two major things i took from Avatar
1. Unobtanium. Really? I understand it's a running joke in science fiction, but goddammit. Really?! That's what Willy Wonka puts in his Scrumdiddlyicious bars! It makes me feel less bad about my superhero roleplaying game where I refer to made up metals a "bigamite" and "carboardium"

Wasn't really evil either. Just kind of doing his thing as he was told by the retarded businessmen. I mean, the planet's full of the rock. You HAVE to get the biggest deposit? Can't just, you know... dig around?

Yes, I could also pick on Avatar for being a bit too anvilicious, the Navi being Mary Sues, the black and white morality, the fact that they spent ten years making this movie and not delivering an original story etc. I think most of us agree that it could have been better.

@Topic
The Alien saga, Dirty Harry, Terminator 1 & 2, Scarface, Lethal Weapon I - IV, Pulp Fiction, The Expendables, Killing Zoe, Naked Gun, Killzone SPL and Dark Blue would be some of my all time favourite.

I pretty much like anything starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Christopher Walken, Dolph Lundgren, Kurt Russel and Jackie Chan.

I loved Zombieland too. LOVEDDDD IT. "Your thinkin bout f****** Wichitah?!" xD. And I lol'd so hard when they first said Unobtanium (dont laugh at my spellin). But I mean the Na'vi didnt do anything bad. They was just chillin out and being awesome and suddenly people come and say "well theres come cool stuff yall got. Can we destory the forest you've lived in for centuries to get it?"

I went to see the new Harry Potter movie (good movie 2) and I saw the previews for Cowboys vs Aliens and True Grit. Now True Grit looked pretty cool, but Cowboys vs. Aliens? I mean, REALLY? lol
