No pain, no gain! (for kerflubble)

"Uuhhh..." Mindy groaned as she lay on the mat; Rebecca was really working her spine in this spar, and recovering from the pain there was no easy task. She tried to roll to the side, but Rebecca, not going easy on her, forced her to lie on her front. Her boasting was quite intimidating; she had shown time and time again that she was more than capable of womanhandling Mindy. The rookie didn't have time to answer, though, as Rebecca's butt fell down on her back again. "Ugh!" Last time, she had been put into a grueling boston crab from a very similar position, but Rebecca's words implied something even worse was coming. Mindy weakly squirmed under the amazon, but her hurt back simply couldn't dislodge her weight.

"Come on, time to end this. You've put up a good fight, but you've got a long way to go." Rebecca said, reaching down to grab Mindy by the chin, looking to finish this off with a camel clutch. It wasn't one of her usual repotoire but the muscle packed legs trapping Mindy's arms and her strong upper body pulling back, it was every bit as devastating as it looked, and camel clutches always looked nasty for the person being 'humbled'

As Rebecca set up her hold, Mindy steeled her resolve. Maybe she could tough it out. "Gh... I can still fight- AARgh!" The moment the camel clutch was locked in, however, Mindy realized how devastating it truly was. Her back was punished severely for her stubborn pride, putting an enormous amount of pain into her and trapping her in a position she simply could not escape. Her legs kicked the mat as she tried to escape, suddenly desperate to get out, but she couldn't free even one of her arms from Rebecca's powerful thighs. As the pressure on her back and neck increased, her will was quickly shattered; she soon tapped out on Rebecca's knee, an embarrassingly short time just after boasting she could still fight. "Okay, I give, I give! Please let me go!," she cried, begging to be released.

As soon as Mindy tapped on her knee, Rebecca let the muscle girl flop back down to the mat and rolled off. "Hey..." she said, sitting down next to Mindy and rubbing her back lightly, "You did pretty good today, nothing to be ashamed of."
