GASTER vs Cassie R. - Standard Match

If there was something Cassie wasn’t used to, something that was enough to make her blood boil in rage and get her in a bad mood, that was being denied. For all her life she had been a rich, spoiled brat and now that she was fending off for herself she wasn’t going to change. It was too late for that. That was the reason her face changed when just as she was ready for the count to be over and get that win, GASTER managed to break the pin and force the match to go on while also ruining Cassie’s posing for the cameras.

“No?” Cassie said in a cold tone, her teeth almost grinding against each other. “You are on, girl.” That was more a threat than a challenge. Cassie got back on her feet so she could wait for the Shadow Lord to regain her footing and then welcome her with a furious high boot. Rage was blinding Cassie a little now, and even if she was confident about herself, that was something her rival could use to her advantage.

With the kick out, GASTER still could continue the match, even though her entire body was still hurting. The masked lady was still not privy to her rival's angry demeanor after she kicked out, as her head swam as she tried to rise...

...and once she recovered she saw Cassie's big boot coming straight for her head!

She ducked left, to make sure the move missed, and grabbed her leg with her right arm, trapping it in place as she rose back up, before she quickly twisted her leg, forcing Cassie to the canvas with a Dragon Screw Leg Whip!

No matter how quick one was, a big boot to the head was a slow movement, easy to read and to evade. As she got her leg trapped and her strength would be used against her in a Dragon Screw Leg Whip that got her on the mat and reeling in surprise, Cassandra had to admit that her anger towards her rival had clouded her mind. Now she had paid the price in the form of a counter that wasn’t specially painful or draining, but it looked nice and what was worth, made her look like some kind of whimp. Determined not to let it happen again, Cassandra made haste back on her feet, but instead of keeping with her strikes she would adopt a more defensive stance, letting that rival who had been mostly relying on reactions have the lead voice for some time.

Cassie would find her way quickly back to her feet after being toppled over with a Dragon Screw, now being a bit more wary of the Shadow Lord as she stood away from her, not keen to rush for an attack.

The Shadow Lord, however, would be the opposite. Trying to keep the aggression going, she dove forward, trying to go straight for her rival's legs to topple her down to the canvas with a Takedown!
