Lu Zhou Yi vs. Emily Young

Smoke and Mirrors. A change to her intro was made finally, eschewing the flashy sparks that she usually walked to the stage with. In its place were stage smoke and enough mirrors to give the impression that she was a legion of wrestlers walking down the ramp. She didn't wave or jump or even acknowledge the fans, she was focused. Climbing into the ring she traditionally shrugged her thick rope off onto on corner and waited at the center of the ring, gently wafting air on her face with her elegant feather fan.

She already disliked this match, to know yourself and not your opponent will cause you to win only half of your engagements. She knew nothing of this woman, and that caused worry to touch the back of her mind.

The theme Music of Emily starts to play loudly, she was new to this wrestling.
She came from another brand, AFW would be a good experience for her. Emily
walks down the stage hugging some of the fans and kids in the process. Once
she steps into the ring she smiles and says into the mic,

"Hiya im Emily nice to meet ya!"

She extends her hand for a shake.

She did not shake. The historian was extremely cautious of this unknown challenger. She did, however, give a slight bow to her opponent before retreating back to her corner to put that feather fan out of the way.

She did not speak either. Her words never made sense when she was wrestling, and the whole act wasn't useful or productive. When the Chinese woman returned to the center, she shifted into her fighting stance. Left hand behind her back, right hand outstretched with an open palm.

Emily frowns, the girl seems to be paranoid. She must think
she would do something bad. Emily was nice though and she
thinks Lu is cute with a capital C! The girl then tries to
get into a form of stance. Emily charges Lu and attempts
a knee strike to the stomach.

The knee was caught by that right hand, trying to push it back to the ground. Of course, Emily's thigh muscles were naturally larger than Yi's arm muscles. So the knee strike didn't stop before connecting to Yi's stomach.

The historian wasn't so easily put down. That left arm snuck out from its hiding place to catch the knee before it left Yi's stomach. If successful, she would throw her right shoulder into Emily's chest, hoping to knock her down while holding onto that former knee strike.

Emily's knee is caught by the girl's left hand. Her face expression
shows that she was surprised. The girl strikes her in the chest with
her right sholder. The wind was knocked out of poor Emily and she falls
back first onto the ground holding her chest.

For a moment, Yi didn't quite know what to do. She wasn't commonly good at these grappling techniques. This moment of indecision passed quickly, as the historian held tight to Emily's knee. She pushed down on the knee while pulling up on the ankle, an act that would cause pain for Emily, and if Yi was much stronger, might could break Emily's leg. Of course, Yi was nowhere near muscular enough to snap Emily's joint.

The cute Asian woman would hold her knee tight and then push it down
while pulling her ankle up. Emily feels a sharp pain jolt in her knee and she
gasps moaning in pain. With her free leg she starts to try and kick Lu in the
torso area to get her off.

She wasn't very good at holds. It wasn't Lu Yi's thing. Partially because she wasn't so good at defending herself when in a hold. This fact would be a affirmed when Emily's foot met Yi's stomach. Already a bit pained from the knee earlier, she stumbled backwards after letting go of Emily's leg, and didn't stop stumbling until her left hand hand was holding the ropes to the ring. Growling she tried to recover from the pain... leaving Emily plenty of time to recover on her own.

Emily's foot connects with Lu's stomach, once she stumbles back Emily
gets up and stands up straight.

"Your not good a holds! this is good on my part!"

feeling a small pain in that knee. Now she
charges the girl again and leaps into the air shooting her two feet out at
the girl's face, trying to dropkick her onto the floor.
