A tale of drunken Avengers ( Complete )

Cecilia listened to Rebecca, one thing that was good about sparring with Rebecca so much, meant that she wasn't so incredibly scared of her, like other might be, she knew that Rebecca wasn't some kind of large beast, but that she was a nice and kind person that Cecilia was happy to call her friend, Rebecca size or skill didn't matter to Cecilia, she could have been the smallest and weakest girl in AFW, and Cecilia would still have wanted to be her friends, just because of who she was.

Just like with Adrian, she liked them both a great deal, but still Rebecca's words were not convincing, not to Cecilia, she shook her head a little, and sighed out loud, " You Like her don't you?" Cecilia asked, before she continued talking, not really letting Rebecca answer, " You know why me and Heather weren't all buddy buddy, when you guys meet her, it's cause in my first match in AFW I faced Clyde, even after I found out that they were together with each other, I still went for the shot, and tried to get Clyde to have some fun with me, you see Becks! I don't hold back my actions, if what I did would have ruined them, then perhaps they were never meant for each other, and since it didn't, I know that they will do just fine now!"

Cecilia said before they got another round of shots, Cecilia took one and pulled it back as quickly as she could, " Becks! never be afraid to take that shot! cause if you never do, you're going to regret it for the rest of you life!" Cecilia said as she then slammed the glass down onto the table, and smiled at her.

"No. You don't. You don't think before making an ass out of yourself." Rebecca said coldy after waiting for Cecilia to finish speaking. "You don't care if your short term 'fun' is going to get your friend hurt. I do." The amazon stated. Swinging the shot back herself. "Take the shot? If its for my selfish desires at Adrian's expense, there's no way you or anyone can make me do it. So what if I do like her that way? If it hurts her, then I'd take that secret to the grave."

"Becks, Of course you care about your friends! What do you think I do! I just mean, that how can it hurt her to know! how do you know that she doesn't feel the same, how do you know that you aren't hurting her by not saying how you feel, you can know if you tell her, and if you don't then you will never know anything! " Cecilia said before she raised her hand in the air.

" We need a lot more shots here, give us 10!" Cecilia shouted out before going back to her conversation with Rebecca, " Why are you getting pissed at me for! Is it really worth not telling her you're feelings ?!" Cecilia was really wondering if she had opened something that should have just stayed closed.

"I KNOW ALRIGHT!" She yelled back at Cecilia, dropping back into her seat as an awkward silence. "You think I havent been around her long enough to know if she's straight or not? She is. She may be fond of hugs and everything but that's as far as things have gone. I know she's straight, even if I did come out it would only make her feel upset for having to reject me. Then we'll both be unhappy. That good enough reason for you?"

People had started to stare at the two now, that there seemed to be some kind of conflict going on between them, Cecilia rose up to her feet and pointed at Rebecca, " DO you think Adrian would want to hide your feelings! how do you think she would feel if she knew that YOU were so afraid of hurting her, that you wouldn't even tell her how you feel! so she is straight, who cares! either you make yourself miserable all life by never telling her, or you can respect the girl that you call your friends and tell her the truth!" Cecilia shouted out as she might have gotten a bit to into this.

It wasn't really her place to be shouting at Rebecca like this, but it was to late to turn around now, to late to go back.

Rebecca was ignoring everyone else staring at them and focussing on Cecilia, rising up to her full 6'4 height before shooting out her hand, trying to wrap it around Cecilia's throat. "Don't even think you know her more than me." She growled, squeezing slightly before pushing the Swede back down into her chair and letting go. Quickly taking one of the shots remaining and downing it.

Cecilia was rather surprised when Rebecca's hand clasped her throat, she growled a little at Rebecca, as she wouldn't just take something like this, when all she was trying to do was to help her, but then Rebecca spoke, Cecilia glared at her, before she was shoved back down on her chair, she moved a hand up to rub her neck a little as she continued glaring at Rebecca, going through her mind to see if she should kick the Amazon's ass, or just let it drop for now.

Cecilia took a shot and pulled it back, and then another and pulled it back, but she didn't swallow, as she then glared at Rebecca a little, before spraying her in the face with Vodka, " Fine! I don't know her! I don't know you either! That what you want to hear from me! But here is what I know, You're and Idiot, the biggest kind, You say it because you want don't want to hurt her, you say it's because you know she is straight, you say it's because it better like this, those are you're reasons for not telling her, You're a fucking Idiot, All you are is scared! Scared of being rejected, or scared about being accepted! you're scared!" Cecilia shouted out as she nearly threw herself across the table to grab Rebecca by her shirt and pull her in closer, " Don't you ever try that on me again Becks! cause next time I will break you! " Cecilia said, as she was letting her stupid rage take control of her.

Rebecca flinched when her face was sprayed with vodka, trying to wipe the alcohol out of her eyes while Cecilia ranted at her. "Fine, I am scared, so what? Scared of rejection? Have you ever been rejected as many times as I have, rich girl? Have you had to live isolated from the rest of society for half your life until one person comes along and that's it? You've been buying this and that, you have a fucking family, you seem fine with making more and more friends and who cares if you lose one? You'll just find or buy another. I don't have family, I don't have any money to my name, all I've ever had is Adrian and you want me to fucking gamble that?" She asked as she went to wrench herself free. "Fuck you, I'm scared of a lot of things, but not you."

" You think I buy my friends! you think Friends means so little to me! I have three friends! Three! That's all, I've got you and Adrian, and then Cat, that's all I have, Rejected huh, you want to speak about rejection! I have had one guy who liked me for who I was, and not for the money or my looks! One! and he turned out to be a fucking Psycho!" Cecilia shouted as Rebecca wrenched out of her grip.

"You haven't really made things easy have you, I thought we were friends, but seems like you don't think that way at all ! " Cecilia shouted out as she reared a fist back, and decided to throw a punch to Rebecca's face, " You think I am scared of you!? you're so afraid of losing everything that you have such a tight hold of things! sooner or later you will just end up crushing it! and then you will have nothing! " Cecilia wasn't the best person to get into a heated discussion with.

"You seem fine with gambling other people's friendship!" Rebecca retorted before Cecilia's punch smacked clean into her face. The amazon remained perfectly still, her head not even moving from the impact. She just waited for Cecilia to finish and seemingly calmly sat down.

"Look..." she said quietly "I do think you're a friend, a good friend. You do care about both of us. It's just... forget it." She said, gulping down several of the remaining shots. "Whichever way I try, I'll lose everything, this way... I can at least have what time we have together. Forget about thinking long term and just enjoy the now."
