Ísafold Hjalmarsdottir could certainly state that her recent training and updated look had produced some great results. And they didn't limit just to her improved body, increased strength and confidence levels. No, she had certainly also seemed to become more popular!

Since revealing her new look the previous weekend, it had appeared that everyone wanted a piece of her. Whether it was an interview for AFW, a fan meeting or a request for setting up a match, the blonde had been some hot stuff lately. And while Isa wasn't really one who traditionally enjoyed being the center of attention, the blonde had to admit that she had begun to like it. Especially, as the increased popularity was a direct result of her own, hard work!

But after all, popularity wasn't the ultimate goal with her transformation. No, that was better performance in the ring. And tonight, Isa got another chance to test her skills against a new opponent. Tonight the Angel of Ice was facing a demon.

Isa - The Angel Of Ice:

Walking down the ramp as her new theme blared through the Friction arena, Isa was feeling good about tonight. Giving the crowds a few friendly waves on the way, the blonde eventually got up into the ring and rose onto the closest turnbuckle, posing to the crowds and raising her arms up as if she was an angel blessing them. Proceeding to do the same on the opposite side of the ring, the blonde took in all of their favor before settling down to her own corner.

Now it was her opponent's turn to appear, who Isa had heard would provide quite a contrast with the Angel of Ice.

Shizuka Takamachi would be having a singles match for tonight, and she was looking forward to it. As she planned to emerge victorious at the end of it, she would make sure that she gave everyone a good show for tonight. Clad in her wrestling outfit and painted red all over her body, Shizuka waited for her turn to make her entrance, and once her music, Onigashima in the Fairyland was played, she would step out to the ramp, raising her arms as she energetically jogged down the ramp to the ring.

Shizuka "Aka-Oni" Takamachi:

"YOSSHAAA!!!" Shizuka let out her hot-blooded battle-cry, and many of her fans also repeated her cry, bringing a grin on the rambunctious red devil. Then, she would reach the ring, and after bending down to show off her lithe body, she would then get into the ring, climbing up the apron before rolling under the ropes. She would get the crowd to rally to her before she took a look at her opponent for tonight. "Oho~" She was impressed by what she was seeing. It was such an impressive body, she would admit. It's just a shame that she would be the one to defeat her tonight.

"Yosh! So, you're gonna be my opponent tonight? Well, you better prepare yourself!" Shizuka pointed her finger at Isa in a dramatic manner. "I shall vanquish you and make you my sacrifice for tonight!" Shizuka tried to ramp up her gimmick as a red-colored Japanese demon, but she looked rather endearing instead. Still, she didn't care. She wanted to look good here, and she also wanted to end this match with a win, thus making it much better for her.

As her opponent's music began airing, Isa found the tunes to be as menacing as she had expected. And in no time she could see the energetic demoness quickly making her way into the ring, providing the blonde a good chance to observe and evaluate her behavior, as well as her body. It also appeared that she wasn't disliked at all by the audience either, as her efforts at ramping up the volume in the Friction arena were quickly rewarded.

Isa had prepared to stay on the sidelines and in her corner until the bell would have rung, but her opponent's behavior soon meant that it wasn't going to be the case this time. Aka-Oni was confidently challenging the blonde and issuing out her own threats - as expected for a confident wrestler - and Isa wasn't going to let the red devil steal all the spotlight.

While her opponent was definitely trying to sound threatening and appear dangerous, she still didn't manage to intimidate Isa. As the blonde began taking steps towards her foe to meet her in the middle of the ring, her size advantage over the Oni was constantly becoming more apparent. "Hello... Well, sounds like you have a plan. Just be sure to take into account that no matter how hot-blooded little demon you are, you aren't going to be melting the Angel of Ice tonight!" The blonde ended her words as she was now in front of her opponent, looking down straight into her eyes, and decided to offer her hand out for the red devil to shake.

Now standing in front of Isa, Shizuka grinned as she looked into her opponent's eyes. Shizuka had both her hands on her hips, and when Isa offered her a handshake, she looked at the offered hand for a while before she brought her right hand to accept the handshake. But, rather than taking the handshake, Shizuka would instead bring her hand up to her own face, pulling down her lower eye-lid and sticking out her tongue in a rather childish manner.

"Blee~" Shizuka would quickly retreat away from Isa, and this action would earn her a few boos, though they somehow were lacking in heat. It was as if they were already expecting the Aka-Oni to act mischievous like this. Hopping on the balls of her feet, Shizuka would ready herself for the match, and soon, the bell was rung. Taking a stance, the Aka-Oni would get into position, smiling confidently as she brought up both her arms in preparation to engage her blonde opponent.

Isa knew that offering handshakes sometimes backfired in wrestling, but it was still deeply in her nature to always present good manners, and shaking hands was always a polite way to greet opponents. But also, based on what she had seen from her opponent so far, she wasn't too afraid of her, and seeing her reaction to it was also going to be a good way of gaining some more information of her opponent's character.

And that's exactly what she got. Her opponent was a little devil indeed, pulling off some of her little tricks even before the match had begun! And while Isa wasn't too surprised, somewhere deep down she was a little bit irritated. As she appreciated good manners, those that ignored them were always bound to receive a little bit rougher treatment from her in the ring.

