Training Cerbera

As Cerbera came at her Sarah wasn't expecting much. The girl was nearly half her size and was pretty damn skinny as well. It wasn't with great surprise that Cerbera needed help. The Friction champ just needed to see how much help she needed. So when Cerbera came charging Sarah readied herself, noting that the girl had good speed to her. Then the kick came, faster than Sarah thought it would, and immediately she would being her arm up to block the powerful blow, surprised to feel quite a bit of power behind it.

"Not bad," she admitted, and would then push Cerbera's leg away so she could back off on her a bit. Sarah would then beckon Cerbera on again, wanting her to show more of what she could do.

She continued, not really needing Sarah's beckoning for that, she brought her leg back and did a clockwise spin, using that same foot again. This time, she put alot more power in it and alot less speed, seeing that Sarah was not planning on dodging any attack Cerbera was giving to her. Once she was right infront of Sarah, she brought her leg up and forward, thrusting it straight towards Sarah's chest and tries to hit it with the newly added force within the kick.

When Cerbera came at her again Sarah would immediately note that the girl was so far only using kicks. They were strong, sure, but was that all she used? Sarah was beginning to get the picture here. How was Cerbera supposed to compete in a wrestling league if she only used kicks?

When Cerbera's straight kick came Sarah wouldn't dodge, just like Cerbera expected. Instead, she would catch the kick right before it could connect with her chest, and keep hold of it if she managed to stop it. "Nice kick," Sarah complimented, but wiuld then suddenly push up on Cerbera's leg so she would topple down to the mat in a heap. "But oh, look what happened. Get up and try again."

Cerbera blinked when her foot was caught, leaving the heelish kawaii hopping on one feet. The compliment was rather a suprise though, making Cerbera blush faintly as she rarely recieved compliments at all. When her leg was pushed up, Cerbera fell back and upon her rear, twitching from the impact. She quickly got back up to face Sarah, grumbling almost childishly as she moved in close and jumped up, aiming to send her knee straight towards Sarah's chest but also looking to crash into her to perhaps bring the queen of brawl onto her back with Cerbera ontop.

Sarah stetched the tendons in her neck side to side as she waited for Cerbera to get back up. SHe had pretty much gotten Cerbera's routine already. The girl didn't seem capable of anything another than strikes, and those strikes usually involved her legs. Sarah may be one of the best punchers, if not the best fist fighter in the AFW, but that wasn't all that made up her arsenal. She wasn't the Queen of Brawl for nothing. Cerbera was going to have to learn that, and in Sarah's opinion there was only one good way to learn.

Once Cerbera was up again sarah turned to face her, ready for whatever she would throw at her. When Cerbera came charging in, Sarah was done playing nice. When Cerbera jumped in the air, looking to deliver that knee, Sarah would step to the side, push forward, and deliver a devastatingly powerful clothesline across Cerbera's throat while she was off the ground, powerful enough to flip the girl in mid-air. "Okay," Sarah growled. "Lesson starts now."

Cerbera really didn't know that much about anyting else.. Well, maybe a few submission holds she had learned from her sworn sister but that was it. Still, it was not enough to even scratch the queen of brawl and soon she was left defenceless when Sarah managed to avoid her head and go for a rather brutal clothesline to her throat, causing Cerbera to catapult around and back onto the mat on her stomach, coughing loudly and clutching her throat as that clothesline was almost beheaded her.

Still, she refused to keep herself down just from that, trying to get back upon her feet and face Sarah, then once she was able to get her breathing in order, she would move in and tried to slam her elbow right against Sarah's face, even if it was a training match, she would have to show Sarah that she was no push over.

Sarah's powerful arm would slam into Cerbera like a wrecking ball, nearly decapitating the poor girl with the sheer force of the move. It was a brutal move, and hopefully a necessary move in terms of teaching Cerbera just how flawed her fighting stlye was in the ring. "See that?" Sarah shouted down at Cerbera as she struggled to get up, much slower than before. "See how easy it is to counter when all you do is the same damn thing? Your kicks are good, but that's not all you should be doing! Any half-assed Kawaii wrestler can tell you that!"

Once Cerbera was fianlly on her feet she would wait on the Kwaii to throw another kick, but to her slight surprise Cerbera would instead throw an elbow. Had she perhaps taken the Queen of Brawl's advice. In either case, the wlbow would smash into Sarah's jaw, snapping her head to the side. Soon though, Sarah would turn back to look at Cerbera, seemingly uneffected by her attack, and grinning down at her.

"That's more like it!" Sarah cackled, and would then deliver a fierce headbutt into Cerbera's forehead. It Cerbera stumbled away from her like she thought she would, Sarah would immediately grab the girl by the arm to abruptly pull her back in, where sarah would hope to pull her stomach first into her waiting knee.

Cerbera thought she had bought some time with the succesfull attack but it seemed Sarah was all but stunned from it, the headbutt hit it's mark and left Cerbera to stumble back and clutch her face though with her second arm on it's way to her forehead, it was caught by Sarah and she was pulled closer towards Sarah again though this time her stomach was the target, causing Cerbera to bend over and press against Sarah, coughing out all her oxygen as her lungs burned up.

With two parts of her body being basically on fire from the pain, she still needed to find some ' shelter ' from Sarah and being this close to her wasn't going to help. Her hands came to press against Sarah's thighs and tries to push away from her while she was still trying to catch her breath.

"You think that's all it's gonna take?" Sarah asked Cerbera as the girl leaned against her for support. "A couple of kicks and one elbow? You have a whole fucking arsenal at your disposal. Start using it." Sarah would not allow Cerbera to get away from her, holding her close as she tried to get away, their bodies pressed intimately against each other. "First and foremost, your fists!" Sarah would then fire one hell of a punch into Cerbera's stomach, trying to take even more of her breath away.

"Basic, simple, and effective!" Sarah would conitnue, and would shoot another punch into Cerbera's stomach. If she managed that again, she would step back from Cerbera so she could fire a solid uppercut into the Kawaii's chin.

Cerbera wanted to move away and get some distance between them, but Sarah didn't let her. Cerbera tried to regain her normal breathing pattern, gasping for air against Sarah's body as it pressed against her, though sadly the queen of brawl showed her no mercy and another punch came to her tender stomach, causing her entire body to jolt and the air that she had just breathing in, to come out within an instant.

The second punch almost made Cerbera fall onto her butt again but it seemed Sarah had another attack in mind for that, the uppercut was unavoidable for Cerbera and it made her entire body tense up, her head tilted back as she soon fell onto her back, arms and legs sprawled out though still conscious, well.. Barely.
