Showdown VI: Scalliwags/Kairi Kamiya vs Gwendolyn/Dominion: 3 vs 3 Tag Team Match

"I still can't believe I got myself roped into this dumb little crap Ryo started up. You just HAD to bring her a cake that day, didn't you?"

"What? I was trying to be nice and welcome her to AFW, I didn't mean to splatter cake all over her face!"

"...Why were you guys in speedos for that anyway? I know you had a speedo match later that night, but why then?"

"Ryo's idea. He thought if we flaunted ourselves, maybe one of us could get her to agree to a hentai match. It obviously didn't go the way he expected."

"Does it EVER go the way he expects?"

"...Not really, no."

"Whatever. Look, Kairi, thanks for helping us out with this match tonight. I know you and I don't always get along and all, but with Tai and Kai retired, the Kamiya's still gotta stick together, right?"

"Yeah yeah, look, do we have a plan for this match? Those Dominion guys are rather big, I don't fancy us coming at them with nothing more than a plucky attitude."

"Gwen's probably going to put all her focus on me I imagine..."

"That's true, she hates you the most."

"...Thanks for that Ed. So I'll probably have to deal with her, while you two handle Dominion. You guys are faster for certain, so use that and that high flying stuff you do, and hopefully that'll be enough to keep them from doing too much damage."

"...So the plan is for us to use hit and run tactics and find enough crap to jump off of that the muscle men don't murder us, and you...what, hump Gwen into submission?"

"I mean, if I have too. Do either of you have a better plan?"

"...No."

"Me neither, sadly. Guess that means we follow our fearless humping leader into battle. The things I do to finally get on Pay Per View...at least you idiots are wearing pants tonight."

With the team meeting now apparently over and done with, and a follow up fist bump to confirm it, the team were finally called by the PA assistant that it was time for them to go to the ring, as Ryo's newest theme, Billy Idol's "Flesh For Fantasy", began to play.

"How come we all have to come out to your theme? We have themes too ya know."

"Oi. Shut it."

"...What Japanese dude says "oi" anyway? Are you stealing phrases from me?"

"Shut it!"


With that, the trio made their way onto the ramp, Kairi in a blue singlet and boots, Edward in a special white and light blue tights, boots, and jacket, meant to represent the flag of his native Scotland, both of them hanging out in the back, waving to the crowd and walking behind their "fearless" leader, shaking their heads at his antics.

Indeed, rather than a serious entrance, Ryo, while clad in a pink and white pair of tights and boots, also had a white top hat on his head, a pair of circular sunglasses, and a black cane with a very cheesy silver dragon on top, something he clearly bought off a pimp...or at least a pawn shop where a pimp worked. The Hentai Jester of AFW was strutting and dancing his way down the ramp to the ring, much to the annoyance of his partners.

Once in the ring, Ryo stripped off his jacket, glasses, and hat, tossing the hat out to the crowd, (where it was promptly thrown back to the ringside area by a pro-Gwen fan), and he and Ed stripped off their jackets, the trio moving to their corner and doing their finishing stretches while awaiting the opposing teams entrance!

It was still quite shocking to comprehend that all of this initiated out of something so simple as a "cake". The scalliwags had offered Gwendolyn a cake in her Tension welcoming ceremony which had gone horrendously wrong which ultimately made her keep a grudge against the two speedo clad men. The same fateful night, Trent and Jacob was also part of the ceremony and brought their own peace offerings but with the whole cake fiasco, they simply ended up aiding the noblemen in trying to clean her face and her clothes.

However, tonight it was not just going to be the retribution of Gwendolyn against the scalliwags but it was also going to be the debut of the newest honorary member of the Dominion, Gwendolyn Dupont Bettencourt! The Dominion acknowledge her worthy wrestling ability and her accolades in Tension and she was the perfect candidate for the Dominion to help kick start her career as well as aid the Dominion in Tension.

"Are we all set and ready then?" Trent asked, adjusting his briefs while rolling his shoulders in gorilla. "Yeah, lets do this!" Jacob would say smacking his fist into his palm. "Right then, let us go forward to the ring. Madam Gwen, shall we escort you down to the ring in the grand entrance we talked about? One fit for a noble blueblood such as yourself?" he asked.