"Fine." the blonde muttered to herself as her opponent began taking some distance between them, before the bell rang and the match was on. Isa stayed still at first, but then she could see the Oni bringing up her arms to engage with her opponent - which was quite surprising to the blonde. The Angel of Ice had a clear size advantage in this match, and according to all her logic, the same would apply to the strength advantage.

Nevertheless, Isa wasn't about to turn down the challenge. Taking steps forward to engage with the Oni, the blonde was determined to quickly start pushing her backwards with all her might, wanting to show off all the strength that she had lately been working so hard for!

Shizuka smiled impishly as she managed to draw the ire of her opponent due to her mischievous act, though she didn't mean anything malicious about it. Of course, she would take advantage of this in order to make things easier for her in this match. She was meant to be a mischievous little devil here, after all.

To start off the match, Shizuka went for a lock up, and Isa went along with it, locking up with her in a grapple. While it was clear that Shizuka might be beaten in terms of size and sheer strength, she still had one plan in her mind. As expected, the moment the two of them entered a grapple, the Aka-Oni found herself being pushed back by her opponent.

"Erghhh..." Shizuka gritted her teeth, showing exertion as she tried to push back. That was a part of the plan, of course, because a few seconds after the two of them entered the lock up, she would try something sneaky by trying to fall backwards, tucking her legs in and bringing her feet onto Isa's belly so that she could try a monkey flip on her.

Even if Isa found the Oni's choice to engage in a grapple a bit surprising, the little trick she had just done had already made Isa a bit more keen to unleash her power and might to get her opponent to cease her little tricks. Thus, the blonde was very happy to engage in the lock-up, and showed no restraint with trying to push the red-headed girl backwards with all her might right from the start!

And sure enough, the blonde's efforts were well rewarded as Aka-Oni was easily getting pushed backwards, despite exertion being clearly visible on her face. A hint of smile already rose on Isa's lips - right before the lock-up took an unexpected turn! The Oni suddenly fell backwards, taking the Angle of Ice with her, and sent the Angel fyling with a powerful Monkey Flip!

Isa's lower back slammed hard against the mat, triggering a small cry of pain from her lips. "Aghh!" Aka-Oni had just demonstrated that she held no fear for her opponent, and knew how to handle larger foes... And Isa now had to find a way to prove her wrong! The blonde tried to get back up and face her devilish foe again as soon as possible, but she was rather slow in doing so due to being rather astonished by the sudden turn of events.

Shizuka managed to flip her opponent over with a monkey flip, sending her down crashing onto the mat. Picking herself up, the red demon grinned before she punched her fist into the air, getting the crowd to cheer for the rambunctious little devil. While Isa was still down, Shizuka would run towards the ropes closest to her opponent, climbing them up before launching herself into the air, aiming to drop her knees right at her opponent's belly, looking to hit her with a diving knee drop!

If the attack was successful, Shizuka wouldn't waste her time and quickly place herself on top of her opponent, draping herself over her, going for a full body pin. Her petite body would be mashed against Isa's more voluptuous frame as she would go for the pin, and the referee would come over and start counting for the pin, getting herself next to the two of them as she slapped the mat, counting for the pin.

Isa had been stunned by the fast Monkey Flip, and was slowly able to try getting back up again. But not without setting her sight to her devilish opponent first! However, as the blonde turned around to a prone position, she could already see the redhead running towards her! Immediately realizing the danger she was in, the Icelander braced for impact....that never came. The little devil had run past her! So, where was she now?!?

Turning around once again, Isa could finally find Aka-Oni again indeed - but the bad news were that she was already on the top rope! The Angel of Ice had failed to steer herself out of harm's way, and as it turned out, was the perfect target for the Oni's diving knee drop instead!

"AAGHH!!" This time Isa's cry of pain was not small, as her smaller opponent's knee pads sank perfectly into her belly. Rendered momentarily powerless once again, the Angel was helpless to prevent herself from getting pinned!

"ONE!"

"W-what?!?"

"TWO!"

Jolting her body suddenly with all her strength, the blonde managed to stop the count. However, being forced into this position so fast was a shocker! She really needed to up her game, and fast! What Isa really needed now was just a whole new start to this match, and she hoped that she'd be able to get herself back up to get one.

Shizuka made use of the ropes to launch herself into the air before landing a diving knee drop right into Isa's belly. Right after that, she immediately went for the pin, going for a full body one as she pressed herself against the more voluptuous body of the blonde. Still, after the referee counted up to two, Isa managed to kick out, breaking the pin, and the red demon clicked her tongue in annoyance as she saw that her diving knee drop wasn't enough to take her opponent out.

Even so, Shizuka was aware that her attack earlier might have dealt quite a damage on Isa, and she thought that her opponent would be in a condition where she was unable to fight back at the moment. So, she would reach down to her and pull her up after getting up, planning to continue with her attack. She would keep her hold on Isa's head before twisting around, making the two of them facing away from each other before dropping herself into a sitout position, hitting her opponent with a neckbreaker!
