Kiara's second training session (for Dynamo44)

Kiara got in position and waited for Songbird to run at her as she took a deep breathe hoping she would screw this up.

Songbird began to run and charge at Kiara, hoping that she would do the same as she showed her.

Kiara saw Songbird run towards her and she did as Songbird said managing to flip over her charging teacher and land behind her before gently pushing her into the corner.

Songbird smiled as she turned to Kiara. "Good! Very Good! Now, when you're in a real match, you can easily ram your opponent in. Wanna learn one more thing before I test you in a match?"

"Yes that would be nice" Kiara said eager to learn some more.

"OK, here's a special move that I recently picked up. I call it the Three-Beatdown and it's all about using one arm." Songbird showed it to Kiara as she explained. "It's all just one elbow across the face first, then that elbow straight into the stomach, and finally a fist to the face to make the opponent fall back."

"Ok" Kiara said thinking that the move didn't sound all to complicated.

"Now, you try, Kiara." said Songbird as she waited.

"Ok" Kiara said as she elbowed the air high then quickly did the same low before stepping back and punching the air in front of her "Like that Songbird."

"Good, very good!" said Songbird with a smile. "Say, Kiara? I would like to try something if you don't mind and this may be important. May I request if you can take off your shoes?"
