Personality:

Though most of the time she seems disorganized and overwhelmed, Sophie is quite on top of her life of controlled chaos. She is quite determined to succeed in anything she does, and tries her best to overcome any obstacles. So far, it has gotten her quite far in life. With the girls she manages, she tries to be a relatable peer. She is about the same age as them after all, and much like most of them she has very Little experience and quite a bit of naievete. She is Smart and Sharp, learning quickly from her mistakes.

Background:
Daughter to an upper-middle class family, Sophie grew up travelling between England and Japan. Her father worked for an international bank, and her mother a businesswoman working for a Japanese Zaibatsu. Neither of her parents could do much to care for her, due to their busy work schedules, and as such she grew up primarily in international boarding schools. Despite this, she maintained close relationships with her parents, and by all accounts had a happy childhood.
It was during her university years that she was first introduced to the AFW. She was at a prestigious Japanese business school at the time, and was due to go for an internship. As she was half-foreigner, and had dual nationalities, many other companies did not want to take her, however the AFW welcomed her with open arms. She was immediately put on board to manage a growing roster of wrestlers, while she gets used to both working in industry, as well as the peculiarities of the AFW.
