Hazel Garden vs Blazing Kitsune: The Battle of the Fox and the Panther!

Kaori sighed to herself, adjusting the straps on her thighs and tightening them, before standing back and looking at her outfit in a mirror, making sure everything was tight and right. The former Instagram Influencer was very, very nervous. She had taken to pro wrestling as a new career after her fall from grace from the world of influencing, and this was her very first match in AFW Friction, the single largest wrestling promotion in pro wrestling, and everything *had* to be perfect for this.


Despite her nerves, she heard the knock on her door, telling her it was time for her match. Excited and nervous at the same time, she slipped her mask over her head, and finally made her way out to the entrance ramp. Her theme, "I'm On Fire" by Murasaki, began to blare over the PA system, and finally, Blazing Kitsune came out.

Dressed in her red and black outfit, her twin fox tails clipped to the back of her shorts, Kitsune came out running, literally, out of the back, showing her agility as she dashed down the ramp, leaped through the middle ropes and landing in the ring with a perfect roll, then ran towards the turnbuckle, stepping up to the middle spot before back flipping off and sticking the landing, raising both arms to the crowd as well before turning to see just who her opponent was going to be for her debut match!

It had been a long time since her last match. Hazel almost thought that the company had forgotten about her, but luckily she was proven wrong when she received the information about the next match. The blue haired woman had to admit that she was missing a bit of the ring and the matches, besides being paid for it was a very good extra that was somewhat needed.

But also entertained her sister. It did worry her seeing her bigger sister fight and getting hit, but always excited her seeing her sister in the outfit, feeling like she’s watching her own Superhero. And unintentionally that began to rub off on Hazel, as she couldn’t really deny that putting on the mask gave her a completely new drive, and thus she also started to believe it.

Upon entering the building, she rushed to the changing rooms. Hazel wanted to put the costume back on, it had been some time since the last time she put it on. She had put it on a few times at home to see if it was still fine or not, but lately forgot about it and wanted to see how it was. She didn’t waste time putting on the attire, followed by both her boots and her long gloves. Just by putting this on she started to feel the rush following through her and the costume felt fine, but there was still left the most important part, the mask. While the rest of the attire was also important, the mask was what gave the character life and thus was the most important one.

Hazel put the mask on, before tightening around her face, becoming firmly attached to be sure it wouldn’t fall off. Stepping in front of the mirror, the woman did a pose to check herself out with the entire outfit. Moonlight Panther was back. At first she hated fighting, but
throughout the years, it started to rub off on her and she started to enjoy it, and with the attire on she felt a new flow of energy grow, one that looked for battle way more than her normal self and even to the point of believing she can do anything.

The Panther started to stretch while waiting for her turn to enter. Even with this new energy, the Wannabe Superhero felt a bit nervous. She wasn’t sure if she could still fight properly, it had been so long that she was scared that she lost the touch. Hazel just didn’t want to feel like a disappointment out there, but now wasn’t the time to think about stuff like that. She had to focus.

Shortly after that, Moonlight Panther was called out to the ring. She took one deep breath before following the staff to the entrance of the ramp. She felt a bit of mixture between Anxious and Excitement pulsing through her the closer she got the ramp. And suddenly just like her Theme exploded so did the woman. The theme wasn’t exactly the one she’d choose, but her sister did really enjoyed it and Hazel couldn’t really say no, nor that wasn’t that bad either.


The panther, dressed in her Blue and White “Superhero” attire, came dashing down the ramp at full speed towards the ring. She was too excited for a calm and elegant entrance, one that seemed natural to her, however she felt this was good for a small change, at least this time. Hazel leap through the bottom and middle ropes into the ring, sliding on the floor for a few seconds, before quickly rolling into a kneeling position and the getting up and dashing to one of the turnbuckles and quickly climbing it, putting her right leg into the middle spot and her left in the top one while raising her right high to the high, trying to gather the audience’s attention. “YOSHA!!!”

After a few seconds, She dropped down, now more calm, and walked to her side finally looking at her opponent.

Huh, another masked wrestler? Alright, that was pretty awesome! What better way to debut than against another exciting and colorful masked fighter?

Once her opponent made her fun entrance, Kit would walk to the center of the ring, offering her hand out to the woman the ring announcer had called "The Moonlight Panther"

"Heya. Blazing Kitsune. Call me Kit. It's nice to see another masked fighter around here. Let's have a great match and really push each other to the limit, alright?"

