Tina Armstrong vs. Sista A - Destroy All Cowgirls

The audience was actually brimming with anticipation for this match, which was a rare thing for them these days. In the AFW, they were regularly exposed to some of the craziest, zaniest matchups, routinely saw people from all walks of life clashing up against each other. The promotion was known for its many unique scenarios, but that could be a weakness,too - these days, they weren’t easily impressed.

But when they looked over the match card today, they saw something rather unique in store for them - Tina Armstrong vs. Sista A.

It was almost a dream match of sorts. Both women were fairly well known, extremely popular wrestlers from the states. They'd both taken hiatuses from wrestling and were looking to spark back up. They had their own respective circles of fandom, but neither of them had really come close to mixing it up. Partly because of inactivity, partly because of sheer luck. It was certainly not a match many expected to see. Ever.

But here it was, about to happen. A rare opportunity to see how the Wrestler Formerly Known As Aisha handled herself against a cowgirl besides her usual favorite dance partner. Besides, if Dixie Clemets wasn’t going to step up and put down her former friendly rival, Tina Armstrong might do it for her.

So, when Sista A’s intro started up, the crowd was suitably hyped. Everyone was. Save for Sista A herself.

”Cut the music!” Sista A shrieked, microphone in one hand and her Roses championship in the other. ”Cut it! Cut the damn music!”

Her music did cut out a second later, and that actually drew boos from the crowd. Why, Sista A didn’t understand or care. They liked her music, but they treated her like shit? Whatever.

”All y’all happy, huh? Thinking big, bad Tina’s about to send me packing, right?” The audience gave that one a hearty cry. ”Well, too fucking bad, ‘cause that ain’t happening.”

Sista A made her way down the ring, tossed her belt in under the bottom rope, then quickly slid in behind it. She popped to her feet, still fuming and started to stalk around the ring. ”Don’t think I don’t know what’s going on here, Dixie. I know you’re watching back there. I know you’re afraid to fight me, one-on-one. I know you’re thinking all sorts of shit. Too scared to take me on, so you send one of your clones to do the work?”

Sista A placed one foot on the bottom rope and leaned over the top, pointing to the backstage with a trembling finger and a furious. ”Fine! I beat Tiffany’s ass, I’ll beat her, I’ll beat every damn cowgirl in the AFW until you come out and get the ass-whipping you got coming! So, Tina?” She stepped back and handed her belt off to the referee, who frankly didn’t seem to know what to do with the damn thing. Sista A just ignored her and back off to the center of the ring, arms wide open and inviting.

”You’re next in line, bitch. Come on down!”

It had been some time since Tina Armstrong had stepped foot in AFW, and what a way to come back: straight into the path of someone who already had a way to piss her off something royally. While there may have been a few blonde Texan powerhouses in the orginization, they weren't the same and sure didn't take kindly to being called 'Dixie clones' by someone who could be described as Beyonce's stunt double. The audio team barely had time to start playing Tina's muic before the blonde came charging down to the ring, not wasting any time to celebrate her return. That could happen after she showed Sista a thing or two.

"You wanna go hotshot?!" She barked as she charged through the ropes, throwing her hat off to one side as she scrambled back to her feet. Looking to waste as little time as possible before locking up with the ebony dancer, trying to just bulldoze her into the corner before the bell even rung.

Sista A had only just thrown the microphone away over the top rope when Tina’s music started up. For the first couple of seconds, she didn’t even bother to turn around and watch. She knew what would happen, after all: the Texan (or Oklahoman or Nebraskan or whatever hick state she came from) would come out with a cowgirl hat on and spurs, do her whole stripper dance, shot finger guns at the audience, wink as the Japanese crowd did some horribly mispronounced ‘Yeehaws’, then she’d trot on down to the ring and Sista A would find herself hating every Western ever made for leading to this shit.

But that wasn’t what she saw when she finally turned around. Instead, she got Tina Armstrong, running into the ring at full tilt, getting right up in her face, all pissed off and ready to go.

