Retribution of the Forgotten

Cirno listened carefully, each word echoed into that small skull off hers. For a long time Cirno stood there, unmoving, like she was frozen rock solid. In her mind, this same speech was repeated over and over and over, there was something about it that seemed familiar but she couldn't exactly identify it. Then it happened, the look in the girl's eyes, that tone she said those words with, it reminded her of.. What she said back then, to Raiye when she was captured by the Era of Hell, how she would never betray her friends, how she would never betray Seraphim, had it really come to this? Have the roles already been switched without her knowing? She wanted to deal the finishing blow! She gripped the handle tightly and slammed it down towards Tracy with all her might, just another second decision in her mind what Cirno came up with and then..

The sound of a hard bang was heard, like something hard hit something else equally hard, like cars crashing into eachother. Cirno had struck her sword down.. Just not on Tracy, just at the side of her ody, barely missing her, but the ground was lightly cracked from how hard she had hit it. For a while did Cirno stand there, the decision was once again not what her mind wanted, her mind wanted to revenge for what Seraphim had done to her, that now lifeless shell Cirno seemed. Still.. Old habbits never die, no matter how far they were buried within. She pulled her sword back and sheathed it into her holster, making sure it was tightly secure before she'd bring her hand down to Tracy, offering her a way up on her feet without too much difficulty.

Tracy closed her eyes as the little girl seemed determined to strike her down. If it made her happy, then it was okay. Deep inside her heart, she was sorry she couldnt be with Sindel and Seraphim. Well... they'd have to live on without her. Big was her surprise when, instead of feeling the cold steel of Cirno's sword, she felt a wave of air, followed by an incredibly loud, metallic sound. As she opened her eyes, the red haired girl saw the edge of the little girl's sword had hit the floor right next to her. Could it mean that... she had forgiven her? She didnt move just yet, waiting for a word or a gesture that told her it was safe to move. Tracy only watched as Cirno saved her sword, letting out a sigh of relief. She was safe... for now at least.

She was surprised to see Cirno offering her a hand to get back up. If this wasnt a gesture, then she didnt know what it could be. The redhead immediatly took the blue haired girl's hand, gladly accepting her help. "Thank you..." Tracy scratched the back of her head and looked away, slightly embarrassed. Being forgiven always led her to these awkwards situations where she didnt know how to react. She just said the first thing that came to her mind. "Heey... let me make it up to you. Really." The redhead exclaimed, determined to pay Cirno back for giving her another chance. Now, what could she possibly do to make up with her if she didnt know what she had done in the first place?

Cirno only helped Tracy back up upon her feet because she felt like she needed to, despite the war within her, she still had her honor, Tracy fought hard to keep herself alive and even when she was at Cirno's mercy, did she not beg one bit, such courage could only be rewarded with atleast something close to it. Still, Cirno was just going to leave it at that, turning to inspect if the fallen girls had left, and they were, one by one were they starting to wake up and run off quickly before Cirno would attack them more.

Cirno adjusted her dress, then the holster of her sword to make sure it remained tightly in place and then walked off, away from Tracy and towards the direction the Horus Heresy members were running to, as if he had a bone to pick with them. Truthfully, she actually did, she was the one discarded from them after all and now returning psychally stronger but mentally unprepared, sure she could ignore every painfull word she would recieve, mainly because her mind was fighting it's own war but she couldn't show the compassion, any emotion that might aid her in combat.

Tracy only watched as Cirno adjusted her dress and sword. Now word came from the other girl's lips. Was she mute or something? Or maybe she didnt hear her? Or... maybe she didnt want to listen to her excuses. She found Cirno's behavior slightly rude, but she did not care about that. Considering how savage and rude she was before meeting Seraphim, she had no right to complain. The redhead just waited for an answer that never came. Just when it seemed like Cirno was about to leave, though, she'd step forward and grab her by her cute dress, trying to hold her back.

"...Wait!"

Tracy refused to let go of her now. She owed her, not only for saving her life, but also for *apparently* forgiving her. And she wanted to do something to thank her for that. Given Cirno's personality and attitude towards her, she started thinking it was not the best of ideas to grab her by the dress. But, that's the first thing she could think of at the moment. "Just... stick around for a little bit. I want to make up to you. I need some time to think what to do, but when I do, I want you to be close enough so I wont forget while searching for you, alright?"

Cirno was halted, certainly a bad thing to do when she was on the hunt. She turned her head so she could look at Tracy from over her shoulder, with those cold, almost soulless eyes. She then looked back infront of her, they were already out of sight.. Even if Cirno were to run she'd probably have no clue where to find them again.... Despite the now new loss for Cirno, she did hear Tracy's words. They sounded pleasant, much like a once fallen Angel had spoken to her.. Perhaps this was Karma's twisted fate for Cirno to renewal her future?

She could accept Tracy's help, renew her faith in this situation and just see how it happens.. She could also just attack Tracy relentlessly for stopping her from hunting her prey.. Still.. Perhaps there was something about this that made Cirno think about it, really taking her seconds to decide rather then just decide right away and finally she did. She removed the hand from her dress and turned to face Tracy and she gave her a simple nod, looking like Cirno wasn't going to run or lie to her just so she could avoid her, but rather just see where this was going. Perhaps.. It will be different then last time.

