Yona Giovanni vs Renee Steinhauser: Round 3

The audience roared in excitement; in the midst of a single second, Renee saw through Yona's plan and sent the brunette falling back, having been smacked suddenly by the chair. For a short period, her mind had gone blank, and the light from her eye faded, but she wasn't going to go down like she used to—Though, the same couldn't be said, when the Renegade quickly took advantage of the situation, absolutely thrashing the heel back and forth across the canvas. Her vision was a blur, and her nose felt abnormally warm, blood soon gushing down her nostrils. As per usual, trapped in a hard place, she pinned her stress down with her teeth, which were biting down on her lower lip. It was ironic that both girls have grown, but Yona still had such an old habit still in her.
She considered the likeliness that this was where she'd lose for good, but she held it together. Though, disoriented, she clung to consciousness—she truly did see herself as the protagonist, that she'd overcome all challenges, and win the championship. In all fairness, she was only one woman away from the title, so she certainly worked hard for such an opportunity, but time after time, she'd always be relearning that she wasn't invincible. Perhaps it was to be expected of someone with a troubled childhood—raised with wrestlers on a screen, and a bit of Tupac.
She made it this far with such an inflated bravado, and sometimes, she wondered if it was even real. With her friends, she could barely keep herself from having fun around them. In fact, she had the balls to hope for an eventual future with Raven; she was far more human than heel. She could barely even fit the heels. Maybe she should give up here and have that life with Raven. It would certainly be a change of pace, but she knew deep down that she was still chasing after the thrill of death. She wanted to fight—she was angry, undeniably stricken with hatred, and she'd let it be known.
The brunette would be laid out on the canvas for a second, the heel shocking everyone in the room by immediately using her head and back to fling herself back up and send her boots towards Renee's gut. She could see easily mess this up, but if luck was on her side, she'd even the damage between them.

Renegade continued to burn up the body of Yona with some chair shots. It seemed like she was becoming the heel here as Renegade was not letting go of the chair and the pain she was delivering to Yona. Renegade also noticed that she made the criminal in her mind bleed; not from the area she wanted but still progress. Renegade then started slowing down due to fatigue and guilt of what she was doing to Yona.

However, that would be Renegade’s mistake as she mistook how large her rival’s endurance and resilience. She would receive a kip up to the gut and with her having a loose grip on the chair legs, she managed to hit herself with the chair, causing the Renegade to not only drop the chair again but also be stunned for what Yona is gonna do to her next.

In that critical moment, Yona's instincts took over. The momentum had shifted, and Yona prepared to capitalize on Renegade's vulnerability. The crowd's anticipation heightened as Yona plotted her next move, ready to unleash her own brand of retaliation. She grasped for the chair, and quickly slammed it down on Renee, hoping to repeat it in succession over and over until she could knock out her rival.
Unlike Renee, she had very little remorse for if she hurt her or not. As a matter of fact, she DID want to make the woman that took everything from her bleed. She had to put Raven through so much heartship for her brother, and in the end, the little shit betrayed her and decided to live with her literal worst enemy. However, nothing would stop her this time, not even if her brother and mother came waltzing into the match and tried to stop her—nothing would take this revenge away from her. She had lost an eye for this, and not just from anyone—the woman she loved; the one that Renee helped pull her apart from.
"You were never my rival, you're nothing but my worst enemy!!! I see you holding back thinking I'll do the same, but every time you pull a punch, I'll send an even harder one!!" Yona shrieked in her mental destruction, and subtle reconstruction.

Renegade would drop like a sack of bricks once Yona hit her with the steel chair. She would be in trouble as she knew her rival would do the same to her as well. That would be true when Yona then began berating Renegade with the chair to the point where it was all bent out due to the excessive wrongful uses of the steel chair.

Renegade would be looking up at Yona as she was taunted by her rival, being told that she hates her with a burning passion and Renegade’s mercy was the biggest mistake to Yona. She continued getting berated with the chair as her entire body was aching from it.

Renegade was needing a way to even the odds and it seemed like it was time for Renegade to “lower to her standards”. She started timing when Yona was lifting the chair up and then slamming it down onto Renegade. After a few moments, Yona would lift up the chair only to then receive a powerful kick to the groin. Renegade delivered a low blow to her rival out of desperation. In Renegade’s mind, she was needing to do that to get out of the situation. And in a hardcore match, anything is legal, even low blows. Renegade then rolled out of the ring to escape more punishment from Yona.