The panther’s face was full of delight as she watched the crowd upon arriving at the ring and standing on the corner. It was a sensation she hadn’t felt in sometime, the thrill of the fight and the excitement of being in the spotlight. It didn’t last long as Hazel remembered that she had a match to start, thus descending from the turnbuckle and only upon returning to her side she finally noticed her rival.

It was interesting that her opponent also was a masked wrestler. She saw a couple of them on the streaming of other matches, but never really personally had met any and it was pretty cool that both of them were masks.

However the panther couldn’t help but wonder why they wore it? It could’ve been because it looked cool, or they were too shy to show their face or something. Personally, she wore her mask to hide her identity to make it harder to recognise her previous self, but also allowed her to assume this new persona. Of course Hazel couldn’t simply approach her and ask her like that. But she still wondered…

That line of thought didn’t last long as Kit approached the blue haired woman to introduce herself as well offering a handshake. Hazel smiled as she reached her hand towards and shook her hand.

“I’m Moonlight Panther. Nice to meet you. I could also say the same, it is nice to see a fellow masked fighter. Sure, let’s give it our all!”

Right after that, she’d quickly return to her side, before only a seconds after the sound of the ring echoing through the building giving the information that the match had just started.

Oh good, that went well. Honestly, Kitsune had heard so many stories of AFW wrestlers being powerful and cruel monsters that it was a relief to get a friendly reaction from her first opponent.

Once the bell rang, she'd come back out from her corner, having returned there after shaking Midnight Panthers hand, and start circling her fellow masked girl, raising her arms and waggling her fingers at her, before stepping closer, offering her a chance for a traditional lock up to start things off right!

It was quite good to know that her adversary was quite nice. Her personality just like her overall appearance looked friendly and wasn’t simply something to fool her. And honestly the amount of cruel people was too big, but also was the same for the nice ones, making it sorta of 50-50.

The moment the bell rang, Panther slowly walked forwards to reach her opponent. Hazel saw how her opponent was in personality, but it was time to see how Kitsune would be in a match. Noticing her opponent circling, the Moonlight Panther started to mimic her actions and then looked at her hands, which she slowly started to approach, noticing her intention as she was accepting the challenge.

Upon being in reach, Hazel started to prepare and moved her hands to lock up with her opponent, and once she and Kitsune were ready, the blue masked wrestler started to push and try to overpower her opponent.

Oh good, it worked.

Little did Hazel realize, but Kitsune had little desire for an actual test of strength or a lock up, instead grabbing Hazel's arm as she came close and using her leverage to twist the masked womans wrist and arm entirely, standing at her side as she held her with an arm wrench hold!

"Ha! Gotcha! First point goes to Kitsune!"

Hazel was distracted by the request of a test of strength, intrigued by such a thing from her opponent, but she wasn’t one to judge, rather being quite excited to see where it would go. Panther wanted to know more of her opponent’s style, curious how to deal with such an adversary.

However she couldn’t see the obvious trap, and thus got trapped. Her expression changed, from surprise upon finding this, before changing once again to a more irritated one, maybe even angry one, as she grew mad. But more specifically herself for allowing herself to get caught and grewing soft.

After all, how could she be mad at Kitsune when it was something expected to happen in a battle.

“I guess you got me. But isn’t over.”

Being trapped made her panic and convelse a bit to get free. Acting on instinct out of the panic, she quickly moved her foot to try to stomp her rival’s foot in hopes the pain would make her flinch, and if successful, possibly give an opening for Hazel to try and headbutt her.

"GAH!"

The masked instagram model let out a cry of pain and shock, her poor foot smashed down upon by Hazel Garden's heel!

She released the hammerlock, freeing Hazel as she comically hopped back and forth, holding her sore foot, leaving herself completely open to attack!

Hazel was finding herself quite desperate to find an opening, being stuck on quite the arm wrench hold is quite painful and could be quite the problem in the long run. Luckily that didn't last long, as the Panther crushed her foot under boot, which was enough to release herself, and even left the masked rival opponent open for an additional strike.

A grin appeared on the Moonlith Panther's face, looking at state Kitsune was in. "It seems I'm the one that got you now."

Preparing to attack, the blue haired masked wrestler, side step closer, before raising her leg to around the same heigh of her chest, locking target at her rival's head and sent her leg directly right at her face, trying to hit her with a Super Kick.
