Molly "Yukari" Reed - Cosplay Diva!

Molly "Yukari" Reed - Cosplay Diva!
Name: Molly Reed
Stage Name: Often prone to changing with each gig, but for now she has settled on Yukari
Age: 25
Height 5'3"
Weight: 134 lbs
Sex: Female
Eyes: Red
Hair: Blue
Wrestling style: Molly is a showoff, constantly appealing to the crowd and critiquing her opponent's style. She is surprisingly fast though, and delivers strikes with amazing speed and precision. Her dedication to her craft has led to her learning quite a bit of martial arts, so she can be tougher than she looks.
Finishing moves:
Personality:
Molly is a diva. She can be haughty and downright abrasive, but a lot of that comes from the near ridiculous standards she puts on herself. Dedicated to being nothing short of excellent, the slightest criticism can throw her off and cause her to work excessively to correct such flaws. She is always eager to display a tremendous range and understanding of the theater and cosplay crafts, however, and even more eager to learn. When Molly was tasked with cosplaying a kunoichi, she didn't just seek out slutty ninja wear, she took a six month vacation to hunt down one of the few surviving ninja clans, a feat so difficult that the ninja decided not to kill her on the spot but bestow upon her as much of their training as Molly could handle before the gig. She accepts nothing less than a full understanding of the characters she intends to play. This complete dedication leaves Molly a slave to her profession, sadly, not having a single moment where she is not training herself, studying, drilling, or otherwise preparing for a role.
History:
Molly Reed grew up wanting to be a great thespian. The daughter of a playwright and actress, she grew up familiar to the demanding lifestyle of dealing with theater types. Soon, she worked her way, through blood, sweat, and tears, into Cambridge, and there she studied to be a classically trained actress. She lived the high life, but her neurotic overreactions to criticism reached a breaking point when a critic's off-handed remark about how Molly "left bite marks all over the scenery" (in Lysistrata, mind you,) sent her almost into fits. Her agent decided that a less stressful career path was required.
On a trip to Japan, Molly realized that there was a field where she would always have fans... greasy and creepy as they may be: Cosplay! She left her thespian routes behind and became the first classically trained thespian/cosplay idol, taking her obsessive approach to every role all while feasting on the often creepy adoration of her fans. (It took six make-up men to hide the bruises from high-impact, fast-paced judo classes when she cosplayed as a judo babe.)
Still, she had a western style of beauty to her, which didn't give her a lot of leverage in Japan, even despite her tremendous effort. AFW seemed like an amazing ticket to stardom, and a great excuse to use all those fighting skills she picked up, considering how most of her fans now just tended to get off on being thrown to the ground by her.

Fun facts:
- Molly can dish out criticism but absolutely cannot take it. A complete slave to criticism, she'll lose her temper very quickly if her acting is criticized and has a habit of working obsessively to try to "fix" the flaw the criticism highlighted. She was inconsolable after reading a review one of her last stage performances as the lead in Lysistrata:
"Molly Reed is always a joy to see take the stage. A fantastic, spirited, energetic actress and a sublime fit for this role. The entire set is practically covered in her bite marks by the time she leaves and this reviewer was usually sad to see her go. The only downside to this show, however, was that her energy seemed to be a slight mismatch for much of the other cast. Not to say she was hamming it up, but the rest of the cast could not seem to keep up with her frenetic pace and some chemistry was dampened as a result. That niggling complaint, however, is the sole mark against this show. Everyone involved should be proud of this performance. A superlative work!"
Molly reportedly locked herself in her dressing room upon reading this. First, throwing a screaming fit and then reenacting scenes from the play obsessively, nonstop, for well over 12 hours before she could finally be talked down.
- Molly has a sizable collection of stuffed animals but she doesn't show them to other people.
- Between quick change kits and easily reversible dual-purpose costumes, Molly is capable of almost lightning quick cosplay persona changes.
- If Molly could have anything in the world, she would choose a chance to give Ian McKellan a blow job. "I know he's a... classical thespian, but... I just am so sure I could make him consider playing for the other team. Just for a bit..."