The trip had practiced and agreed, with Trent and Jacob knelt down to assist Gwendolyn up on their shoulders, carrying her on their shoulders before making their way out of the gorilla position. The Dominion's entrance theme cued and the trio would make their grand entrance down towards the ring. Jacob and Trent were all smiles, proud to assist Gwen in making her grand Tension debut as they assisted her down to the ring on their shoulders.

Once near the ring, they would pull her up and drop her to a stand on the ring apron before stepping up on the steel steps and standing on  the ring apron on either side of Gwen, staring down at their opponent's who were inside the ring.

Dance though we must at fate's behest, it nevertheless takes those of superior ilk to rise above the rest...twas a saying Gwendolyn frequently recalls whenever situations such as these arose. Whenever innumerable factors seemed to collaborate together out of incalculable possibilities as if diverging us onto a fated path, but still requires a resolute and unyielding willpower to see one's plans come into fruition. The heiress' Creme De La Creme promo during the last Showdown PPV indeed setting the stage and being the speedo clad catalyst that sparked the sweltering flames of vengeance within Gwendolyn. From the second that cake splattered across her face, into the Dominion match upon which the noblewoman earned her privileged position amongst those wrestling elite, all gearing towards tonight's impending grappling engagement between the teams of trios. The stars have indeed aligned this night, and they were arranged in such as to become one shimmering constellation showcasing an illustrious and imperial beauty reigning supreme~...

Such were the fanciful dalliances abounding within Gwen's mind as she was propped upon her faction partner's shoulders for their impending entrance, stirring up the usual booing and down-turned thumbs as was the norm for the snobbish socialite and her accompaniment. Gwendolyn adorned in a resplendently sparkling robe and rose decorated top hugging tightly against the ample swell of her curvature, arms extended to her sides as if allowing the teeming rabble around here the privilege of basking in the presence of premier wrestling royalty. The announcement of her official induction within Dominion coming as no surprise and was patently obvious via the extravagant symbolism of their entrance. Two chiseled male specimens raising their newest member aloft as if she were a Queen exalted above all of the unwashed peasantry~...this was most assuredly a partnership Gwendolyn could become accustomed to. She arrived at ringside with a nimble hop off of their shoulders and upon the apron, smiling beauteously at the forlorn three inside the ring until Jacob and Trent were standing at her sides. Dominion entering the ring as one shortly afterward.

"...*giggle*...I surmise you believe I harbor some form of animosity towards the two of you. Well, while their may be a minute smattering of truthfulness to that assumption, in actuality, I find myself graciously indebted to you. Becoming booked upon these Tension events is no small accomplishment, but once I proposed this Triple Teamed scuffle to the executives and the sheer enjoyment I'll derive from having you within my esteemed clutches, why we were penciled in posthaste. Fancy that~..." Gwendolyn elegantly remarked with a vengeful gleam in her eye, specifically towards Ryo, arms extended outward while she awaited for her partners to disrobe her. "SO...however shall we initiate these proceedings? Volunteers, perhaps?"

"Oh wow. They must be strong if they can lift up that much ego and carry it to the ring."

"You're just mad we didn't carry you to the ring."

"Oi, shut it."

"There it is again, your Japanese, you don't say "Oi" ya blaggering windsnipe."

"...the fuck does that even mean?"

"No idea, something Da used to yell at the football players he didn't like when he saw em on the telly."

"Oh my god, you two boy-toys need to shut it, I'll be starting things off here, you cool with that?"

With nods of approval from her partners, the pink clad Kairi would step forward, pointing a thumb at herself. "I'll be starting things off for our side, who do you got?" she asked, wondering which fighter she'd have to deal with first.

Meanwhile, Ryo would grin and waggle his fingers Gwens way. "Heya Gwennie-cakes! You're looking good in that outfit! Seriously though, let's make a bet, if I win this, I want a date!"

The grand entrance certainly did bring all eyes on Gwendolyn who was lifted across the shoulders of two of the members of the Dominion including the leader. At first, the Dominion had no part to deal in the issues that arose between Gwendolyn, Ryo and Edward but after the latest incident and the fact that they made Gwendolyn a honorary members of the Dominion meant that her problem was now their problem. After all six wrestlers were in the ring, it was a matter of who would start off the proceedings.

