Avatars and Private posting

Hey,
I've been going through some admin stuff, for starters I didn't realize that avatar upload was disables as I never tried to put up an avatar till today... Then I found out all the pics people had up where from a large gallery. I am able to set the limit of size on the avatars so I've upped this to 150 x 150 pixels and memory size to 50kb (cause 6kb was a joke)... I might up it further so that people can make there on animated gifs (but I doubt people will be doing this).

I was aware that I could change the post limit in the private messages, but I always thought that there must be some draw back for increasing the limit. In fact it seems quite a few things have unreasonable limits that can be changed by me with (what would seem to be) no apparent draw backs, so I've upped the private message limit so that you can receive 200 PMs in your inbox (and may increase it even further).

Hopefully no one will care that we are using the extra memory space
