i had a tentative rpg game set up, as some of you remember, for a touhou schoolgirl setting game. the school was originally an alternate storyline thing, but twisted it as i learned more about the world. it became more of a canon setting, and it was an attempt by the more peaceful/intelligent powers that be to try and promote history, education, and "please, please stop eating humans" among the people of the touhou world. players generally meant to make original girls, though the regulars would be staff and students. (again, mostly partly cuz i don't know a lot about Touhou...)

was meant to have silly little plots, where every schoolyard squabble is resolved with superpowered magic. of course there'd be real threats, and then mixups thereof. clan of witches try to claim the mountain the school is built on. swim class is today, but a kraken or a ghost ship is in the pool ruining the fun. Yuugi the drunkard gym teacher declares a no-rules dodgeball match for today's class. and get tastefully ecchi now and again, with "clothes-eating monsters on the loose! all that's left are these maid outfits/school swimsuits/sexy businesswoman clothes!"

Oh right. and Angie found out the newest Touhou game came out today. already downloadable via the usual illegalness, but not translated
