Cosplay Catgirl Clash (Molly vs. Haruko)
Standard Match
3-count pin or submission
Winning Condition: The winner shall be the first combatant that wins
Dressed in a glamorous and revealing tiger striped bikini with cat ears and a cat tail, Molly strutted out, with grace and determination, on the stage. She was on a mission. This was no ordinary fight. She was here to take out the trash. Climbing into the ring, Molly produced a microphone and addressed the crowd.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I, Molly Reed, cosplay queen extraordinaire, stand before you today to expose a charlatan in our midst." She called out, subtly rolling her r's, "Cosplay is a serious business. It is no place for ditzy little bimbos with no respect for the craft." She gestured toward the entrance ramp, "I have seen this little... so-called catgirl strutting through the halls of Friction as though she has the right to wear these ears." She gestured up to her own cat ears, shaking her head in disgust, "Haruko Hitamura! I'm calling you out, you pathetic poser! It's time a REAL professional shows you what it takes to be a true catgirl!" She beckoned to the ramp, awaiting Haruko's appearance.

Re: Cosplay Catgirl Clash (Molly vs. Haruko)
Haruko's music began to play a couple of minutes later, and out stepped the blonde haired catgirl. She had an expression of confusion pasted across her face, stepping out in the basic black two piece she normally stepped out in. Her ears perked curiously as the crowd welcomed her with cheers.
She stepped down the ramp cautiously, her eyes not leaving the girl as she makes it to the bottom of the ramp, and then climbs in through the ropes, looking at the girl in the tiger striped bikini. Before she could speak, she was given a microphone. She stared at it oddly, before taking it in hand, and slowly cleared her throat.
"Um... " She flinched for a second when she heard her voice booming through the arena, but then rose the microphone to speak again. "Um.. I don't.. mean any offense, but, who are you? And how do you know my full name?" She asked curiously.

Re: Cosplay Catgirl Clash (Molly vs. Haruko)
Molly regarded Haruko with a quiet sneer but gave the catgirl the limelight for her entrance. Molly had no love for Haruko but she certainly was too professional to interrupt another's entrance.
"Hmph," she scoffed, letting it hang in the air for a dramatic beat while she circled around Haruko, eying her up and down, "I am the great cosplay diva Yukari!..." She raised her arms to the crowd, only to receive a few hoots of recognition, "Hmph, still working on the name, and haven't quite hit it, you know?" She muttered, patting Haruko on the shoulder, "But most people know me as Molly Reed," she returned to the front of Haruko, offering a bow, wiggling her tail with an oh-so-subtle twist of her hips.
She took a step back, pointing at Haruko now, "But people like you... so-called 'catgirls'... you're all just amateurs, phonies, posers, charlatans!" She hissed that last word, again rolling her r's with just enough subtlety, "People like you demean the cosplay craft! You don't take it seriously! You just... strut around without a single feline impulse in your entire body!" She circled Haruko again, arching herself now to more display Haruko to the crowd. "Look at you! A cat should be grace personified. But you carry yourself in such a... clownish way." Molly brushed her hair back, assuming a confident, catlike grin, "A cat may not always be in charge, but she ALWAYS has that haughty disregard for those around her. You can be the mother tigress," she growled and raised her chin up to punctuate her point, "The playful sex kitten," her haughty look was immediately replaced by a sly one, bending over to show off, "Or the ingenuous housecat," She let her voice soften and her eyes became a bit less piercing, as she nuzzled against Haruko and purred softly... before quickly switching back to lambasting Haruko.
"But you're NOTHING. You have no confidence, no grace, no style. You are more mouse than cat, and you think just because you are packing cat ears and a tail that you can really just walk around like you're some kind of catgirl?" She chuckled, shaking her head, "NO! Ian McKellen and Denise Richards may both technically be actors, dear, but there is no stage that should ever hold them both! And this one has no room for US both!"
She sighed, approaching Haruko again, shaking her head and clicking her tongue with pity, "And the worst part? You are such a waste of such a convincing costume!" She flicked Haruko's ear derisively and ran her fingers down Haruko's tail.

