Alessa Mason vs Catelyn Cormac

When it came down to it, Alessa has had a pretty good run in AFW so far. Her record is definitely one that she could boast about and she was also currently holding the Tension tag titles with her lover Dante Sunderland. She wouldn't want it any other way and was clearly enjoying her time and ride through AFW, her experiences definitely being interesting ones. Tonight however, she finally seems to step up in the Friction ranks. Since she's started in Friction, she's only fought members of the Kawaii division for some strange reason. Tonight will mark her first official match against another woman from the main Friction roster, and she felt the excitement inside her.

Walking through the hallways, dressed in her usual school uniform, Alessa stretched out her arms, prepping for the match that was about to happen. She knew inside that it wasn't going to be an easy match, but she kept her usual calm expression as she walked through the halls, heading towards the curtains where the crew members were waiting to give her her signal. She nods to them as they give her a thumbs up, letting her know it was only seconds before her music would hit the speakers. "Thanks" She simply says to them as "New Day's Dawn" by Fozzy begins to play over the speakers.

The lights in the arena turn into a red tint as she steps onto the stage area met with a massive applause from the audience. Her mouth opened a little bit as she still wasn't used to the reaction that the fans were starting to give her. Nodding her head, she walks down the ramp, clumsily reaching her hands out to high five the fans, trying to imitate the mannerisms of what her partner and boyfriend Dante would do when he comes out to the ring. Walking up the steps, she climbs into the ring through the ropes and stretches her arms out a bit more. Taking a deep breath, she looks up at the stage area, awaiting the entrance of her opponent as she readied herself for the match that was about to begin.

Things hadn't been going to good for Catelyn in AFW so far, she had only had three matches and three losses, technically two but one win felt like a pity win to Cat, she didn't want to lose to much, she had to win, she wanted to win, she decided to change things around a bit, not so much nonsense in the ring, even though she rarely did anything else in the ring than go all out, now she wouldn't worry so much about her opponents any more, she needed to be more like a soldier, and she needed to treat a match like war.

She walked though the hallways, wearing her usual outfit, a black bikini top with a flame motive, black hot pants, light pink stockings, black finger less gloves, white boots, she was ready and determined for a match, she had heard that her opponent was one of the holders of the Tension tag team title, and it only made her pumped, she headed for the curtains, where the crew members signaled her that she was good to go any second now, Cat had chosen a different song for her entrance now, feeling like the other didn't fit her to well, because of her loosing streak, she had chosen a new song that would maybe inspire her a bit more, [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSz1eZXpMKY:5ofkiblw]40:1 by Sabaton[/url:5ofkiblw] was her new entrance music, as the loud rock music began blasting out of the speakers Cat stepped out with her hands raised, pyrotechnics going of left and right, before she run down the ramp, strobe light flickering as she ran, and made her way to the ring and slid in under the bottom rope.


She looked over at her opponent and gave her a nod before walking to the center of the ring, she looked around at the crowd, she couldn't say that she disliked way she was received, a few cheers she got at least, but it wasn't how she wanted it to be, her eyes then turned to Alessa and simply looked at her for a while.

Alessa waited, watching the entrance until her opponent's music began to loudly play over the speakers. "Ooooh" Alessa says as she hears her opponent's music. It was definitely epic sounding, and Alessa seemed pretty impressed just by the music alone. She was getting more and more excited about the match that was about to happen. In her fantasy filled mind, she half expected someone to come out in some sort of warrior outfit, riding down the ramp in a horse followed by a giant army. It was definitely something that was the furthest from what would happen in any circumstance, but Alessa still fantasized about it.

However, her dreams were not quite what happened at Catelyn Cormac stepped out onto the stage area. It would be rude of her to say she was disappointed, but pretty much anyone would have disappointed her because of her outlandish thoughts. However as she saw her pyro go off and the lights flicker in a strobe effect, Alessa's eyes widened again. She saw the girl's pretty skimpy attire, but it was clear she wasn't doing it for that fact. At least, Alessa hoped that she wasn't.

As Catelyn made her way into the ring, Alessa kept her eyes on her, ready to fight her opponent that she already had a high opinion on. She couldn't quite make out her style of fighting just by her looks like she could with a few people, but she didn't mind. Alessa returned the nod that Catelyn gave her and brought her arms up in the ready position. "Uuuh..g-good luck?" Alessa said, trying to think of what Dante would say in the situation, shrugging her shoulders a bit as if she was genuinely confused as of what to say, not embarrassed or nervous, just experimenting one could say. She took a few steps towards her opponent, with her arms still up in the ready.

