History: Hailing from humble beginnings, Naya was born on the scenic southern Japanese island of Shikoku. Her parents were fishers and operated a small fleet of vessels not too far from the coasts of the large city. Surrounded by seas and oceans for most of her life Naya was always in love with the water, although never had any interest in her parent's occupation. She began looking for other ways to explore the waves before immediately settling on a variety of other water-based activities, namely swimming and surfing.

The southern beaches of the islands were abundant with life and activity and provided amble waves to pick up the hobby. After receiving a surfboard for her birthday, Naya began teaching herself the ways of the waves. She was a natural, soaring and gliding through the foamy mist and putting on a real show for spectators on the beach. She even competed in several amateur competitions, and while she never made it to high-tier tournaments, she still became somewhat of a local champion.

In high school, she was equally skilled at swimming, and here she found much more competitive success. She was the captain of the school girl's team, and it wasn't long until she had earned the school several trophies with her name on the placards. Still, it was something about the open waves and vastness of the oceans that appealed to her so much, and it was to the beaches that she would always find herself returning.

One day while preparing to hit the waves as usual, she caught glimpse of a curious beachside activity. Finally, the day came, and contrary to her dreams of victory, Naya experienced defeat after defeat. She rolled with girls not much older than herself, some even younger, and in each case she was thoroughly twisted and dismantled.