”-the fuck?!” She got her arms up just in time to lock up with Tina on pure reflex, but not quick enough to get in good position. When Tina pushed back, she went along with it, forced all the way into the turnbuckle as she scrambled and squirmed.

”What the hell, ref!” Sista A reached out and grabbed the ropes with one hand while she pushed at Tina with the other, frantically fighting for freedom. ”Get this bitch off me, do your damn job! Break!”

While the crowd might have been disappointed about not getting to see Tina's full entrance display, they sure were happy enough to cheer her going straight on the Sista A before the referee finally managed to squeeze in between the two and pull the enraged Texan back to her corner. "Sorry..." the blonde apologized sheepishly, a sly grin creeping onto her face "Was just excited to be back, couldn't wait to get started with her, that's all~" the cowgirl said, turning on the charm to get away with jumping the gun with only a slight scolding. And it was true, she was excited to be back, she just would have been more sporting about it if Sista A hadn't run her mouth.

This time, Tina was content to wait for the bell before wanting to lock back up with the Harlem Nightmare, hoping that her initial burst of strength and speed would have her starting off on the back foot. "Come on baby, show me whatcha got."

So, what had Sista A learned from her initial encounter Tina Armstrong? Well, the bitch was strong. Not quite as strong as Dixie, but up there, and she was plenty fast on top of it. Could be a problem.

Sista A didn’t let any of the worry seep out onto her face, though. She was a champion. The only champion that mattered, as far as she was concerned. This was just another stepping stone on the path towards Dixie, and she’d prove that to Tina and all the other little idiots in the audience who seemed to think they were about to see her get beat down.

”I'll fucking show you what I got.” She muttered as she made her way out of the corner.

The bell rang, and Sista A brought her hands up as she moved towards Tina, looking ready to lock up once more - but only looking. Instead, she lashed out a second before they could touch and shot her leg out, aiming a snap kick to the center of the Texan’s taut stomach.

What was the saying about "Fool me twice?" Well Sista A wasn't fooled by Tina wanting a lockup, especially after getting bulldozed into the corner and instead opted to quickly wind the Texan grappler with a boot to the gut. "Keh..." Tina grunted as the boot met her solid abs, involuntarily doubling over the blonde as she tried to keep her head up to keep an eye on the Harlem Nightmare. "...Not impressed..." she taunted.

This bitch was pushing it. Really pushing it. Tina would probably never make it to the top of Sista A’s list of most hated cowgirls, but she was gunning to keep the #2 spot on lock. Kicking her was satisfying enough by itself, but then Tina had to ruin the moment by being all glib and cocky.

Sista A wanted her on the floor. Now.

”Don’t give a fuck.” She replied in a tone that suggested she most certainly did give a fuck, as she reached out and seized Tina’s hair with both hands. With a tight grip on the blonde mane, Sista A spun around, pulled the cowgirl’s head over her shoulder, and tried to dump her right on her ass with a snapmare. Wouldn’t do much by itself, but it would be a good setup for better things. Nastier things.

Tina was about to say it sure sounded like she gave a fuck, but then she suddenly found herself flipped over onto the mat by the head, landing back and ass first onto the canvas with an "Oof!" as she sat back up from just the momentum, at least it gave her a chance to rub her back to sooth away the impact before Sista A decided that just taking the Texan down wasn't good enough for her.

As soon as Tina’s shapely ass hit the floor, Sista A started stepping, getting in position a couple of feet away. She waited for the cowgirl to rise up, do what came naturally, all the while taking careful.

The second she saw a clear shot on Tina’s back, Sista A ran forward and threw a swift soccer kick into the small of the Texan’s back, throwing all of her weight into the vicious, whipping blow. She was a solidly built woman, so this would sting like flames on the skin of Sista A's shin, but it would be oh-so worth it to hear Tina’s scream.

Sista A's kick lit up Tina's spine like a switchboard but if the Ebony striker wanted to hear the Texan scream, she was going to be very disappointed, only earning a hiss of pain from the blonde as her whole body stiffened up, a large red mark forming on her lower back before she collapsed back to the canvas, trying to keep some support for her aching spine.