Tracy felt a little nervous as the other girl looked at her with those cold, empty eyes of hers. She probably hadnt thought that very well. But she wasnt going to back off. She was determined to have Cirno come with her. She knew that, if only she was given a chance, they could become great friends. The redhead wanted to show the girl in the blue dress that she was really grateful to her for saving her. She just had to think of some way to make up with her. Until then, she'd try to make Cirno stick around. Besides, she wanted to introduce her to her sister, Sindel.

"Oh, crap. Sindel!" She gasped. "Come with me!"

With all the commotion out here, she had completely forgotten about her sister, who was most likely ready to leave. She had to go back soon, not wanting to scare Sindel. Not doubting for a second, she grabbed Cirno's small hand and held it tightly, dragging the other girl inside the building. She had no time to explain the situation, simply hoping her sister didnt think she had abandoned her. She'd never do that!

Cirno blinked innocently with those lifeless eyes when her hand was grasped, looking back up at Tracy after she had watched around her, being tugged back inside the hospital. She looked around for a moment once inside, she didn't really being in the hospital, but her feet lazily followed Tracy, stumbling from time to time when Tracy was moving too fast for her mind to comprehend.

Sindel was laying quietly on the back.. Sideways. The doctor had already left and told her she was perfectly fine, leaving Sindel to bore herself untill Tracy would return. She looked at the other bed next to the one she was laying on, though with a upside down view, a bored look upon her face while she spoke to herself. " Atleast now I can take on Tammy without anything stopping me, heh. "

Tracy sprinted to the room where she had left Sindel. Dodging nurses and pulling roughly on the blue haired girl, she tried to go back to her sister as soon as possible, not wanting her to leave without her. She pretty much ignored the numerous secutiry guards who told them to slow down, to stop running. She had no time to lose! She wasnt paying much attention to Cirno, just hoping she didnt stay behind or trip. Of course the redhead would stop to help her, but she'd rather not make Sindel wait anymore. "I'm coming... Just a little bit more..."

"Sindel!"

She exclaimed as she entered the room, looking at her little sister while she laid on the bed. Tracy was panting lightly, kind of tired after running. After all, she wasnt completely recovered from her fight against those girls from the Horus Heresy. The red haired girl would finally let go of the new girl's hand, leaving her at the entrance of the room. "I'm sorry I took so long... They didnt have my favorite drink, and you know me! I had to go to another store." She tried to avoid telling Sindel what had happened, not wanting her to worry about her. It was nothing serious, after all. Although... she didnt know what would have happened if Cirno hadnt shown up.

Cirno made sure she was keeping up with Tracy bug with her sword in the way of some of the nurses, she did needed time to keep track untill finally they came to a stop and came inside a room with a.. Familiar person.. She knew her. Before all of this happened did she protect this girl, the girl who recruited her into the White Gale and did show her a bit of excitement and happiness before it was all taken away. The person who she gave her life practically for to make sure she would not get hurt but in the end nothing happened for Cirno, only the pain and grief she was put in. The person who said she would be there for her..

Sindel..

Sindel was busy counting the many screws on the bed infront of her when her sister barged in, not seeing Cirno yet. She crossed her arms while she remained in the position she was in. " You took your sweet time, that's for sure! " She then sat up. It was then that she saw Cirno, her eyes widened in shock, she had not seen this girl for ages! The last time she saw her was..... " .. Cirno.. " She spoke out somewhat softly, hopping off the bed to approach her, she knew that this girl was gone the day after she protected her and she never forgave herself for leaving her there but what was she to say now? She knew how things like these went, you could try apologizing but it was already too late, so she said something completely.. Different. " I'm glad to see you're still alive for me to repay my debt to you. "

Cirno said nothing.. Only that icey gaze she always had while she had looked up at Sindel, she refused to believe in anything but still took Sindel's words in as gold, and she knew she was at a right place.. For the moment, all she just needed was not make the same mistake again.

If Sindel took a close look to Tracy's clothes, she might notice some dirt on them. You dont get out of a fight with a bunch of people without getting dirty, after all. The redhead scratched the back of her head and smirked nervously. "Ehehh... That's a long story." She answered just as nervously, not wanting make her sister worry by telling her what really happened. She thought that, until Seraphy-chan came back, it was her duty to protect Sindel. "Ah! By the way! I met this awesome girl out--" Tracy turned around to face Cirno, pointing her thumb at the blue haired girl. However, before she could finish speaking, she noticed the look on the others' faces. Did they know each other? Guess she'll just have to find out.

It was... a rather awkward situation. To watch them there, staring at each other like that. When Sindel broke the silence, Tracy understood. They definitely did know each other. And while she'd rather not leave her sister alone with that girl - and especially with that sword of hers -, she took a step back and towards the door. "I... think you two have a lot of catching up to do. I guess I'll leave you alone, alright...?" The red haired girl didnt really expect an answer, and as soon as she finished saying that, she would walk out of the door, closing it behind her back and leaning against the wall, hoping she was able to hear whatever they said, and take action if needed. Especially if she heard a metallic sound. That was never good news.
