Entropy Championship: Taylor Parker(C) vs. Tessa Price

It was a standard area of AFW, no big PPV undercard match. The German was still grateful for the chance to have her first shot at a belt, and was indeed as nervous as the Champion had anticipated before. She hadn't been pushed for the big belt, and that was a good thing. Nobody of the mature audience liked the wrestlers that were constantly shoved down the throats of everyone, establishment in the Midcard was her first and foremost goal at this point.

She didn't want to start a wild brawl like in most of the tapes she had seen. She didn't know Taylor Parker personally and had no grudge with her. That shove at the end of their promo from the Champion, that was business, nothing else.

Tessa wore her glittering silver robe and her fingerless gloves for the hands and a light band in the hair when she, after taking a deep breath, stepped out under her Titantron and *Prodigy -The Way it is* started to play. Two Cannons fired a single shot of silver glitter while she performed a English noblewomen's Gesture and walked calmly to the ring with the left hand behind her back and the right hand to gently touch the face of cute girls in the front row as she walked by and entered the ring, cleaning her lace less boots from the silver glitter and positioned herself into the middle of the ring, still clad in her robe while a road agent selected a fan-girl from the ranks to remove her robe to unveil her silver wrestling gear in the form of a trouser which covered her up to the half of her upper legs and a fitting belly free Top without shoulder straps. This would be a job for a Kawaii in her mind, but she hadn't picked up a girl that was willing to do the job, and so the fans came to their right.

As soon as the fan had left the ring with a Souvenir in form of a signed autograph, the Ring Announcer stepped into the ring to do her job for the evening.
"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THIS IS YOUR CHALLENGER. WEIGHING IN AT 130 LBS AND STANDING 5'8 TALL...TESSA *THE HARRIER* PRICE!"

Her pop had been quite good with the votes of people that cheered for the Underdog and Challenger, but she was pretty sure that the Champ was the crowd favorite as defending Champion and part of Kamikaze. While Taylor was about to enter, she would use the time to warm herself up with the help of the ropes, leaning in them and grabbing them with crossed hands.

Taylor still had her usual pre-match jitters. She'd been bouncing off the walls of her dressing room for almost a half hour. This match was her second title defense, although the first ended as a no contest due to Adrian Kytes' sucking so much. Taylor was really looking forward to actually defending this title, and while the pressure to do so did make her a little extra nervous, she wasn't afraid of Tessa. It was so good to feel just a little bit in control, at least of herself.

She caught the tail end of the ring announcer sounding like she was going to explode.

"From New York City, United States, AFW Entropy Champion, TAYLOR... PARKER!"

She skipped to the front of the ramp and stopped at the front with her feet set wide and threw her fist in the air. The crowd's cheers were almost embarrassing her, but she needed every bit of it. She flashed them a grin and kicked her hips out to the side, and gave them a wink and held up a quick peace sign. After her usual fast, neat aerial cartwheel and backflip with a half twist she landed running down the ramp, veering from one side of the aisle to the other to mingle with some fans on her way.

Her bright blue hair was in pigtails as always, her long bangs swept to one side. She wore matching tight blue plaid short shorts with a white belt and and a short halter top with a black flying bird silhouette across one shoulder that left her tight, defined abs and toned, muscular thighs bare. She wore her usual black fingerless gloves and black knee pads with black knee-high boots with three blue stripes around the tops that made them resemble tube socks. A black choker with a silver flying bird pendant fit snugly around her neck, not quite covering her Kanji 'imouto' tattoo. On one wrist was a bracelet with the Kanji for "Kaze", and on the other was a wide black leather bracelet that buckled in place.

She catapulted herself into the ring and bounded to the middle, spread her arms wide and looked over the crowd with a grin. She looked up at the lights for a moment and closed her eyes while she thought about the people who mattered most, who were watching from somewhere, her big sister Akashi and her boyfriend Johnny. Her recently deceased dad came to mind as well, and she didn't question it. She brought her eyes down to her opponent, standing off in her corner, and gave her a dangerous, devilish smile while she backed up to her corner.

She bounced in place and back and forth with her eyes locked on Tessa while she waited for the bell.

Simply painful. Tessa had no idea what it was that came out of the speakers, but it reminded her of some of that Britpop nonsense she had been constantly tortured with when she was on vacation at the English part of her family. But it was a fitting entrance music for the energetic Champion, so it seemed to have at least reached a goal never anticipated.

Tessa's battle plan for this fight was ready. The triple thread match hadn't given her much help as it had been more of a catfight than a wrestling match, despite all the first class ring action. Taylor's fight against the Dream had brought more light into the darkness, although Natalia differed greatly from the German. A fast moving opponent liberated her from the duty to send an opponent flying, and she wasn't so good at submission that it was her main weapon anyway.

