Ranked Match for #9: Chigusa Yuuki Vs. Adrian Kytes

Adrian had everything under control. She was not in incredible pain, choked or anything like that and she had Chigusa in one of her better holds. All she had to do was keep it on and she could then go back to taunting the crowd to get them to do what they're supposed to be doing, a task the idol was making incredibly difficult.

"H-hey! Quit it!" She said as she felt Chigusa try to move off. "It hurts less if you say still!" She shouted but it was too late, Chigusa's attempt at escape had thrown her off balance and forced her to release the hold, leaving the cosplayer to pick herself up while the Idol got precious recovery time.

Chigusa was groaning in pain as well as she pushed, but the desperation of needing to get out of this hold overwhelmed her pain. She sat back up after Adrian let her go, stretching out her arms a little to get them back into place. Then she got up. By this time, Adrian would probably already be standing. Chigusa had to be careful and on guard, to prevent Adrian from getting her again!

Adrian was indeed up before Chigusa, and took the time to show off a bit of high flying of her own. Waiting for the idol to get back up and a distance away from the ropes she charged forward, trying to dodge anything that Chigusa tried to do so she could jump onto the second rope and springboard herself back onto the idol in what she hoped would be a decent lionsault.

Chigusa had just gotten back onto her feet when Adrian charged at her, the idol quickly ducking off to the side expecting a tackle or a clothesline, but Adrian just ran by and left Chigusa. She turned around to find Adrian jumping onto the second rope and bouncing off, turning in the air to try a moonsault on Chigusa! It was an extremely daring more, especially considering Chigusa was already standing...

Obviously not wanting to get hit, Chigusa jumped aside, hoping that Adrian would totally miss her.

uh oh Adrian thought as she watched an upside down Chigusa move out of her way. Wait, no, she was the one who was flying through the air upside-down, not Chigusa.

Quickly trying to over-rotate the lionsault, she landed as gracefully as she possibly could on both feet. Hurting like hell but at least she was still vertical "Ha!" until the cosplayer taunted leaving her open for whatever Chigusa was going to do next.

With an impressive acrobatic feat, Adrian managed to completely rotate herself around and land on her feet, to Chigusa's chagrin. She was hoping Adrian splatter herself on the mat like she did, so she could get a little bit of the heat taken off of her. But now she had the perfect chance to counterattack, so she couldn't complain. With Adrian still shaky on her feet from that landing, Chigusa quickly stepped in and grabbed her around the waist from behind. She gathered all her strength and hoisted up, hoping to lift Adrian off the mat and send her crashing backwards in a tremendous backdrop suplex!

"Invincible..." Adrian said to herself with a smile, once again she had triumphed where a normal person would have failed, now where was Chigusa...

Oh.

"Nonononononononono!" Adrian protested as the idol began to lift her by the waist. Unable to stop her in time she crashed shoulder first onto the mat, leaving her writhing in pain after the hellacious back drop.

After slamming Adrian down in that powerful suplex, Chigusa lay on the mat for a moment as well, panting from the exertion. Adrian was a lot bigger than her after all, and even though Chigusa was pretty strong, she couldn't pull off that kind of move more that once. She quickly got up though, walking over to Adrian's head.

"Sorry," Chigusa said, "But I have to make sure you stay down!" With that, Chigusa jumped up, kicking out one of her legs and attempting to slam it into Adrian's neck in a guillotine leg drop!

"Gah..." Adrian grunted when the main wave of pain subsided "no you don't!" She shouted quickly in retaliation before the idol's leg dropped across her throat.

For a brief moment she thought she was in hell, the impact denying her any air as she pushed off the leg so she could roll onto her front, her heart racing as she tried to calm down. It won't happen again... she thought to try and re-assure herself as Rebecca looked on, worried It won't happen again...

Chigusa was quite surprised when Adrian pushed her leg off and moved to turn over onto her front. She thought it would take her a bit longer before she could recover, but it seemed that Adrian was being quite tenacious. So Chigusa decided to attack and press her advantage. She moved faster than Adrian, trying to get onto the girl's back and sit down there, before grabbing Adrian by the chin and pulling her up into a camel clutch!

"You're a tough one, but please don't make me hurt you anymore!" Chigusa said, as she pulled Adrian back and worked over the girl's spine.
