Third Time's The Charm - Yatori vs Jean #3

Yatori managed to turn her grimace into a grin. "So like you to apologize before bending someone in half, Jean-san," she muttered, right before she startled struggling- but to no avail, getting flipped onto her front to endure the redhead's signature submission finisher for as long as she could. "Nnhhhggg..." Yatori hissed as she tried to twist her body out of the hold, however little the chance remaining.

Jean sighed as she listened to Yatori and closed her eyes in some regret.

I am sorry Yatori. Please give up so I don't hurt you...

After turning Yatori over, Jean started to lean back and tug on Yatori's legs whiping her won head back a bit and sending a slight spray of sweat from her fiery hair.

The sweat that sprayed upon her back made Yatori flinch, which was a bad idea when someone was bending your back. But she endured beyond the point of endurance, wanting to give Jean the gift of a really good ending. And to do so, she bit into her own forearm, trying not to scream while her other hand scrabbled for futile purchase, her body straining.

But at last she could not take it anymore, and her free hand hit the mat in quick succession. She didn't yell "I quit!"; her mouth was too full of forearm to do so, but Yatori tapped out at last!

Jean would immediately let Yatori's legs go and fall to hands and knees as the climax of the match finally hit her. I did it! I won! Sweat covered her face but sme of them were tears of pride. She would take a while to catch her breath before looking over at Yatori.

Yatori slumped into the mat almost grateful. Her whole body hurt, her lower back and legs most of all. She hadn't been this beat up since... she couldn't remember exactly what happened, but Sarah Gatt came to mind. She closed her eyes and gave in to her exhaustion, falling unconscious almost immediately...

Jean looked concerned and worried when Yatori was unresponsive. She went to cradle Yatori in her lap, shaking her gently.

"Yatori? You ok! Wake up!"

She glared up at the ref who seemed clueless.

"Get a doctor down here now!"

The ref seemed to wake up from her trance, but the first thing she did was gesture for the bell to ring, signalling the match's end and Jean's victory. Then she reached for Jean's hand to lift it up.

At the same time, Yatori's manager Damian Ragia, absent ringside for the entirety of the match, materialized like he was wont to do at the very last minute when his ward was in danger. The big man bounded into the ring and snatched up Yatori. He inclined his head to Jean in a gesture of respect. "I will take care of her from here," he said.

"Please take care of her."

She would go to follow at a discreet distance.

Damian nodded anew before striding off.
