Joey Jericho vs. Songbird

Songbird looked back and saw that Joey had grabbed the ropes for a rope break. At the five count, she would release him on "3" and back off to give him some room. "I can keep this up all night, Joey boy."

Joey couldn't help but notice that Songbird had made nice use of the five count. although once she let to her used the ropes to help himself to his knees he definately needed to create some distance between the two of them to get the feeling back into his leg. It wasn't long before he was back on his feet leaning back against the ropes. The silver haired male let out a growl. She could keep this up all night eh? "Really? Lets see how you take this then." he questioned as he charged aiming for a spear. Although he was slightly off balance from the damage that had been done to one of his leg.

Songbird would get into her fighting stance as soon as Joey was up and about. She raised an eyebrow when Joey was going for a spear at her, but he seemed slightly off balanced. It wasn't worth trying to punch at him, so she would try to dodge out of the way from the spear.

Joey let out a growl he had missed. He could tell this wasn't going to be good at all since he had ended up flying past Songbird and landing on his hands and knees after an unsucessful close range spear attempt.

Seeing that Joey was on his hands and knees, Songbird would try to take this to an advantage. First, she would try to bring him up and throw him into the ropes. If this worked, she would prepare herself for a clothesline once he comes by.

It wasn't long before Joey felt himself pulled up to his feet and whipped towards the ropes. Bouncing off of them he was propelled back towards Songbird and hit the a clothesline sending him to his back. He let out a groan using his elbow to prop himself up as one of his hands laid on his chest.

Songbird would catch her breath a little after that clothesline. The endurance of the boy made her arm sting a little, but she didn't want to call in quits yet. Seeing that Joey was taking a breather as well, she would try to go to the side where Joey's elbow support was and grab at that arm. If this worked, she would place that arm next to his head vertically, wrap her legs over them, and go for a headscissors variation.

Joey's eyes widened it seemed as though Songbird had reacted quickly pretty much pulling his arm from underneath him making the silver haired male fall onto his back. She seemed to know what she was going for as she pulled his arm up and wrapped her slender legs around both his head and his arm. His eyes widened slightly one of his arms now trapped his free arm moving to tug at the pink haired female's thigh. Joey was pretty sure that she had the advantage now not only could she tighten her hold but she had one of his arms trapped and useless so it would be harder for her to try and pry her leg away from him.

Songbird was glad that her move had worked and now she got Joey where she wanted. Applying some pressure to both Joey's arm and head, she said, "It's not too late to quite, Joey. Just say the word, likewise I can bring up worse than this." She'll try to maintain her submission and keep Joey at bay.

Joey struggled trying to get a little extra leverage although that didn't seem to be working out too well. Another growl escaped from the silver haired male as Songbird seemed to be mocking him. At least in his head it was mocking. "Give up.....? You have got to be......kidding me." He replied although he was actually dreading what else the pink haired woman might have planned for him while she had him in this position.
