Heather Sunderland vs Michelle Taki ~ 'Bed of Roses'

Heather meant what she said when she claimed she was prepared and ready to hit the roses again at any time. She really in her mind thought that her body would get used to the feeling and she would able to recklessly continue to fight with Michelle regardless of how many times she collided with those thorns that relentlessly cut into her body. However that probably wasn't the actuality. Heather may think that, but no one could get used to the piercing of the thorns. The amount of blood the two have lost was probably countless now. They were probably both dangerously close to suffering a serious injury or hospitalization because of the events that have occurred in this match so far.

Still, Heather was determined. In her mind she couldn't lose to Michelle and her regal personality. She hated it and she wanted so badly to shut her up, prove to her that she was the better girl, even though she was fighting with a less refined style. That she could make it through this with her determination and will to win, although when it came down to it, that might just not be enough.

"I'll be ready for it. These roses are going to have to wait though if they are craving for more of my blood. They're just gonna get a whole lot of yours instead." Heather said with a grin as she charged at the girl to begin to execute her quick maneuver. However she was just about to find out how wrong she was. As she went for her hurricanrana, she found herself suspended by Michelle's grasp. Pulled back up, she lets out a yell as she is sent downwards fast into the thorns, being hit by Michelle's powerbomb.

"Gh...uugh.." Heather lets out as more cuts are carved into her back. The pain almost unbearable to her as she feels herself close to passing out. However she fight to stay conscious, but finds she is stuck in a pinning predicament. Unable to immediately react at first, she hears the beginning of what might be the end for her.

Not even Michelle, who has been in more of these matches than she can remember, was used to the feeling of the thorns tearing your skin and the blood flowing out of your wide, deep wounds. This level of pain was something no one could get over easily, let alone doing it throughout a single match. No matter how much Heather said she was accustomed to the painful sensation, Michelle just didnt buy it. And, even if the other girl was telling the truth, the noble woman was going to hurt her badly, with or without the roses!

Michelle had the situation under control; the hurricarrana was avoided and the powerbomb was about to be executed successfully. Not only would her counter attack be devastating by itself, but considering the merciless roses waiting for Heather on the canvas... the raven haired girl was in for a world of pain. And even if the incredible move didnt knock her opponent unconscious, it should at least cause enough damage to keep her from kicking out of the pin.

The referee exclaimed. Unlike in other matches, she did not slap the mat - for obvious reasons - as she counted. The noble woman held her opponent down firmly, not wanting Heather's shoulders to abandon the mat. "N-now... Stay down, if you know what's good for you." Michelle murmured, her weight pressing down on her opponent's and folding her up even further.

After such a violent powerbomb, there was no way Heather could get up... or was there? The crowd was starting to think that the blonde woman was going to win with this pin. While she hadnt used her incredible finisher, she thought she would be able to hold her opponent down for the full count. Just one more second and it'd be all over... She could do this!

Heather cringed at her own pain as the blood was flowing out her back. She's been slammed countless times and her pain has been doubled with each contact with the violent roses. The canvas seemed to be painted red, added with the roses that were all over, it was almost as if the ring was naturally of a red color. It was getting to be too much and the reality of it was that the human body could only stand a certain amount of blood loss. Heather seemed to be nearing that point as she was fighting her body's will to just pass out to conserve energy.

The match could have been over there, Heather would be able to walk out, scarred, but still able to walk out. She just had to succumb to the three count that was in the process of happening. However, being the way she is, Heather just couldn't give up like that. If there was an inch in her body that could still withstand the punishment that the match has been dealing upon her, she would call from it and use it to stay in there.

"N-no way.." Heather said in a weak voice as she forced her shoulders up just as the ref girl was about to call for the third count. She had saved herself in the match...for now...however she wasn't done. Heather wasn't going to stop at just saving herself. She was going to get back into it and kick Michelle's ass if she could.

Taking the opportunity that was granted her with the position the two girls were in, Heather shoots her arms up and grabs at Michelle's hair. She tries to pull her head further into her thighs before attempting to squeeze them together and lock her in a headscissors. It was quite the odd position for the move to be locked in, but it was a chance that Heather wasn't going to let slip by. If she was able to lock in the scissors, she would then attempt to cross them into a figure four type headscissors on Michelle. "H-how about...you..tap instead.." Heather lets out. The hold was weak because of her exhaustion, but that wasn't stopping her from at least trying.

Michelle could see the pained expression in Heather's face; this match was not going to last anymore than another second. The powerbomb had done an outstanding job laying the raven haired girl out for the pin, and now Michelle was just one second away from earning her well deserved - or at least that's what she thought... - victory. Even some of Heather's fans were convinced that the noble woman was going to win.

"Thr---!"

The count was interrupted by a sudden cry of surprise. Whose was it? Michelle's! The blonde woman, who believed she had the match in the bag and that Heather wasnt getting up, was now trapped in a headscissors. How in hell did this happen, she thought. Where in hell did Heather get the energies to keep going, she thought. The raven haired girl was at her mercy just a few seconds ago... now the positions were reversed!

"Curse you..." She murmured as her hands moved to Heather's thighs. She managed to stay up on her feet, which gave her a bit of an advantage even in this kind of situation. Now, if only she could weaken the hold her foe had on her head... "Let go of me..." She growled lowly at the raven haired girl, even though the figure four headscissors kept her from receiving as much air as she should.

Her struggles to try and free herself were wild and desperate: she had no intention of letting her opponent force a submission out of her now that she's close to winning! It would be stupid to lose now that she has caused so much damage.
