Riley Beckett vs. Blossom Fields - Practice Makes Perfect

”Nope, you shouldn’t have!”

It was a little cockier than Blossom liked to be, but she couldn’t keep herself from enjoying the moment as she caught Riley in the hold and cranked it back, really trying to get the most bang for her buck out of the move. She doubted it would get a submission so early in the match, that was way too much to ask, but if it could weaken her foe a bit, slow her down, that was more than enough to start making good progress.

Of course, the ropes would short that plan out. But Blossom had some ideas on that.

As Riley started to crawl along, Blossom abruptly let go of the hold with her hands and trapped the leg between her thighs, instead. From there, she fell on Riley’s back, reached out, and wrapped her arm around her opponent’s neck, pulling it back into a sleeperhold variation of the STF. Quite lethal, and most importantly, much harder to crawl out of.

Oh shit.

Riley had already been in a tough spot with the half boston crab, her perfectly shapely leg caught and painfully bent, but she knew she could take it and find a way to get to the ropes without overly too much trouble.

But the problem was, Blossom knew that too, and the next thing the kiwi girl knew, she was trapped in a tight STF hold, an arm wrapped around her neck, and the forward momentum she had gained was stopped, now stuck in place as Blossom laid across her.

"Gah...Damnit..." she groaned, pain flaring through her body as she desperately reached for the ropes, that were still just out of reach, if she could just crawl a bit further.

"N-no fair...if you wanted to get on top of me, we c-could have just had a hentai match..."

Riley had a lot of spirit to her, Blossom would give her that. This STF had to suck, mightily, but she kept on keeping on all through it, surviving and pulling herself along despite all the weight coming down on. It was an admirable display of tenacity.

Shame Blossom was going to wreck all of it.

”Yeeeeeeeeeah I’m not available for hentai matches, sorry. Got a girlfriend that you really do not want to tick off.” She giggled at the thought of it, though - it would almost be worth it, to see the way Death Bunny would react. ”But I can still take you for a ride, if you really want.”

And with that, Blossom let go of the hold, just as Riley was about to touch the ropes. Her arms slid down her opponent’s body and grasped her around the waist, as she planted her feet against the matand braced.

Deep breath. Tensed up. Ready.

Blossom gritted her teeth and lifted Riley clear off the ground, only to bring her up, over, and down with a deadlift German Suplex, holding it after for the pin count.

Well, that was disappointing, guess flirting was out the window then. Oh well.

"Would it be...weird to say..." Riley grunted out, desperately stretching her arm out as far as her limb could reach as she spoke, her words interrupted by grunts and pants, so close to escape. "...that I think, you'd be worth it?"

Just before she could grab the bottom rope though, she gasped, suddenly freed of the hold and able to breath again, briefly confused as to why Blossom would willingly give up a good hold.

Then she felt the tight grip around her taut stomach, a gasp escaping her before she was hauled up into the air with incredible strength and leverage, crying out as she was perfectly planted onto the mat with a German suplex!

The new Zealanders groaned, head lolling to the side, legs held above her head ad Blossom bridged, the ref girl dropping down and counting as she slapped at the mat.

"1!"

"2!"

At that count however, Riley, still with plenty of fight in her toned body, bucked her hips and kicked her legs upward, breaking the pin attempt before the three!

It was a little weird, kind of. Blossom had always loved the girls of the AFW, but she’d never thought anyone outside of Death Bunny would be all that attracted to her beyond a spat of fun flirting. Riley just kept going with it, which was flattering in a weird way that she didn’t hate. She didn’t want to make too much out of it, in part to not cheat on Death Bunny, but also to spare the New Zealander all the pain that would be coming her way if she came with her.

All that cuteness didn’t stop her from dropping the bomb, though, planting her with a tight German Suplex. She was actually a little surprised when Riley kicked out of it. That wasn’t her finishing move, but she hand landed it perfect, and they’d been going at it for a fair while now, too…

Oh, well. She had other tricks. Time to start bringing them out.

”Phew! You’re really tough!” Blossom got to her feet and grabbed Riley by the arm as she rose, forcing the taller woman to stand along with her. ”Do they build them all of you like this where you come from?”

Before the question could be answered, Blossom jerked hard and sent her opponent off running with a hard Irish Whip, sending her towards the nearest corner.

The answer would be...yes, actually, New Zealanders, especially the Maori tribe Riley had spent so much time watching and admiring, were built tough, and Riley had tried to build herself as tough as them.

She had no chance to respond though, as she was soon brought right up, while her head was still spinning, and was sent running into the corner, barely having a moment to turn her body and take the impact on her back as opposed to her front, but still sagging in the corner after and staying there, needing to recover after that submission and suplex combo!

Phew, this felt good. It had been too long since Blossom had been in the ring like this, since she’d really had a chance to cut loose. Most of her experience these days came from sparring with Death Bunny, and while that was always fun…in a lot of ways…there was really no substitute for the real thing, tearing it up with an opponent who could give as good as she got. The blood was flowing, the sweat was materializing, the crowd was getting into it, it was all coming together and keeping the pint-sized powerhouse pumped up. Like a favorite food, one she’d gone years without tasting.

It made her eager, maybe a little too eager, but she was rolling with it. As soon as she let Riley go, she ducked down, planting one knee on the floor, taking a classic runner’s pose. She waited for her target to turn around and hit the turnbuckle, making a perfect target, and then she came running forward at full tilt, sprinting straight towards her, ducking down, and aiming her shoulder right towards those perfectly toned abs.

Despite currently having her very attractive butt handed to her at the moment, Riley had to admit, she was having the time of her life. This was only her very first match in this company, and already she was getting a good sense of just great these wrestlers were and how much skill the competition around here had. If this was just a sample of what she could expect around here, she was going to have a great time.

As soon as she hit the turnbuckle, she caught a blur of motion coming her way, and quickly realized she would not be having a good time if that hit her. Grabbing the top ropes at either side, the kiwi quickly jumped upward and kicked her legs up high, trying, if she could, to leap over the charging Blossom and leave nothing but turnbuckle for her to charge into!

Full steam ahead.

Blossom came in fast, bounding across the ring as fast as her little legs would take her. She was being a little overeager, she knew, but she wanted to keep her momentum while things were still going her way. Far too often, this was how her matches got messed up - she didn’t strike when she had her best chance, hesitated when she should’ve dove headfirst. That wasn’t going to happen. Not today. No way.

But that didn’t mean that every risk she took would pan out, a hard fact that was made apparent when her opponent had the wherewithal to leap over her incoming attack. Blossom didn’t have time to hit the breaks, her only option was to get her hands up, grab the ropes, use them to come to a sliding stop, dropping down to her knee with her face only inches away from the pads.

A good save, but she was still open. She whipped around as quick as she could, trying to get a beat on Riley before her mistake wound up costing her too much.

That was close, Riley had to admit, she had only just barely dodged a bullet, managing to leap over her charging opponent, letting her crash into the turnbuckle behind her as she landed on her feet.

Not wanting to waste this golden opportunity, Riley turned around, grabbing the ropes and swinging her leg forward, trying to smash her knee into Blossoms head! "Gotcha! Your mine!"
