Avalanche 2023 Pre-Show: Royce Stray vs Mystery Opponent

Avalanche. The biggest wrestling show of the entire year. Always a packed house, and this year was no exception, as an entire arena of japanese and international pro wrestling fans filled every seat in the house.

Erica grinned. Friction had always gotten bigger crowds than Tension, but with this cross-promotional agreement, she was hoping to introduce more Tension stars to the audience and increase Tension's foothold in the world of wrestling.

She came out onto the stage, her name and position on the titantron for all to see, clad in a christmasy green dress and matching heels, raising a microphone to her mouth.

"Hey there all you Tension fans! You guys ready for a hot show tonight! You ready to see some hot guys and gals beat each other up and try to do some spicy hentai moves to each other!?"

The crowd cheered wildly, all in agreement at wanting to, in fact, see BOTH things, Erica soaking up the applause, noting she'd have to thank Max for letting her make this speech to open the pre-show, before she continued.

"Well, I've got good news for you! Tonight, we've got plenty of hot action from both brands, but to kick things off, we've got a treat! Tensions newest signee, Royce Stray, fresh off a dominant run on the indy scene, has agreed to face a mystery challenger here tonight! So, let me introduce to you all, our OTHER newest Tension signee. Tension has signed a special, exclusive, crossover promotional agreement with the video game company known world-wide...SEGA!"

She paused for a moment, letting people wonder where she was going with this before continuing.

"As a result, they've sent a talent, who you might remember from his Tiktok and Youtube channels as "Knightro", to appear in afw as their most famous mascot...so let me introduce Royce's opponent...the fastest fighter in the land...SONIC!"


The crowd....had a mixed reaction, as out came a cute young man dressed as...Sonic the Hedgehog. The Mascot Fighter, normally known as "Knightro", grinned and waved before running down the ramp at full speed and rolling under the ropes to get in the ring, hopping to his feet and bouncing all around as he waited for his opponent to appear!

Royce was hyped.

No, he was more than hyped.

He had finally made it big. He'd finally gotten a chance to prove himself on a stage he didn't think he'd ever get close to for another two to three years.

He'd finally get his chance to make something of himself, no matter what that something was.

When he saw who his first opponent was from backstage, however, the smile on his face had dimmed considerably.

By the time he’d finally been called up, his smile and optimism had been utterly brushed aside in favor of a mood more accurately befitting his persona as a wandering, bitter stray.

He really didn’t want to take it out on whatever poor guy they convinced to dress up like this… but holy hell was he just feeling the nerve to kick the hell out of someone right now.

His slow stride into the arena was at least met with far more cheers than his opponent, and that did put a slight, cocky smirk on his lips as he finally entered the ring, his theme blaring throughout the sold out arena as he simply showed himself off, every move he made showing off his impressive physique as he stretched in the corner.

Sonic grinned, the mascot fighter bouncing on the balls of his feet as his opponent came down to the ring. He did NOT look happy. Also he was...noticably BIGGER than the blue-themed fighter was...Huh.

That...could be a problem...While underneath the Sonic-themed attire was a speedy and agile fighter, hence why he was given the mascot position to begin with...he was also on the small side height and weight wise, only 5'5'', and lacking in heavy muscles.

Maybe he could speed blitz this guy...but first, gotta do the job and show some "attitude."

"Hey big guy! Love the tiger print! Tiger vs Hedgehog fight then!" He said with a smile, trying to put out of his mind just how one sided that fight was.

"S-So...I heard the GM say that hentai is allowed in this fight. You into guys too huh? You ready to see how fast my tongue can make you cum?" The mascot grinned, sticking his tongue out at the annoyed looking Royce, waiting for the bell to ring so they could get this started!

Royce tried his hardest to at least play nice with the guy.

Emphasis on tried.

"I would be telling you all the ways in which that pretty little mouth of yours was gonna polish up my cock but uhh... Look, you're going to last ten seconds in here, I'm going to be annoyed about it. Let's just get this over with."

Royce's look of minor disappointment didn't seem to fade even as he readied himself for the bell to ring, getting closer to the center of the ring and raising his body into his wrestling stance, heavily influenced by a history of streetfighting.

Oh...well...that wasn't a very fun answer, was it? The 18 year old gulped as the bell rang, singnaling the start of the match, against the bigger, stronger, more muscluar hunk of a man who had just claimed he was going to wipe him out in 10 seconds.

"O-Oh yeah!?" the mascot replied, gripping the ropes near him and bending his legs as he prepared to move. "See if you can even catch me first!" He said, and then took off from the corner, charging straight towards his opponent and ducking his head, trying to take Royce off guard with a blitzkrieg tactic, charging in fast and hurling his body at the man like a bullet, trying to slam the top of his head into his stomach with a running headbutt attack!

Royce was genuinely taken back by the sudden charge, his old instincts kicking in. Without thinking, he'd raised his foot to try and punish such blatant aggression, putting his force behind trying to slam said foot right into the head of however was attacking him. It was the sort of flourish he'd only learned after picking up some kickboxing skills in his street fighting days, and the sort of technique meant to stop far heftier opponents than this one dead in their tracks...

Sonic moved fast...too fast for his own good, as a split second before his charge connected, his sexy muscular opponent kicked his foot up in a big boot counter attempt...and he wasn't quick enough to get out of the way or change his speed, his momentum carrying him through, those emerald green eyes going wide as the large boot SMASHED into his face.

His upper body threw itself backwards by the force of the boot, while his momentum carried him forward, causing the 18 year old to literally do a full backflip in mid air, landing on his chest and skidding across the mat before coming to a stop, stars and black spots dancing in his vision as he let out a low and long groan of sheer pain!

For a split second, Royce had felt a sudden, sharp spike of dread at what he'd done. He hadn't quite expected to do thoroughly body the smaller opponent so quickly, and yet...

There he was, sprawled on the mat, looking like he had nearly been sent straight to heaven.

Royce's mind began to realize that this was actually a golden opportunities. With a sudden, harsh grip on 'Sonic', he would force him back up on his knees, trying to lift him up and put him in none other than an argentine backbreaker, looking to stretch his back as he sat stop his shoulders!

"Let me hear you beg, hedgehog!" He'd taunt, trying to ignore the sheer ridiculousness of what he'd just said.

It wasn't that the mascot fighter, named was weak specifically, in fact, he'd had some limited success in a couple smaller leagues, and was getting a bit known for being a fast paced and technical fighter, though his penchant for having unique costumes and gimmick to wrestle under, (like in this case, as a blue hedgehog) was by far the thing that got him noticed more than his in ring skills.

But he was on the skinnier and smaller side even by the standards of smaller fighters, and against a massive man like the dominant Royce, he looked even smaller than he was, and charging face first into a large boot had stunned the hell out of the 18 year old, leaving the mascot easy pickings as he was suddenly scooped up by his animal print wearing opponent, his attempts to struggle out of his grip a futile one as he ended up turned around and lifted onto the big mans shoulders.

"N-No, wait, lemme g-AHHH!"

His protests, every bit as futile as his attempts to escape the powerful grip that held him, were cut off mid sentence as Royce began to apply extreme pressure, grabbing him around the neck and leg and forcibly bending the young "hedgehog" in half with a devastating and dominanting Torture Rack Hold!
