Catelyn Cormac Vs. Angel

Cat was sitting on a bench in the locker room and mentally prepared for a new match, she was wearing her usual attire that consisted of a black bikini top with a flamed motive on it, black hot pants, light pink stockings, white boots, black gloves and her long red hair was tied into a long ponytail.

Cat had so far had a pretty though time in AFW, not feeling like she was making herself noted in the ring, she had so far really just gone through several loses, and not really had any luck in her matches, she had been facing some pretty though opponents and she had to admit that there was nothing really wrong when it came to losing to the girls she had fought, but she still felt a bit bad over the fact that things weren't going as she had planned.

Considering her losing spree, she was quite confused when she found that she was going to wrestle a girl named Angel a girl that was quite high up in the friction rankings, Cat was actually a bit intimidated with that fact, but it also gave her quite a bit of confidence, considering that if she could even put up a fight against this girl she could be recognized as a good wrestler, let alone win against her and she might be thought as a great wrestler.

She walked out of the locker room and headed down the hallways with her new found confidence over the match, she headed towards the curtains just a before the ramp, and as her music [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSz1eZXpMKY:1kcyk4mp]40:1 by Sabaton[/url:1kcyk4mp] began to play she jumped out onto the ramp and began to head down towards the ring, she waved to the crowd and slapped a few of their hands as she walked towards the ring, sliding in under the bottom ropes, she got to her feet and began to stretch a little before she made her way into her corner to await her opponent.

As Catelyn was making her entrance to the arena, Angel was heading down the halls of the AFW complex towards the entrance, ready to make her own appearance. It had been quite some time since Summer Splash and her match against Akashi, and she had taken a bit of time off to rest and recover from the match. Akashi had been the toughest opponent she had ever faced, keeping an advantage over Angel for almost the entire match, and the Latina had to admit a bit of disappointment in herself for how it turned out. She knew Akashi would be strong, but not that strong. She had underestimated her, and it had come around to bite her in her ass.

She let out a sigh as she headed down the halls. Her first night back, and she was up against some girl named Catelyn. She had asked around the complex, asked a few people about her, and found out a few things. Again, she felt a bit disappointed. She was just some low-ranked girl on a losing streak. Angel almost felt this match wasn't even worth her time! She much rather wanted to fight Tiffany again, or a rematch against Akashi, or finally get her hands on Kirin and her number two spot.

She sighed once more as she finally approached the entrance to the arena. She shook her head and put on her usual cocky smirk, grabbing a mike from a nearby official and busting into the arena as her entrance music began to blast over her speakers. The crowd burst into cheers and applause for her, Angel doing a few sultry poses for them atop the entrance ramp, before finally calling for the music to stop, raising the mike to her lips as she gestured down to the ring at Catelyn. "Let's just see what this girl is made of..." she thought to herself.

"Hey! You! Red!" She shouted into the mike, cocking one hand confidently onto her hips, sticking them out to the side, tilting her head slightly as she stared down at the girl. "Do you know who I am, chica? Do you have any idea at all?" She paused briefly, then quickly continued, not giving Catelyn a moment to respond, not yet anyway. "I'm the number three ranked woman in this federation! I'm the next champion in this place, and you're just some little girl on a losing streak!" Another pause, then Angel continued once more. "What makes you think you're worthy to fight me in this ring, huh?"

She lowered the mike from her lips and grinned at Catelyn, waiting on a response from her now.

Cat looked on as she heard Angel's music begin to play, she looked up to see the stunning Latin beauty, and she saw her gesture for the music to turn down, Cat was confused by this to say the least, she saw Angel lift the mike up to her lips and speak, "what the hell is going on" Cat thought to herself as she heard the girl call out to her, calling her *Red* but still, she listened on as the girl spoke, "What does she mean....why wouldn't I know" Cat thought to herself as she listened on, gesturing to get a mike of her own, and before she got one Angel spoke yet again.

Cat frowned at her words, she knew it was kinda true that she may not deserve a match....but she didn't like having it spelled out before her, and the entire crowd as well, Cat rolled her head a bit as she got the mike and put it up to her lips, "If she wants to start something...then I'm not going to be one to back down" Cat thought to herself, "Well you are the number three ranked woman...but next champion...I don't know about that" Cat said as she wasn't very pleased with Angel at the moment, and she didn't want to take any shit from anybody, "Well...as far as being worthy.....to be honest I didn't know if I was.....until now....If you were truly so great....then you would have just come down her and kicked my ass.....but the fact that you did all this....now I think I am worthy....so why don't you waltz your butt down here and give the good people sitting in the crowd a bit of a show before I take you down" Cat said as she looked up at Angel and then around at the crowd.

Cat had maybe not chosen her words to wisely and may end up regretting them, but she would stand by them still and ready to fight Angel, Cat was not the type of girl to back down to a challenge and would at least prove that she would stand her ground no matter who she was up against.

Angel grinned, beginning to head down the ramp towards the ring. Maybe she would get a good match out of this girl after all.

She spoke into the mic again, her voice soft. "Take me down? Better girls than you have tried, chica."

With that, she broke into a running, tossing her mic to an official as she neared the ring, then sliding under the ropes and up to her feet. With a ring, the bell would signal the start of the match, and Angel already lunged over towards Catelyn, throwing a pair of quick jabs towards her chin, hoping her sudden assault would catch the girl off guard.

Cat looked on at Angel as she told her better girls had tried, she gritted her teeth before she take the mic up again and said "Maybe they have....but that doesn't mean that I'm not going to kick your ass" Cat said as she tossed the mic back towards one of the official's.

But when she turned to face Angel again she saw the Latina had entered the ring and threw a punch at her face, Cat stumbled back and held her chin, gritting her teeth as she growled at Angel.

Cat would attempt to throw a wild right hook at Angel, she had a great urge to pommel this girls face in and she intended to try and do so.

As Cate threw her wild punch at Angel, she would duck straight down under it, then pop back up quick, taking a step back and trying to throw a high kick up towards Catelyn's chin!

Things weren't looking good for Cat as she might have bit of more than she can chew, as wild swing missed without a doubt, and the fast Latina was not slow on attacking again, before Cat knew what had happened, her face was met with the Latina's foot, "Guah!" Cat let out as her body snapped back and fell down on on her side.

Angel tsked as Catelyn went down. "Going down already, chica?" She teased. She knelt down by her, grabbing her hair and pulling her up into a sitting position, where she would then move behind her, trying to snake her arm around Catelyn's neck for a sleeper hold.

Cat's head was spinning a bit from that kick, she couldn't believe she had been taken down to the ground so easily, looks like she was have to give 110% in this match, and be non relenting, if she was even to put up a fight, Cat groaned in response to Angel's words, "grrh!" Cat growled as Angels yanked her up to a seated position, people seemed to like grabbing her hair and pulling on it, was it because it was long, or red, or maybe both.

No matter why, Angel yanked her up to a seated position, as she was placed in a sleeper hold, "Gagh!" the red head let out as her hands went up to try and pry Angels arms away.

Angel just smirked again as she felt Catelyn tugging on her arm. She would try to tighten her arm up, despite the redhead's resistance, and begin hauling her back to her feet while keeping her in the sleeper, using her other arm to snake around the girl and grab at one of hers, trying to tug it back off her own and twist it behind her back.
