Hentai Blitz!

I have been wanting to have my characters either be referee or commentators in others peoples matches...but nobody lets me do it. ;__;

Trouble with refereeing is it needs the ref girl's focus on every aspect of every post - if any party's posting starts to slip, there's a risk of confusion. Doable if you're comitted, though.

Doing commentary has the practical advantage of not directly interfering with the fight (unless a participant takes issue with what's being said). As long as you're not expecting to produce a blow-by-blow account it should work fine - personally, I wouldn't mind the occasional bit of third-party analysis or observations in one of my matches (as long as it didn't crowd out the fight posts, maybe no more than once every page or so).

The first round of Hentai Blitz officially starts today! We'll see how it goes in a month and if we need to we'll make extensions but probably not. There's no need to run a thousand pages 4-6 pages is plenty for this blitz style!

Sorry if this has been said elsewhere, but has an actual deadline date for round 1 been set? Not that I think I will struggle to make it, my match is going along nicely, but still.

the 10th of march will be the official deadline unless all the matches finish before then, which it seems like it's quite possible. Everything' seems to be going swimmingly.

Don't worry though, this won't start the new countdown for the second round or anything, it's just, those people will get a head start!