After a small discussion with each other and some words thrown over towards the enemy camp, it was Kairi who offered to start off first from the side of Ryo, Edward and herself. Trent would cross his arms under his chest, looking over towards Gwen and then towards his brother Jacob. "I don't think she looks like a real challenge at all. Jacob, why don't you show her what a real wrestler is" he said, encouraging Jacob to start the match from their side.

Jacob would grin, cracking his knuckles and nodding his head. "Heh sure thing. I got this" he would say before turning to face Kairi. The Perfect Storm would make his way in the ring while Trent would take his place on the ring apron. Approaching his opponent, Jacob would attempt to mock her. "Heh there cutie, what's a little bird like you doing in the ring in their team anyways? Why don't you just lay down on your back and let me pin you? Maybe we can go get dinner later" he said trying to run her down.

The bell would ring and the match was officially underway. *DING*DING*DING*

In spite of being the individual who initially called for volunteers, Gwendolyn herself would have merrily obliged starting off tonight's festivities if need be. Such were the initiative and leadership skills necessary in being a capable team captain, the position that was self-appointed by the snobbish corporate princess backstage. To no objections from her team-mates, of course. Subduing either of those obnoxious delinquents was a vengeful delight seemingly prolonged moreso once her chivalrous compatriot steadfastly took the helm and graciously volunteered to square off with the sole lady of their team.

Gwendolyn shooting Ryo an exaggerated and flagrantly false smile to placate his profound buffoonery, afterward accompanied by a disdainful scoff with a brattish rolling of her eyes in the direction of their corner turnbuckle. The same direction she strolled towards before stepping through the gap between the top and bottom rope, help apart by the gentlemanly Trent getting an unintended peek at her royal caboose in the process. Gwendolyn taking her place with a hand on the corner post strap, watching with a keen eye and vested interest in how Jacob fares against whomever this Kairi Kamiya individual was.

Hmm, so Jacob was her opponent then? Alrighty then. Kairi entered the ring, doing some light final stretches before the bell rang and she met the very cute man who had decided to step against her, while he blatantly flirted with her, earning a smile from the girl in the pink one piece and boots.

"Oh these two idiots behind me?" She asked, shooting Ed and Ryo a teasing look before turning back to Jacob. "One's family, the others, I guess, a friend. This match is more about getting back in the mix of things, more than any obligation towards them.  Dinner however, actually sounds quite nice..." She said, suddenly stepping forward and, if Jacob would let her, she'd run a lone finger across his chest. "It has been some time since some hunky cute wrestler offered me a nice night out. "

She had to be careful here. Jacob and her were close enough to the same height, but he clearly had weight on her, no doubt about that. "Now, as for that part about laying down for you..." she started...before saying to hell with caution and kicking the point of her boot as hard as she could into Jacob's shin!

"No chance cutie! You gotta earn that!"

Opting to volunteer first, the cocky and hot-head male would approach the middle of the ring before walking towards Kairi. Always looking to flatter his opponent with his "charm" the Perfect Storm would begin his chauvinistic tirade in the face of Kairi and was more interesting in taking her out to dinner rather than wrestling her. Trent would smack his palm against his face, shaking his head in disappointment at his younger brother's attitude of not taking this seriously however he would raise his head up and watch in surprise when Kairi seemed to be indulging him...or so he thought.

The brunette would double down on his attitude and would throw it back to him. Jacob would smile and flex his arms for her while she leaned over towards him, flirting back with him while running a finger across his chest. "Oho I see you have good taste! Finally a real woman in this place" he said, flashing a toothed grin.

However, things would take a quick turn when Kairi mentioned about the part of lying down for him. "What about it babe?" he said still showing off for the brunette until suddenly she refused him of that part of the offer and kicked him as hard as she could into his shin. "Owww owww oww sshiittt!" he cursed, hopping around before dropping down onto one knee while hissing in pain.

Ed couldn't resist a chuckle as Kairi executed her shin kick, making him hobble and drop to a knee.

"Ryo, your cousin always so feisty like that?" Edward asked, leaning on the ropes to watch the very cute Kairi work.

"Yeah, she can be real handful like that sometimes...stop staring at her butt."

Kairi grinned, turning away from Jacob and run towards the ropes, rebounding off of them and coming towards the man on one knee. "Still want my body!?" she'd yell as she came closer to him, before turning her body and leaping backwards, trying to smack her booty into Jacob's face with a hip attack!
