If I may step back in, and offer just a bit of advice before you get this started?

You might want to make sure you have some hard direction before you begin this. I think the problem with the school idea is that it lacked any real direction, just a 'here's an intro thread, go get started!' at the beginning.

Though I'm not personally interested in this at all, I'd hate to see it crash and burn like the school idea did, so...just throwing my two cents in. :X

Yes, getting back to and sticking to topic...

If we were to do this it would be set in Gensokyo.... The arrangements would be much like Friction (as in just set up your own matches and manage your own storylines). Ryoku suggested to me that we write an intro for how the character find out about the federation, so thats something to think about.

If people have been reading Touhou Tag Dream, then thats pretty similar to the set up here (except it won't be a tournament, not tag team only matchs and i will be stricter on the use of powers inside matches.)
