her toes into the mat, Makie sprang forwards, rushing towards Clyde as though for a lockup. At the last minute, though, the wiry Japanese girl suddenly fell back, kicking both boots up to plant them squarely in Clyde's face in a drop kick. "HYAAAA!"

In contrast to Makie's stern glare that she had directed on the cowboy, Clyde was very lax, smirking wide, he was having fun for the most part and liked this match a lot so far. He wished there were more people like Makie to fight. The girls here either crazy nymphos who liked to rape the first thing they see or crazy psychos who just want to beat you up for kicks until you cant walk. Then you had someone like Makie, normal but competitive. Funny how normal was so rare around here.

When Makie leaped forward Clyde was ready, getting his arms up to be ready to lockup with Makie. But at the last moment Makie suddenly fell backwards, Clyde's eyes went wide as time seemed to slow, knowing danger was near him but there was nothing he could do except watch Makie's legs rise up before they suddenly fired out, smashing right into Clyde's face with a loud *SMACK* that emitted through out the arena.

"OOOOH!" The crowd gasped as Makie's boots struck the Texan square in the face, letting the thousands in attendance hear it. Clyde's bell was rang, everything went blurry, seeing nothing but bright lights.

"Sssshit..." He let out after his head snapped back from the force, his head rolling around slightly on his shoulders before falling to the mat, arms spread out, chest heaving up a down as he laid sprawled out from the stiff blow he took directly to the face, eyes nearly closed.

The impact of Makie's boots on Clyde's face rocked up her legs as her attack connected. After being dominated early in the match by Clyde's repeated strikes and slams, it felt good to return the favour. Hearing the crowd gasp, Makie dropped back down to her back and rolled lithely to her feet, noting that Clyde was now sprawled on his back. That shut him up...

"YEAAHHH!" Toshio cheered from the sides. "Way to go sis!" Glancng at her brother with a smile and a nod, Makie rushed over to Clyde's prone form and grabbed at his arm, pulling the Cajun to his feet in a quick motion. Taking a deep breath, Makie twisted to the side, aiming to whip Clyde across the ring before he even knew what was going on.

Once he bounced back, though, Makie would be there to meet him, spinning her body around again to nail him in the head or the chest with a snapping enziguri kick.
