Dirk Lewser Vs. Erina Stallone II

Dirk waited in the men's locker room as his turn to step back in the Tension ring would soon arrive. Earlier today, the rookie was told that his match with one Erina Stallone caught quite a bit of positive attention. Despite catching another loss, it was nice to know that he had eyes on him. His win-loss record wasn't the prettiest to look at right now, but he was still a relatively fresh face here in AFW. Perhaps, with this rematch his luck will turn around?

Whew... Here we go...Haaa.... The "Secret Weapon" said to himself as he got up off the bench. He dusted off his white shirt and tried to iron out any kinks on it to look all nice and decent. It helps his nerd aesthetic.

Dirk made his way past several other wrestlers who were hanging out in the locker room to exit out of it. Once he closed the door behind himself, he made his way to the gorilla position. He stood ready at the stairs. The production crew started his music of Float On by Modest Mouse and Dirk nodded along to the beat to calm his nerves. He always enjoyed the tune. It was great to listen to when things weren't going right for him. Somehow, the melancholy of the tune always cheered him up. Things maybe bad, but life will sort itself out eventually. At least, that was the message he got from it.

Anyway, at :13 mark, Dirk sprinted out of the curtain and arrived at the top of the entrance ramp to the large arena. The crowd gave a sizeable cheer for the rookie once they saw him. It was nowhere as loud as the bigger stars at AFW, but it wasn't dead silence. The Tension faithful knew of the rookie a little. And Dirk was alright with that.

Dirk grinned and raised his right arm to the sky, before bringing it back and throwing forward for a makeshift haymaker punch! And with a shout of Let's go! Dirk would jog his way down the ramp and head toward the ring. Once he got there, hopped up unto the ring apron, dusted off the bottom of brown wrestling boots and climbed in under the top rope. He would go into a far corner and lean back in it and wait for his opponent to arrive.

Erina would arrive at the stadium hosting AFW and was surprised that they wanted her back for a rematch against her latest opponent. She was told that even though her match with Dirk was an opener, it was rated a 5 star match and the fans wanted more from the two. Erina was also told that she was getting bonus pay for putting on that type of performance. She then made her way towards her locker room and would start changing into her ring gear.

“Holy crap. Can’t believe I made a hit with my match against Dirk. It was very grueling but I actually impressed the fans and possibly the higher ups. Alright. Cmon now, Erina. Let’s get another victory and maybe I can move up the ladder and compete against a champion one day.”

A few minutes later, Erina would be wearing her ring gear as she stepped out of the locker room. She then walked towards the show curtain the second after her opponent Dirk walked through them for his entrance. She was still a bit nervous as there was now a raised bar for how she performs in this match. After watching Dirk make his entrance on a small tv and then getting the green lit to come out to the ring, Erina took a deep breath before stepping forward.

Erina could hear the crowd popping off for her as some started chanting her name. She felt the emotion of the crowd coming to her as she smiled and walked down the ramp. She climbed up the turnbuckle and saw Dirk standing across from her. She gave him a smile before entering the ring and walking to her corner, getting ready to begin the match.

Dirk looked toward entrance curtain when Erina's theme played and she stepped out of the curtain to small pop. It was just as loud if not louder than the pop for him. Maybe it was because she was pretty girl or, maybe it was because of her other matches, but it seemed that Erina was also becoming somewhat of a popular name. The some members of the crowd even began chanting her name! Dirk could only look around and nod, acknowledging the crowd's show of support. He totally wasn't jealous. How could he compete with a pretty almost scantily-clad girl?
Totally not jealous. Nope. Not at all.

Dirk began removing his polo shirt and tie and folded them up as Erina climbed up on the turnbuckle to give the adoring public her thanks for their rousing support. As he gave his stuff to a ringside attendant, Dirk turned around to see Erina smiling to him as she climbed into the ring and got herself ready in her corner. He offered a friendly grin back as he quickly looked away and placed his light blue mouth guard on his upper row of teeth. Finally, he would go back to his corner, do some light second adjustments to his elbow and knee pads before letting the referee know that he was ready for action.

DING! DING! DING!

At the ring of the bell, the match would begin. Dirk would make his way to the middle of the ring and hold out his right hand in Erina's direction in the hopes of having another friendly handshake before they start tearing each other's bodies.

