Patient Privileges

The thing happening beneath Veronica’s feet was no small matter. The human body was designed to resist suffocation, even if the person didn't want to do it themselves. It wasn’t a conscious choice - when getting knocked out, the body would jerk about struggle, fight, and it would succeed if the thing threatening it wasn’t putting on real, serious pressure. To fight that reflex, you would need deep concentration. A mind consumed in bliss and satisfied, enough to shut down even the slightest panic. Total calm. Zen.

”Aiden Murray, you are a rare man.”

It was at that moment, at those words, that he finally blew his load, spurting out like a firehouse. There wasn’t any controlling the trajectory - a little went on her floor, a little on her stockings, a little on his chest. She paid it the barest amount of attention, hardly an afterthought. Her sole focus was on her sole, pressed against his face, taking him further and further into sleep. She watched his body respond, saw his breathing slow. All the telltale signs of a body wearing itself down, losing more and more power, until…

Out. Out like a light. Veronica lifted her heel and, sure enough, there was an unconscious man underneath it, knocked clean out. The sight made her giggle, a childish noise that she was glad he couldn’t hear, would’ve ruined the illusion. It couldn’t be helped, though. He was simply too adorable down there, sleeping sound, splattered with his own filth, totally content. If she had the time, there were a dozen things she could have done with him. And maybe she would...next time.

For now, her main concern was getting out of the room and taking a long, hot shower, then coming back to clean all this up before her next patient. Before all that, there was a small matter she wanted to handle before she forgot.

Veronica took a moment to wipe her feet clean off Aiden’s chest, then stood up and moved to the side of her desk, standing next to her phone. ”Hey, Siri,” She paused, looked down to make the silly thing actually registered her voice this time, then went on. ”Call Bianca.”
