Eladra vs Tina Armstrong: First Blood Match

Tina's face turned into a surprised smirk, it seemed the two were both thinking along similar lines. At least Eladra hadn't insulted her yet, of all her opponents she had probably been the most respectful to her. And she was going to repay that, she wasn't going to let this devolve into a name calling contest. But that didn't mean she wasn't going to try anything to win this. It would go on until blood was drawn and while that wasn't the Superstar's Forte she could do what she could to neutralize Eladra's offense.

Grabbing Eladra's right leg she tried to turn the Omega Dragon over, locking her in a Half Boston Crab to hurt her back and slow her down. Hopefully.

Eladra glanced up at Tina to half open eyes, kept slightly shut because of her predicament and how we'll she was being worked over at the moment, it seemed as if she had played right into the Superstars trap, it was a risky trap and she had take a good hit or two from the Omega dragon, but still it seemed that her plan had gone off as she wanted it to, it was something that Eladra would have to give silent praise for to the blond haired girl as she gave her a slight nod, before she was twisted around, again with that leg, her knee couldn't say that it was enjoying the way it was being treated by Tina.

As the blue eyed girl was putting her into a submission hold, Eladra's upper body arched up a bit as she felt Tina pull back on her leg, pain ran through her back and her knee as she pounded her hand down on the mat, " Agh...dammit" Eladra let out as she had let herself get caught in such a early and well locked in submission hold, Though the Omega Dragon was far from done as she would attempt and send a few elbow strikes back against Tina's ribs and back, the one side that she had knife jabbed her at, hoping that it would cause Tina enough pain to let her go.

Tina felt good about locking in a half-crab this early. Her risk in grabbing Eladra by the legs paid off as she bent backwards, forcing more and more pressure onto the Omega Dragon's spine and knee before a series of sharp elbow shots threw her off her game. Releasing the hold to avoid having a kidney ruptured or something while waiting for Eladra's spine to give in she dropped the leg and rolled away, clutching her aching side as she pulled herself up. Those shots had really hurt the Superstar, she couldn't take too many of those so close together. Maybe going on the defensive and getting herself some breathing room would be for the best.

Eladra felt as she managed to pain Tina quite well and hurt her well enough to get the blue eyed superstar of her back, and soon she was released from her grasp, Eldara was quick to roll herself around onto her back and to a kip u pt get up to her feet, which caused her a little bit o a problem as she wobbled because of the strain on her knee, " Tch...that didn't go as well as i thought " Eladra said as she looked over at Tina, she smiled a glared at her for a second before she would nod at her.

Soon she began to move into her stance, changing her footing, bending her knees and creating a steadier position for herself, one arm reached back and down, her fist clenching as she reached fort with the other arm, putting it up as a guard to block oncoming attacks, this wasn't the Kohryu-ken, that stance had no guard and focused only of strike and damage, this one was more focused on defense and offense at the same time, Eladra looked over at Tina and gave her a gesture of her hand that said, " Come at me " and her eyes tauntingly looked at Tina, saying more than words could, " If you dare "

Tina was hurting but seeing Eladra wobble, she felt like she got the better of that exchange, returning the nod as she composed herself and watching carefully as Eladra changed her stance.

It felt like she was back in the DOA fights, various forms of martial arts being thrown at her from all directions. It's how she learnt that the best way to get a break was through a counter, not through a flat out slug fest. the Dragon's eyes gave her all the hints she needed to know that hurtling into her would be near suicide, but she couldn't hang back and let her recover after the initial salvo. Slowly making her way closer, she tried to judge Eladra's reach, circling the Omega Dragon, seeing if she could get in behind her, failing that though she feinted left only to swing a hammer blow out to Eladra's side. She dared to take the battle to her, and she would win.

Eladra looked on at Tina as she began to make her way around her, Eladra kept looking at Tina as she passed around her moved like she was ready to hurt her, Eladra was sure now that Tina was gonna come at her, she just had to wait and bait her in for the attack, the fact that she wasn't going to just take that hit, she was planning on sending it back at Tina when it came and show her why she was called the Omega Dragon, the Dragon of the end.

When Tina went in to attack her Eladra would try and step around, spinning on one foot as she used to other for balance, her movement looking almost as a dance as she tried to spin away from Tina's hammer punch and move in to send a quick yet very strong punch aimed at Tina's ribs, the same part that she had been attacking almost since the start of their duel.

She had guessed Eladra was fast from when she shot out the knee early on, but it wasn't until now that Tina realised just how fast the Omega Dragon was. Eladra span around her blow like it was nothing, her own arm hard to keep track off before a hand sunk into her ribs, the superstar almost crumbling from the impact as she staggered away, holding her side in pain. Still on her feet but in no real shape to try and attack again.

Eladra watched as Tina seemed to stagger back from her hit, it seemed like a good opportunity to charge in and attack again, but she had to be careful and make sure that she would be able to hit her, she kept a safe mind as she charged at Tina once again, simply watching as she made her way closer with her great speed, and when she was close enough she would try and move in, sliding her foot towards Tina's and trying to unbalance her, by aiming to disrupt Tina's stance and then attempt to send a strong clutched fist into Tina's solar plexus, she would try and follow it up by moving her other feet in between Tina's and try to disrupt her stance again.

If that worked then Eladra would attempt and send a punch towards the soft nice ribs that she had been targeting earlier, " Come now little Blue, are you just going to be my little toy throughout the match or what ?"

Eladra zoomed in from her first blow, her second stunning her as it smashed against her ribcage, stunning her for the few agonizing moments to allow Eladra a clear shot at her softened side.

Or at least that's what the Omega Dragon would think.

At the last moment Tina would trap Eladra's arm, in-between her side and her arm, before using the entangled legs to bring the martial artist down to the ground. A little winded from the solar plexus strike but she managed to quip back "I'll take the 'what' for $5000 thank you." despite how little sense it may make before shuffling into a fujiwara armbar. Keeping her weakened ribs shielded from the mat, out of reach while she pulled and twisted her opponent's arm. "Just like the good old days." She said to herself, as she kept the pressure on. Gameplan fully in mind.

Eladra smiled as she had managed to catch Tina with the first blow, and it looked like she would be able to move in and catch Tina off guard, perhaps she had thought to highly of this Superstar, maybe in the future she would have to be more careful with the more fragile girls around her.

But what was this, Tina's arm wrapped around Eladra's and caught it, " Huh?..Grr" Eladra let out as she looked up at Tina's eyes and glare into them for a moment, it seemed that this Tina was gonna give her a lot more fun in this match, but for now she was going down, the Omega Dragon being pulled down and forced onto her side, " E-excellent choice " Eladra threw back at Tina's quip, when Eladra felt Tina lock in the armbar it was already too late for her to stop it, Tina wasn't to shabby when it came to locking in the hold, reminded Eladra a bit of the play times with Lucy that she had had, all the more fun to string Tina along and make her think that she was hopeless in this situation.

" Aah...gha...Don't come crying when I..Aagh...collect the money" Eladra said jokingly as for now she took the pain, waiting for her moment, but she still tried to make it look like she was fighting for tooth and nail, trying to use her legs and her free arm to drag herself and Tina over to the ropes.