Seems we meet again, Erina. The fans want us to go at it again. So, let's give them another great match! He would say in a somewhat enthusiastic tone of voice. He couldn't be overly happy about the match. It was still a serious competition after all and Dirk still had some waning thoughts of facing women. Perhaps, he'll get over them one day...

Erina would meet up with Dirk in the middle of the ring as she was offered a handshake from him. Knowing the dynamic of a face and heel, in her memory, she should stay cautious of what could possibly be a trick. However, Erina knew there was no hard feeling between the two stars as she accepted the handshake. Erina then gave him a determined smile.

“Let’s give these fans another 5 star match to rave about.”

Erina began with the classic collar and elbow tie up. She was trying to gain an advantage as she tried to place Dirk in a headlock. However, Erina seems to be struggling a bit to do so.

The two wrestlers would quickly shake hands. After Erina spoke, Dirk would quickly reply Indeed. before stepping a small distance away from her.
He lean his upper body forward and close his hands into knuckles, entering wrestling mode.

Play it carefully, start wearin' down the limbs and when that decisive opportunity arrives, take it! Though it hadn't got him very many victories yet, this was always Dirk's gameplan whenever he had to step between these ropes.

After some hesitation, Erina made her move toward him and managed to quickly trap Dirk with a quick headlock! Dirk grabbed at Erina's arms for a second to try to relieve the hold around his head. It would end up not being hard to escape as Erina was struggling to tighten the hold fully. Dirk would quickly escape Erina's clutches and grab a hold of her right arm.

Errm! With a grunt, Dirk would firmly take Erina's wrist and begin twisting it!

Erina would grunt a bit as she was pushed off of Dirk. She then turned around and noticed her right arm has been grabbed by him. She then grunted again as her opponent started twisting it.

Erina tried to untwist it but her opponent was putting on a good grip with it hurting more at every failed attempt. Erina then took a knee to ease the pain a bit and possibly try to untwist it by rolling. However, she was still new to wrestling and didn’t know if it’ll work or not.

Dirk would continue working Erina's arm. He noticed she would try to untwist herself free. So, to get her to stop, he would yank and crank on her arm a bit more harshly. As he twisted it again, he would move closer to her and place his free hand on her shoulder and force her to crouch down and lean her upper body down to offset the pain. Deep down, he still felt a little bad wrestling a woman. But, this was the same woman who superkicked him in the face. He would have to get used to mixed gender competition eventually.

Erina would then try to roll forward to try to escape Dirk's grasp. The rookie noticed her attempt and would quickly fall to his side and roll with her, keeping her arm caught. Once he was upright, he would continue to holding her down whole arm near the mat. "Keep her down and keep wearing down the limbs." That was the game plan and even though it was relatively early into the match, it appeared to be working so far.

If Erina wanted to escape, she would have to try something else here.

Erina would scream in pain now as the intensity of the arm twist just got more intenser. Her plan of rolling out of it also failed as her opponent just rolled with her and the motion only made it worse. Erina held onto her shoulder before she would use all her strength to punch Dirk in the stomach.

If she were successful, Erina would free herself and tumble away from Dirk. She would also hold her shoulder and try to rotate it back into working again. Erina also had an eye on her opponent to plan on what to do next.

"Kch!" was the sound that left from Dirk's gritted teeth as Erina managed to give the rookie a quick shot to his gut. This caused him to lose his grip on his opponent's arm and release her from his grasp.

Dirk stood up as he watched Erina roll away and roll her hurting shoulder. He couldn't let her recover though. In Dirk's mind, he needed to stay on the offensive. So, he decided to make his way over to Erina.

Once he was near enough, he would reach down and pick her by grabbing her head. If she didn't attempt any sort of counter attack, he would perform a quick snapmare sending Erina back to the mat and onto her butt near the middle of the ring. Then, he would crouch down, set his left knee firmly behind her back and pull backward on both of her arms!

Erina would not allow Dirk to get some offense in as she would push him away before standing up. Once they were both up, Erina would grapple with him again. This time, however, she’ll take advantage.

Erina would place Dirk in an arm twist. She twisted it a lot as she was planning the next move already. She twisted it some more to make him bend over. If he were to bend over, she would rest her leg on the back of his neck before she went for an overdrive.