It appeared that, not even now, people haven't caught on that low-blows had no real effect on Yona anymore. Raven had fucked all feeling from her crotch, so the heel only recoiled slightly. Nonetheless, it gave her rival enough time to roll out of the ring. The brunette tightened her grip on the chair, angered that she had gotten away from her. To the surprise of the audience, she didn't take much time to follow after her opponent. She pounced at Renee near the ropes, hoping for the both of them to go colliding out of the ring. If successful, Yona would slam Renee's head on the marble floor repeatedly, and occasionally throw in a punch or two.

Renegade was pounced on and rolled out of the ring along with Yona. Her rival was the more fresher star as Renegade was then grabbed by the head and slammed repeatedly onto the marble floor. It seemed like the padding on the outside of the ring was removed so she was hitting cold marble. Renegade was also punched in the face occasionally to possibly stop her from countering.

Eventually, the referee slid out of the ring and pulled Yona off of Renegade. They would tell her to stand back as they went to check on Renegade. Renegade was asked if she can continue and before the referee could put up the X, Renegade shoved the ref out of the way and slowly got up. The crowd cheered as the match continued.

Yona smirked, joyed that Renee could still fight—she wanted to win, but it wouldn't be entertaining in the least if her rival had taken the loss so soon. In fact, she had far more moves to show off now that the two had brought their brawl over to an unforgiving surface; the absence of padding amplifying the brutality. Now, it was truly "do or die" for the two rivals, Yona, not wasting a moment, as she leaped towards Renee and sent a kick towards her face. She planned, if the timing was perfect, to send the Renegade falling back and hitting her head on the barricade, or at the very least, the floor again. It was a move that would surely show her opponent that she was taking this far more seriously than she ever has before—the brunette not even taking the time to taunt her.

Renegade would actually catch the foot of her rival. She also fumbled it a bit but still had a good grip on her ankle. She knew Yona was in trouble now as she gave Yona a smirk that read “you’re fucked” to her. Renegade then looked down onto the marble and got her idea.

Renegade would walk a few steps back so that she wasn’t standing on the marble. She also enjoyed Yona hopping on one foot to try and keep balance. However, that balance would immediately be shifted as Renegade would pull the leg of Yona and make her trip and fall onto the cold marble in the back of the head.

Renegade then quickly took advantage by picking up Yona. She then grabbed both of Yona’s arms before lifting her up. There, she delivered a crucial muscle buster to her rival, sitting on the padding as she looked at her rival from behind. Once she finished with that, Renegade picked her back up and tossed her back into the ring.

For once in the match, Renee had truly gotten one over on Yona—the brunette, almost knocked unconscious as her head collided on the ground. Blood slithered down her forehead, and the light in Yona's eye became faint. She was sent far towards her limit with the attack, and the Renegade took advantage of that, tossing her back in the ring.
The heel rolled on the canvas, eventually stopping on her back, and being laid out flat. She placed a hand over her stomach, feeling the layer of sweat, idle on her soft, pale skin. Her gut popped in and out gradually—Yona breathing heavily. The referee poked his head out into her field of vision, wondering if she was alright. She hadn't noticed until now, but it was, in fact, Danny.
It was a surprise that he didn't get arrested himself in association with Aya, but it didn't matter. At the very least, he was the one that didn't seem to have bad intentions for her.
He put out a peace sign, Renee soon behind him. He nodded his head towards Yona, and signaled that he was on her side. Danny, the corrupt friend that he was, shoved her opponent to the side, giving Yona a chance to breathe, and recover in spite of the Renegade being so close to finally taking down the brunette for good.

Renegade was about to enter the ring to apply more damage to Yona until she was suddenly stopped by the “referee”. She was confused and upset about him stepping in as she would argue with Danny the referee. She also tried to get past him but he wasn’t allowing her to do so.

“The fuck are you doing, ref? Get the fuck out of the way you bitch! You’re ruining the match.”

Renegade then shoved Danny the referee out of the way as she got back into the ring. She was mad dogging and keeping an eye on Danny but it was a bad idea to keep her sights off of Yona. She didn’t know it now but with the time spent arguing and eventually shoving Danny out of the way, it allowed Yona to recover more than she is supposed to and also take advantage of Renegade.