But she would have to see how things sorted themselves out in the fight when the lights went back to normal and she stepped back into the middle of the ring, all but ignoring the wolfish smile of Taylor and her strict positioning in her respective corner as if she was a boxer.
"What do you say, are you in for a clean fought match? We have no beef as far as I am concerned out of the ring."
Stupid or not, she would still offer a handshake to the champion before the match started, with a sincere look on her face.

Taylor took several deep breaths while she waited. She was focused, she was intense, but she couldn't afford to be over eager. She didn't know much about her opponent. It would be stupid to blindly rush in at her.

"By the book, man. Put your fuckin' hand away, you can shake my hand after if you're still up and around." She almost growled back at Tessa.

A part of her was proud of herself that she hadn't unleashed a volley of her usual unwarranted trash talk at her opponent, but she didn't stop to think about it. There was only one thing on her mind.

The bell rang and released her from her place in her corner. She skipped out to the middle of the ring and began floating easily around the ring, circling one way then the other. She stayed loose and light and used plenty of movement to keep Tessa from being able to pin her down right away and come after her. She used little head feints to see how her opponent would react, and quickly leapt back out after each one.

All she had to do was time that first hit, and then the rest would come naturally. She could take her win and go home early. She didn't know who this chick was, but she didn't care. In her mind, she owned her.

That was disappointing. This for sure wasn't the Taylor Parker she had anticipated, obviously she was just a brat with some skills to back it up.
*Alright then*
She thought while she put her hand down.

For the first income, she reacted with a lock up try, but the Champion was quickly out of reach, exactly as it went by with the second time. The Champ had already refused her handshake, and now slowly but surely the blue haired Taylor struck a nerve with her rude behavior and "dart in, dart out" routine.

When the third dart was about to take place, Tessa would try to anticipate it, come a small step closer to use her slight advantage in reach and Puro straight-kick one of Taylors knees.
"Newsflash for you: You aren't Ali, and I am not Foreman."
she replied coldly, devoid of any friendly behavior now and all business.

Taylor got a little too loose. She got careless, overextended, and on a quick step in at her opponent she caught a kick to the knee pad and lost her footing, but only for a moment. She quickly hopped back out of range and got her feet under her.

She laughed. "Yeah. It took Ali eight rounds to finish Foreman." Taylor was a fan of Muhammad Ali, for reasons obvious to anyone who spent any time sparring with her. Still, Tyson was her guy, not Ali.

Since the fight was officially underway, and having suffered the embarrassment of being caught off balance by her opponent, Taylor stopped dancing around the outside and launched herself at Tessa with sudden, alarming speed. Two fast steps in and she jumped high and threw her knee out to smash into Tessa's chest like a cannonball.

The first hit of the match belonged to her, causing her to flash a short smile.
"24 minutes. Rare wrestling match that passes the 15 minute mark."
it took no degree in Rocket Science to figure that the blue haired Champion was a boxing fan, but that she was a fan of Mike Tyson wouldn't have come to the mind of the Blonde. And comparing Tyson to Ali was like comparing a praying mantis to a bombardier beetle.

What Taylor then showed was definitely nothing Tyson could have done in his best times, a flying knee to the chest that sent the challenger back, despite her arms going up to defend in reflex but still too late, tumbling against the ropes with the impact of the hit. She would try to use the force of the hit for her own good, fight through the lack of air and pain to come swinging out of the ropes to deck the Champion with a flying Forearm Smash to the chin.

Taylor didn't slow down for a second. The moment her feet hit the ground, she took a step in and jumped again, coiling her legs for a dropkick to meet Tessa when the ropes threw her back. She wasn't expecting her to go on the offensive so quickly, and Tessa crashed into her before she could finish her dropkick and sent her sprawling on the mat.

She kept going, not even taking the time to stand all the way up. She scrambled forward to get her feet under her and drive her shoulder into Tessa's midsection, grabbing for her legs to try to dump her on her back.

Her flying forearm smash didn't connect as expected as the Champion had tried to follow up with a dropkick, and both of the fighters crashed on the floor which cost Tessa some additional air. She would have liked to take a short break, but Taylor was right on the attack anyway and tackled her again as she was getting up. She had the speed advantage and brought the German down on the mat again, who found herself at the defense again.

A brawl at this early stage wasn't anything Tessa would like to have, so she would aim to hit at both of the Champions ears with her open hands as long as Taylor had her arms around Tessa's legs, hoping to mess with her sense of balance.

"Aah! Ow!" Taylor cried out and turned her head one way and then the other, pressing her ear against Tessa's stomach. Boxing someone's ears? Who does that? It hurt like hell, rattled her brain a little, but she couldn't let up.

"Rrrrr..." She growled, pushed off the mat with her hands, and threw herself forward toward Tessa's upper half, one arm cocked back. As she came back down on top of Tessa, she swung an elbow in a big arc down at her face.
