Nekketsu Title Match: Ryan Knight (C) vs Otoha Okiura

Alright Ryan was trying to sort himself through this attempted factory reset of his entire settings as it were after Otoha just rattled his brain, here he was a slab on the ground and yet the Paragon was thinking to himself that it was just a setback. Nothing more! Okay it was sore but he was making progress on getting recovered, that was until Otoha would move in close and start locking in a figure four leg lock upon the dashing Nekketsu champion here!

Well that served as an alarm clock for the Paragon as he let out a loud groan which sounded like "Guahhh!!!" as he felt his quads getting put through the ringer here, okay this was getting worse by the second here now. Time to get back to basics in the eyes, well one eye of Mr Knight at least. Ryan clutched his head with both hands and knew he had to think fast.

Drawing on his experience in being in submission holds the lad would make to try and throw a meaty left mitt at Otoha's legs a couple of times, before trying to make to try and roll to the side left and right and alternate. In the hopes of rolling onto his stomach and reversing the pressure!

This couldn't be more perfect for the rookie right now- Hardly a couple of minutes into the match, and she's already got the champ in a rough spot, breaking him down slowly! Even if it's still early, she couldn't help but smirk faintly as she continues to torque on his legs. If things keep going like this, she'll be holding that belt in no time...

So of course, it was right when that thought crossed her mind that Ryan started pounding on her thigh. Otoha winced slightly and hissed through clenched teeth- It wasn't enough to break her hold, but she'll be damned if it didn't hurt. Nevertheless the less she simply focuses on holding on, ignoring the pain... When suddenly the both of them slowly started to turn over. Her eyes widened as she planted her elbow on the mat, trying her hardest to push them back into their original position- But trying to outpower the Paragon was a steeply uphill battle...!

Ryan was no stranger to having to attempt to muster out of holds when his opponents locked him in good and proper, a need to try and assert himself as was the case with his mother Florence. The Nekketsu champ would be making to try and regain some semblance of control in the bout, but he was getting a firm example of what Otoha is capable of here in the ring now.

She seemed like a generalist with how she applied her tactics in the ring, similar to how the Paragon often did so he briefly mused inwardly there too. As it stood however Ryan's struggles would be paying off there as Otoha was forced to try and jockey for the hold, the Paragon would wince audibly there as he felt the soreness shoot through his thighs.

Gritting his teeth the Brit would flex and tense up his impressive biceps and then give a loud roar there, as he sought to try and roll swiftly from side to side and get them both on their stomachs to try and reverse the pressure and force Otoha to abandon this endeavour!

"Nghhh... C-C'mon...!" Otoha verbally vented her frustration at her predicament, slowly losing the control she held over the Paragon. No matter what she did to resist the two of them turning over, it seemed like they were right on the verge, until finally things were turning in Ryan's favor...!

A gasp left the rookie's lips as she felt the two of them turn towards their stomachs, knowing that the pressure was about to be reversed and she would be the one suffering. Desperate to get out as quick as possible, she started to reach for the ropes even as they turned over- And as they did, she let out a yelp as a jolt of pain now shot up her own legs!

Ryan knew that if he could rock the boat there well enough he could manage to reverse the hold and get Otoha making her legs suffer in turn, the Paragon would admit that he never skipped leg day but the challenger had a nice set of calves herself there. The Nekketsu champ would manage to succeed in this there and tense up his arms as he'd get into a sort of push up position, even performing a few actual ones as he did so as if to display his confidence in this current situation.

Still as luck would have it they weren't that far from the ropes and it seemed that if the challenger could pick up on this Otoha might have a life line there, still Ryan's legs were getting sore too from this exertion and he might just attempt to slip off too. Regardless Ryan would eventually either way attempt to slip his legs out from the lock and try to roll forward, less graceful than he'd like but still he sought to reset to neutral there.

A soft breath escaped Otoha's lips as Ryan slipped his legs away froms hers, freeing her from the torture of her own makijg- And just as she got to the ropes too. With a moment to breathe now, the rookie hung her head and muttered a curse under her breath, annoyed that the tables were turned on her so easy... Gah, no time to dwell on it, just gotta keep going.

Using the ropes to pull herself back up to her feet, she tested her legs to make sure they were okay- And minus some slight, lingering stinging, she seemed satisfied they were. Inhaling through her nostrils before exhaling, she turned her attention back to the Nekketsu Champ, her brow furrowing with determination as she shrugged off her slip up and raised her hands, stepping forward cautiously...

Ryan would admit that he took pride in his ground game there, granted it wasn't the best part of his gameplan but he knew his way around a submission hold. Including trying to have to do an escape plan, he was also learning that Otoha was clever and clever like a fox.

The Paragon was going to have to steel himself because this bout was far from over, he could tell from the look in Otoha's eyes there. He'd keep his composure there and enter into his grappling stance, Ryan would think on what might be the best way to proceed.

Deciding to throw caution to the wind like he did back in his indie days the Paragon would give a loud yell, a sort of rough war cry as it were. Ryan would bound towards Otoha and shuffled down low with his arms outstretched, attempting to cinch his challenger for the title into a sudden and jarring spinebuster grapple attempt!

Even if it was still early in the match, Otoha had to try and steal her body for anything- She knew how explosive the Paragon could be, and that no matter what she couldn't rest on her laurels as long as she's in he ring with him...

So it was surprising that as soon as Ryan roared out and charged forward, she didn't make any attempt to dodge it. She simply stood in place and accepted it, allowing herself to be scooped up in his strong arms. Had she frozen in fear at the sight of the Paragon blitzing for her...?

No-- As she was lifted up with ease, she simply placed her hands on Ryan's broad shoulders and pushed herself up, gaining considerable height! And if she got high enough to facilitate it, she would tuck her knees in and aim them right for the Paragon's face, looking to blindside him with a counter Meteora! "GyyyyAH--!"

Ryan was known for one thing, namely his tunnel vision that he could often be subjected to in his matches. The Paragon often abided by the British mindset of trying to search and destroy whoever irked them, while usually he could get lucky and manage to get hold of the target and take them down it seemed that Otoha had other things in mind there for the Nekketsu Champ........

The next thing Ryan knew there was not just one, but a pair of knees! They crashed right into his noggin, it was as if he got hit square on with the Captain Falcon knee of justice! Complete with the crowd even letting out a loud "YES!" from the shot connecting. Ryan wobbled, he stumbled backwards, he swayed his arms briefly as if he was shadowboxing for a brief moment.

Then he stumbled backwards some more, falling backwards and slumping against the ropes there. With his one eye rapidly blinking as the Paragon's system underwent a complete and total factory setting reset as he wondered just what the heck hit him there!

As Ryan staggered back and slumped against the ropes after eating her knees, Otoha simply fell and landed in a three-point stance like a proper superhero. She glanced up to see the Paragon completely out of it... And a small smirk spread across her lips. She's got him right where she wants him- Why not take a moment to show off a little? For the fans?

Pushing off like an Olympic sprinter, she dashes for the ropes and leaps... next to the Paragon, planting a foot on the middle rope and leaping off. Like something out of a parkour video, the Prodigy tucks her legs in and performs a picturesque front flip, over-rotating a bit so she lands chest first on the Paragon's broad shoulder... Then she snakes an arm around his head, looking to finally bring him down headfirst for an elaborate, show-off DDT!