Cat looked over Alessa as she got into a ready position, and so did Catelyn, she raised her hands and got herself ready, as she stepped a bit closer to Alessa as well, until there were only a leg length between them, "Maybe you should keep the luck for yourself, you going to need all the luck int the world" as Cat would quickly attempt to launch a kick at Alessa's side, before she would quickly try and follow it up with a uppercut to Alessa's chin.

Cat had no intention's of going easy in this fight, she was going all out, and she planned to win.

Alessa tilted her head a bit at Cat's response. It was definitely one that she wasn't expecting to hear. "Did..I say it wrong?" She thought to herself as the bell rung and immediately she was already under Catelyn's attack. Alessa let out a small grunt as she was kicked in the side, caught off guard by the girl's sudden attack. Because of her slightly dazed state from the hit, she was unable to avoid her follow up uppercut, which sent her staggering back into the ropes.

Alessa shook her head, trying to shake off the pain as she tried to quickly get a hold of herself with the situation. She felt as if the small double attack came out of nowhere, when really it was the fact that she had let the girl's response to her first words get to her. It was a bad way to start already, but she hoped to refocus herself before Cat's next attack.

Cat didn't know what she did, for some reason the attack felt really underhanded, and not really her style, but she didn't want to lose anymore, her bad star in AFW and made her resort to these tactics as a test to see if they worked.

Cat quickly stepped towards Alessa and would try to launch a flurry of punches aimed at her head, both left and right hooks aiming for Alessa.

As Alessa continued to try and shake off the feeling of the blows, she was surprised at the force behind Cat's hits. It was clear that the girl was experienced in her strikes, and Alessa knew she couldn't let her get any full force of offense with them, or it could quite possibly lead to her quick defeat. She wasn't given as much time to refocus as she would want to though, as Cat followed up right away on her attack. Hit one after another with Cat's flurry of punches, Alessa found herself pressed against the ropes, feeling what seemed like an endless amount of punches.

"Gh..aaagh!" Alessa let out in pain and frustration as she tried to push forward, attempting to shove Catelyn away from her in an act of desparation to escape what was a very bad position for her. If she's able to do this, she would then charge at her, in the small amount of space between them, and attempt to bring her foot up, aiming to hit the girl with a big boot.

Cat's assault seemed to work as she managed to push Alessa back against the ropes, Cat was getting off to a good start or so it seemed, until Alessa shoved her away and rebounded of the ropes, and came at her with her leg up in a in a big boot, it slammed in on Cat's chest and she went down on the mat, coughing as she tried to roll over onto her front and get back on her feet, slowly as she was slightly winded by the hit.

As Alessa connected with the big boot, she stumbled a few steps forward afterwards, rubbing her face from the previous flurry of punches. She might not want to show it, but her face was stinging and pulsating with pain from the hits. She let the girl get way too much offense so early on in the match and it felt like it cost her. Still, she was a bit taken off by her almost surprise attack. It felt like the two weren't going to be on good terms by the end of the match, even though the girl was only trying to give it her all to win. Alessa tried not to think about it though, Cat was just doing what she had to do, and Alessa had to learn from that and do the same.

She turned around to face Catelyn as she brought herself to her feet. She wanted to say something to the girl, but being herself, she wasn't quite sure what to say. Instead, she knew she had to follow up as soon as possible. Making her way over to Cat, she would try to wrap her arms around her before trying to pull her up and lean herself back, attempting to do a northern light suplex on her, keeping the bridge if she could to go for a pin attempt already.

Cat really didn't know if how she did things was right, maybe she approached the situation wrongly, she usually were a friendly girl, who could get rough if she needed, but now she just went all out, she only thought of winning, her loosing streak had made her decide on a different way to fight, If she managed to win she would adopt this way as her new style, that was the decision she made before the match.

Cat was pulled up and Alessa placed her head under her arm, at this point Cat would attempt to kick her knee up into Alessa's gut to stun her as she gripped tightly on Alessa's head and throw herself back, attempting to DDT Alessa's head into the mat.
