"I just wanted a quiet drink, something to stop me doing something like this." She said, slowly walking towards Taylor, picking up a bottle of Vodka on the way, holding it like a club. "Then some idiot thought it'd be funny to smack me across the face and scare the crap out of the barkeep. Well, I'm not laughing, not yet. Maybe when you end up with your blood smeared all over the place, then I'll get the joke."

Z.Z. Was expecting to get pounded frm the front and was ready to take a hit when she felt Taylor prop herup. She grinned up at the girl. "See, she know's what's up, Yaya." The pirate then spun around and loked at Veronica, putting an arm around Taylor. "Oy, seriously!" Z.Z. Said. "Ain't ya ever been in a bar brawl before? It's good fun. Laug punch, good way ta kill an afternoon. Me an this scallywag're pals." She said motioning to Taylor. "And that red headed mousey lookin girl too." Z.Z. Reached out and grabbed a bottle of alcohol and lobbed it over into the middle of the bar where it crashed open. "See? She ain't gonna even bat an eye cause we're mates. Why can't ya see da X, bloke?" Z.Z. Said with a grin.

"Mates? Good fun?" Veronica asked, stunned. From what shhad gathered ZZ had only been in the bar a minute longer than herself, and she was calling them mates when their main interaction had been insulting each other or fighting, and she was asking what her problem was. "Are you fucking retarded!?" She shouted, opting to unscrew the Vodka and take a drink from the bottle. Her rlough British accent coming through loud and clear for once.

"You've got a crippled bertender scared shitless, her fuck buddy trying to think of the fastest way to get you the fuck out of here, I've tried to bash your fucking face in and it's good fun!?"

Z.Z. Grinned at Veronica's words. She lifted up her hand and adjusted her headwrap in a way that looked as if she was tipping her hat to Veronica. "Aye." She said grinning wider. "More fun dan a press gang, dat's for sure., eheh." She added. "If ya weren't so serious bout everytin, den maybe you'd see it?" Sh then looked around. "Gonna be grumpy all day or ya gonna pass a bottle and let us get back to havin a bit o fun?" She asked tilting her head curiously.

"Fucking hell. Take it."Veronica groaned handing over the started bottle of Vodka, but not before headbutting the pirate. "Now we're even for smacking me in the face."

"If you want a piece of me do it when there's an actual point beyond just fucking around." She said, grasping another bottle and taking up a seat the other side of the counter "If you piss me off, I'll kill you. If there's money involved, I'll really fucking kill you. Now? I don't give a shit. Do whatever the hell you like."

Taylor stifled an outburst and resisted the urge to charge at Veronica. She was the second person to use the term "fuckbuddy" to refer to... well her and someone else. She didn't know if she considered Satomi a friend. Her eyes widened as ZZ lobbed the bottle, she went to stop her but it was too late. She palmed her forehead instead.

"Okay... you're still, ya know, you have to pay for... okay." Taylor took a deep breath and jabbed her finger into the pirate's chest. "You, go have a seat." She said gently.

"And you." She fumed, doing her best to keep from losing her cool. "I don't know where you came from or what you're problem is or who your hairdresser is, but I don't like any of it. Maybe you think you sound all cool and scary with your 'I'm so angry!' routine, but you are... nnnnnone of those things. You just sound like you're due for a bottle and a fresh diaper. Now how 'bout before you keep running your ugly mouth and digging a bigger hole for yourself you just cut your losses and take a walk. To a wig store. The glare off your dome is bothering me."

She looked back and forth between ZZ and Satomi. "And besides, if it came down to it, it's three against one." She looked at Satomi. "Two and a half. Sort of. Still, you get my point."

"Already got the bottle." She said, pouring herself out a fresh glass. "I get your point, acting tough is a good way to end up on a hospital bed. You should know that better than anyone."

Taylor cocked an eyebrow and scowled at Veronica. "Now, what could you possibly mean by that, Turtlewax?"

"Think about it, you act like your cock of the walk and can't back it up, you get hurt. That's true wherever you fucking go." she said, taking back another shot, wiping her mouth afterward. "Whether it's in a gang where you get shanked by someone in a bad mood, or a ring where you just get beaten down by whoever you pissed off and her fuck slaves."

Taylor was smoldering, but Veronica had piqued her curiosity. She stowed her rage again.

"So, are you saying that I act like 'cock of the walk' and can't back it up? That's funny, coming from someone who's been bitch slapped and kicked around in the 5 seconds you've been here. And again, real dramatic, but could you please cut the shit and talk like a normal person? Bluebeard here with her imaginary friend is like music to my ears compared to you.
