Terrible Tables! Akashi Tanikaze Vs. Bullet Ant

Bullet Ant's own sense of balance was working well, managing to snag Akashi between her legs, maybe she could keep up this fast paced assault, keep her dizzy so she could set up for the more complicated and damaging moves in her arsenal.

A vicious clunk and The masked grappler went limp in the sumo's arms, her head violently bouncing off the bottom turnbuckle, as she flopped upside down, groaning lightly

Akashi heard the thunk, she cringed a little. But for all the things Ant had did, Akashi knew it was the best way to clip the feisty luchador's wings. She dropped her like a sack and looked down. "You aren't doing bad, but here's a lesson. When you have the advantage, don't let up!"

Akashi then set her legs on either side of Ant and pushed up, attempting to hop up tot he second rope and drop her big butt and all her weight down on the Ant.

The Ant laid on the mat as Akashi ascended the turnbuckle, her head reeling from the shot, but some of what Akashi said did get through to her, part of it cursing herself for waiting for the big sumo to rise... the other part... the cogs started turning, she wasn't safe where she was. She couldn't do much, but what she could do was shuffle herself to be under the ropes while cradling her head instead of the 188lb of Sumo that was probably going to crash down very soon.

Akashi fell and her butt landed on nothing. She let out an 'oof' and furrowed her brow. She'd fallen on her butt plenty of times so that didn't really stop her too much. She bent forward and swung her feet around and tried to grab Ant by the trunks and pull her back onto the middle of the ring where she could flop on top of her and try and get Ant in a camel clutch.

Ant's brief respite barely lasted a few seconds as she was grabbed from her sanctuary under the ropes and pulled towards her doom. Her head was still killing her and she could barely get up on all fours before the sumo came crashing down on her.

"Ugh!" She grunted as Akashi flopped on top of her, now the crushing weight on her back adding to the thumping in her head, forcing the insectoid grappler back down against the mat: her arms not enough to support both her weight and Akashi's massive frame, despair creeping back into her mind as she was pulled back into the camel clutch.

She had always hated this hold, it always found a way to make her feel weak and helpless as her back was tortured. She had lost her last match under the mask to a variation and had shamed herself by tapping out when last put in it during a spar with her friend. If choke holds made her crazy, camel clutches just made her depressed, and she couldn't get out of this by just tapping out either, there weren't any submissions in a tables match!

Akashi knew she couldn't win with the camel clutch but she wasn't looking to win. She just needed to drain some more stamina from the Ant. She wrenched Ant in the clutch for nearly a minute before letting go and stepping off her. Then she'd turn around and start trying to set up the table. She hoped the clutch would give her enough time to flip open the legs and pull the table to a standing position.

Bullet Ant couldn't do much but cry out weakly as the sumo pulled back, legs kicking up and down in a token resistance before she flopped face down when released. Tears were starting to well up behind the mask. She knew this match would be tough, and that she probably wouldn't win it: but it still sucked all the energy out of her to find out just how big the skill and strength gap was between her and the former champ.

"Useless..." She mumbled to herself. Hoping that remaining face down like this would mean it would be over sooner

Once Akashi had set the table up, she turned around and looked at Ant who seemed to belaying there stil.Akashi looked down at Ant. She had figured that the girl could have been up by now but Akashi wasn't going to let up. Akashi lifted her hands in the air and then bent her knees to slap down her palms as hard as she could on Ant's back and grab tightly onto Ant's outfit. She'd then try and pull Ant up and throw her onto her back on top of the table.

Wincing slightly as Akashi picked her up by her costume, Bullet Ant knew in her heart that she was finished. After all she'd been through, it wasn't the worst beating she'd ever taken but her back had been painfully bent back, her head smashed in: she'd have to check with the medics afterwards to make sure she didn't have a concussion. Just one last bump, and then it would be over and she could go cry her eyes out or something. She thought back to the two people watching this and rooting for her: Hilde who was probably trying to cover her eyes by this point, and Cecilia. Cec... she thought miserably. Cecilia had been the one to try and help her out the most, to try and stop her giving up like this and she was letting her down again. I'm sorry... she said, trying to apologize as she saw herself being pulled towards the table. A reckless thought entered her mind, if she just lay still... yeah it would still hurt a lot but it would be over... however, just what would happen if she tried to fight back.

Maybe she could actually show that for once her lessons had gotten through.

Placing her hands on the edge of the table to try and stop Akashi throwing her on the table before shooting a hard elbow back at the sumo with a heavy grunt of exertion. "Nyyargh!" she growled as she tried to turn around and punch her opponent in the face. "I've only lost when I give up..." she panted, trying her best to shake off her captors grasp. "And I'm not giving up!"

Akashi was looking to finish the match and put Ant through the table. When she was stopped by Ant's resistance, she was generally surprised but a little glad. She had wanted a decent fight and now it looked like she was getting it. She also, unfortunately, wasnot expecting a punch to the face and as the fist hit her, she let out a gasp and stumbled back, clutching her face.

"Shit!"

She at Ant and smiled through the pain. "Good!" She shouted back as she tried to shake off the pain, slightly hunched over.
