[Pendant Match] Standard: Mayu vs Akane

Akane gritted her teeth as even after two strong hits to the girl's face and still had enough fight in her to grip tightly onto the Boxing girl's arm and with it Akane gritted her teeth even harder as soon Mayu's actions pulled the long haired girl down and then placed her legs on Akane's chest and pushed the boxing girl down and locked her up into an armbar. " Agh!" Akane shouted out in pain as she was forced to endure the hold all before she began to try and move her other arm to grab a hold of her held arm and soon try and attempt to roll Mayu up and fold her into a pin almost that she would go for.

Mayu's hold wasn't as strong as it's supposed to be due to her own exhaustion, and she could only hold the armbar for so long. She would rolled by Akane before she could feel her body was folded for a pin. Mayu felt like she didn't have much more strength with her head still buzzing and all, and she could only watch as the ref slided in and went for the count.

"One..! Two..!"

Mayu tried to kick her legs or something, but it became apparent that she barely had enough strength to fight anymore and she would just slump like that, letting out a sigh as she knew what's coming. It's over, from the look of it, and the short haired girl closed her eyes as she accepted her fate.

Akane held her breath as she started to count, doing her best to keep Mayu down and as she felt the girl struggle she pushed the girl's body down as much as she could. After the two count she felt a bit more struggling from Mayu but it stopped just shy of the third count. Akane though kept holding Mayu down after the ref girl slapped her hand down for the third count and then made the signal for the bell.

The Boxing girl kept staring down on Mayu as she would flash the girl a light grin before she would nod her head and then try and use the arm that Mayu had a hold of and attempt to grab a hold of Mayu's wrist with it, and as she would move up from Mayu she would attempt to pull the girl up to her feet. " Good match. You're tougher than I expected there Mayu-san." Akane said as she would give a slight smile to the short haired girl as she would try and shake the girl's hand.

Mayu was panting on the mat with Akane holding her, smiling faintly. She might have lost the match, but that didn't matter much for the short haired girl. One would win and the other would lose, that was always part of the fight, and the short haired girl knew that fully. Mayu would let herself be pulled by the boxing girl to her feet, and shake her hand firmly, smiling brightly.

"Good match! Congratulations on the win, Yamamoto-san!" Mayu would say cheerfully. "Tee-hee."

Akane smiled back a bit at Mayu as the girl shook her hand and said what she did, it was kinda refreshing to see a girl that wasn't really that upset by the loss and it did kinda ease the process for Akane a bit, with this being like her second match in AFW and all. She kept up the handshake a bit longer before she would pull her hand away from the short haired girl and would then place a hand on her hip and the other would hang down a bit.

" Thanks, no hard feelings right ?" Akane said with a little grin as she would then nod towards Mayu and then start to walk out of the ring and head up the ramp as she heard the semi impressive cheers of the crowd. They didn't seem to completely like her bit at least it sounded pretty good to have a few people cheer for her.

"Nope, not at all!" Mayu replied with a pleasant smile as she heard Akane's words.

She would also start leaving the stage, wanting to have some good rest and all so she could start preparing herself for the next match. Her body was all sore from the intense match, especially her arms, but she managed to wave a bit at some of the crowds who cheered at her, despite she's the one losing the match.
