Come to Collect

Sarah chuckled amusingly as Raiye struggled to escape. It as funny, she was actually a little worried after Raiye had gained the advantage back then. Now it seemed foolish as she looked up at her struggling foe. "I don't even care if you came here to kidnap me or whatever," she said up at her. "If this is all you got you must hae realized that you'd only get your ass kicked." Sarah squeezed Raiye's throat tighter in her hand, still keeping her off the ground. If Raiye didn't do something soon, Sarah just might end up finishing her off.

Raiye had to act quickly now, her oxygen was nearly depleted and she would be choked out, she couldn't have that, she had an new plan to go by, holding Sarah's wrist, she tried to ram her knee up at Sarah's chin, hoping she could reach it atleast, she couldn't do anything more effective then that. Raiye preferred using her fists above her knee and legs, but right now she couldn't summon enoug hstrength with them, though she was sure to make Sarah pay for those words.

Sarah thouhght sheh ad Raiye; thought she had this little fight in the bag. All those thoughts were literally knocked out of her head when Raiye's knee shot up at her, connecting solidly with her chin. "GAAAAHHH!!!" Sarah screamed, releasing Raiye immediately and dropping her back to the floor. Sarah was sent stumbling backwards, clutching her jaw with both hands. "Son of a bitch!" Sarah screamed, unitentionally leaving herself open to attack.

Raiye fell onto her feet, ignoring that she wanted to fall further down, onto her knees where she could redeem herself, she had to pump in the adrenaline and saw Sarah's state, it was something she had to take as an advantage, a momentum she could ride, her hand gripped into a fist, she was going to send one of her strongest punches this time, bringing her entire arm back while she stepped closer to Sarah, and then shot her arm forward, trying to slam her fist hard into Sarah's face.

Sarah's overconfidence in this fight had brought her pain many times, and it seemed like it would only get worse. The hit to her jaw had jarred Sarah's senses, and at the moment she couldn't think of anything else other than the pain. It was this mistake that would end up costing her, for the next looked up all she would see was Raiye's fist shooting towards her face.

Sarah had never been hit but a car before, but she imagined it was similiar to the punch Raiye just hit her with. Sarah had taken punches before, but this was by far the strongest one she had ever taken. Blood spurted from Sarah's nose immediately, force of it sending Sarah flying backwards until she collided with the wall behind her. She cried out in pain, and then slumped over, blood dripping from her face and onto the pavement. Sarah was still on her feet, but as she raised her head to look at Raiye her eyes were only half-open, and a very dazed look was on her face. She was still concious, but barely.

Growling weakly, Sarah ould move forward again to send a retaliatory punch for Raiye's punch. However, because of her dazed state this punch was considerably slower then her usual punches.

When Raiye saw that Sarah was almost unable to fight anymore but still wanting to, she knew she had to end it, just one more harsh attack and she would topple the Queen of Brawl, gripping both hands into fists now while she awaited Sarah's charge, the slow punch that came at the end of it, Raiye quickly jumped back, calculated when Sarah would be within range.. And then tried to shoot out one hell of a uppercut to her chin when she was close enough, she wasn't looking for completely totalling Sarah but she knew she had to be rough this time, there was going to be more trouble if this went on any longer.

Sarah wasn't too aware that her punch had hit nothing but air. What she did notice was the devastating punch that rammed upwards into her jaw. Sarah nearly blacked out right then and there. The force of it sent Sarah stumbling bacwards from Raiye again. Her legs trembled, wanting nothing more than to give out from under her. And for a second it seemed like they would. But, perhaps through some extreme force of willpower, Sarah managed to stay on her feet.

Sarah's dazed look cam to rest upon Raiye, and even though Sarah was basically out on her feet, she was still going to fight. If Raiye was gonna take her don, she was gonna have to work for it.

Stumbling foard again, Sarah ould send a combo of punches at Raiye this time, though once again they lacked the speed and coordination they usually did. Maybe it was because with her blurred vision she was ow seeing three Raiye's before her.

Raiye had no choice but to use her strongest attack, but she hated to use it, she jumped to the side this time, avoiding Sarah just barely this time and she extended her leg to the side, jumping forward and bringing her foot forward in a spin, sending a harsh spinkick towards Sarah's cheek. She hated the fact of using her legs despite them being much stronger then her arms,

Once again Sarah's blows were easily dodged, and it looked like her opponant was looking to end this with one final blow. And with the state Sarah was in she probably couldn't take one more blow. Sarah wearily looked at Raiye as she launched her final attack, and it hit Sarah like a bolt of lighting. The kick struck her cheek hard, spinning Sarah once and then sending her crashing to the alley floor. She lay there unmoving facedown, blood beginning to pool around her. It seemed like Raiye had put Sarah down for good this time.

Then Sarah started to move again.

Like a phoenix rising from the ashes Sarah began to move again, her arms raising herself off from the dirty ground. First she got her knees under, then one leg at a time she began to raise herself to her feet. Her legs wobbled ominiously, like they could give out again at any moment. But by sheer force of willpower Sarah would manage to stand up. As she turned her head to face Raiye the girl would see Sarah's glazed over green eyes, indicating she was hanging on to but a shred of consciousness.

Sarah would then began to very slowly stalk over to Raiye. With her bloody face and glazed over expresion she looked like a zombie on the hunt. When she was close enough to Raiye she would raise a tightly clenched fist. Even in her half-conscious state Sarah's first instinct was to fight, and that was exactly what she was bringing to Raiye. She stumbled for Raiye, fist cocked back, and when she threw it...

It sailed past Raiye's shoulder, and Sarah's body soon followed it. She fell forward past Raiye and collapsed to the pavement facedown, unconscious and beaten. Raiye had finally put down the Queen of Brawl.

Raiye was amazed that Sarah was getting back up, despite taking one of Raiye's strongest attacks twice. She took a single step back, preparing herself for another attack, then seeing her fall upon the ground, Sarah's attack barely missed her while Raiye didn't even have to move, turning to look down at the fallen queen, clenching her hand into a fist and let out a gentle sigh of irritation. " God dammit.. This wasn't supposed to happen. "

She then carefully leaned down to inspect whether or not Sarah was truly out or not and when she found out when she did, she'd slowly pick up Sarah into her arms, rather an unusual way to pick someone up, making sure she had a perfect grip on her before she walked off with her, rolling her eyes when she remembered the orders. " One of these days.. "
