Akane Saito vs. Suzumi Ishikawa

Suzumi felt the struggle of Akane knowing that the women was inching them closer to the ropes again. Suzumi doubled down onto the hold and gave a hard roll back towards the center of the ring!

"Not today my fiesty friend! You are totally gonna get a bit extra...." Suzumi said keeping the body scissor squeeze going to shifting the choke hold to turn the hold into her finisher the modified dragon sleeper known as the tsunami sleeper!

"Come on Akane, no way you are escaping this one! Just tap out!" Suzumi said as she locked in the nastiest submission she knew and maybe one of the nastiest holds in Friction!

She was so close she could practically feel it, her fingers brushing the air mere milometers from escape. Just she. Her hope was at its peak, Suzumi drew her back in, rolling the two women back to the center of the ring. Akane stubbornly dug in her boots, starting to shove them back towards the ropes though, until her head was craned back. She let out a long groan while her chin was tucked under the Wrestle Angel's arm, her chest heaving up as her back was arched.

Her kicking slowed… flailing hands fell away, and her fight died as Suzumi continued to crank and squeeze her. The pink haired girl lay motionless, unable to really fight any longer as the veteran had her run of the hold, making sure it was locked in as tight as possible. Her eyelids fluttered as she could feel herself fading fast. Rather than being choked out, she brought her hand to Suzumi's thigh, lightly patting her fingers to the other woman leg to signal her surrender by tapping out.

Suzumi felt the tapping and the referee saw it too calling for the bell. Suzumi let go and stood up posing with a hand on her hip and one running through her hair as she strut around the ring with some sway to her hips as the crowd cheered the win of a fan favorite.

Suzumi made her way back over to Akane. "Like you really had me when ya kept escaping! I was totally frustrated so ya got the horns, no one gets away from the tsunami sleeper!" Suzumi said as she nodded and pat Akane on the shoulder. "Like if you totally work on those hip tosses, grappling and holds you will be making women tap out in no time!"

After trying to offer some words of encouragement Suzumi made her way to the ropes looking to make an exit and head back to the locker room.

Akane's body was limply ease back to the canvas as Suzumi slipped away to take a victory lap, leaving the pink haired rookie panting and exhausted in the middle of the ring. No matter how hard she tried, she just couldn't seem to get away from Suzumi, that woman just kept getting on top of her. It was the first time she had tussled with a submissionist like that. While not really the sort who brimmed with arrogance, it had been a humbling experience all the same with just how fast the difference in their holds had been. Maybe there was some merit to learning more submissions, even someone as small as her could lock up a bigger woman.

Akane peered up at Suzumi with slightly dazed eyes, nodding slowly with her words of advice. She winced briefly at the pat on her shoulder, the veteran likely absentmindedly giving her that pat on the arm she had nearly ripped off. As the blue haired veteran moved away, Akane continued to lay in the ring. She needed a bit more time before she was ready to go.