Re: Cosplay Catgirl Clash (Molly vs. Haruko)
Haruko was clueless as to why the girl was sneering at her, and watched as she circled around her, her eyes not leaving Molly's form. "Yukari?" She asked curiously, then looked to her left behind her as she was patted on the shoulder, then watched her step in front of her and bowed in front of her.
"Um.. nice to meet you-" She began as she bowed to her, but then she was interrupted as Molly took a step back and pointed at her. She stared in disbelief as she started to insult her. Part of it, she really didn't understand though. Just what was a cosplay??
Haruko frowns a little as she started telling her what a cat should be. "C..clownish? I don't see anyth-" She started to say, but was interrupted again, watching her as she shifted personas to a mother tigress, and took a step back as she growled at her, then raised an eyebrow as she bent over to show off. Her tail started to flick around in annoyance, until the girl shifted to her next persona.
She let out a small eep as she nuzzled against her, and.. managed to do a fairly well purr for a human. She stood still for a moment, blinking down at her. "Um.. could you-" She began to ask, before Molly pulled away from her again, and continued to berate her.
"H-hey! Now that's not-" She started to say as she mentioned about her not having confidence or grace, then raised an eyebrow as she started rambling, in her eyes. "Um.. who's Ian McKellen?" She managed to get in before Molly approached her.
"Th.. this isn't a- OW!" She yelped as she flicked her sensitive ears, and ran her fingers down her tail. She immediately stepped away from her, hissing at her in annoyance. "This isn't a costume. And who are you to tell me how I should act? Just because I'm part feline doesn't mean I have to act a certain way. If you had to deal with what I had to, I doubt you'd be very cocky yourself." She growled at her.
"And secondly.. what the heck is a cost play?" She asked in a curious manner.

Re: Cosplay Catgirl Clash (Molly vs. Haruko)
Molly bit her lip when Haruko asked who Ian McKellen was, "Philistine," she hissed through clenched teeth, just barely audible. She struggled to keep her cool.
Molly put her hands on her hips, her tone lightening however as the topic drifted over to her own realm of specialty, "You're darn right it isn't a costume. It's a second skin... a persona... a whole separate life with it's own motivations, fears, dreams, and neuroses!" She scowled once more, "It's my duty as a cosplayer to ensure wannabes like you aren't dragging our art form down the way you have been! Thinking of yourself as only 'part' feline is just more proof that you are not giving this the respect it deserves! You're either all catgirl or you're wasting everyone's time!"
She grit her teeth at Haruko's next question, hissing, "Cosplay! You know, what you're doing right now. Prancing about dressed up as a girl with cat ears and not much else for the amusement of the audience! Good grief, did you accidentally fall through a wardrobe and just keep prancing about with your ears and tail once people started taking pictures of you?! Do you not even know the name of your profession?!"

Re: Cosplay Catgirl Clash (Molly vs. Haruko)
Haruko heard what she muttered, but she ignored it. She saw the girl almost shaking too, like she was about ready to spring.
She sighed as she didn't understand, and heard her continue to blather on about what she did. "I said that I was part feline. As in part feline and part human." She frowns, her tail starting to swish around a bit more wildly.
It grew worse as she continued to imply that the tails and ears were merely props. "My profession is a wrestler. Not some actress who restricts herself to some dumb act." She snapped. "And I'm only going to say this one more time. My ears and tails are real!" She hissed

Re: Cosplay Catgirl Clash (Molly vs. Haruko)
Molly eyed Haruko's tail movements. They were almost convincing. At least she had good props.
She sighed, clicking her tongue, "FINALLY you emote! A little late... and not particularly catlike, but we can only work with the hand we have." A brief inkling passed Molly's head, pondering the implications of what Haruko had said. If they were real... could Molly be dealing with some sort of deranged sicko who would actually cut parts of a cat off for her suit? She hoped not; the engineering to get her tail to move like that would become a LOT more disturbing on real cat tissue. She quickly brushed the thought aside.
"Cosplaying abysmally and calling yourself a 'wrestler' is a cheap copout, girly!" She placed her hands on her hips, giving a nod to the ref girl. "Let's see if you fight as awful as you act! After I take you apart, I'm going to show everyone just how real those props are!" She let out a loud hiss, dropping into a loose, bouncing back and forth combat stance. When the ref girl sounded the bell, Molly would quickly spring across the distance between the two of them, with surprisingly catlike speed, aiming to pounce on and tackle Haruko.

Re: Cosplay Catgirl Clash (Molly vs. Haruko)
Haruko was really getting annoyed of the wall of thickness this girl had in her head as she still believes the tails and ears are just an act. She hissed in annoyance at her. She said nothing as Molly continued to talk down to her.
As soon as the referee rang the bell, Haruko dashed towards her as well, looking to try and shut her up with a clothesline, planning on falling to her knees if she connected with the clothesline to make it that much more painful at the start.

Re: Cosplay Catgirl Clash (Molly vs. Haruko)
Molly was in the mind of a vicious cat at the moment... or at least her interpretation of a vicious cat, and so her charge would lead to a quick flying tackle, just barely adjusted in time to adjust for the fact Haruko was charging herself. Slamming in to Haruko and coming in below the clothesline, Haruko would be taken down by the actress.
Molly would try to scramble into position, straddling Haruko, and letting out a vicious hiss before trying to send a few blows down on Haruko's face.

Re: Cosplay Catgirl Clash (Molly vs. Haruko)
Haruko cursed silently when she missed the clothesline, and ended up getting tackled hard into the gut. She fell hard to her back, and hissed back up at her as Molly hissed down at her, and ended up taking a couple of punches to the face.
"AH! Ow!" She cried before bringing her arms up to protect herself from anymore blows to the head.
