Yajiri Kasamatsu vs Yayuuki "Lucky" Sakura

Yajiri could at times be too stubborn in her ways for her own good. She didn’t have the kind of allies Lucky had to help her diversify her strengths and shore up her weaknesses. Such an opportunity had once been offered, but the rookie had turned it down. The reason? She had always wanted to be responsible for her own training. It was the kind of ideal that sounded nice in her head, though moments like this might make her strongly reconsider it. Lucky was stronger and noticeably more well-rounded, that was just a fact. Try as the rookie might, she wasn’t slipping out of this headlock. It was frustrating to feel so trapped in such a simple hold, but reluctantly she opted to try Plan B: going for the ropes.

In doing so, however, Yajiri made another small but crucial mistake. Her movements too clearly telegraphed her intentions. A more experienced veteran trying to achieve the same goal might have wrestled against the hold to continue giving the impression of an escape attempt while easing the both of them closer to the ropes before going trying to spring the rope break. But Yajiri just stuck her leg out to gauge the distance, then started trying to shift in that direction. It quickly became evident the Hentai Champ saw right through her, and wasn’t about to let the rookie get anywhere near the ropes.

There was a very brief moment of relief, where the headlock was unexpectedly released and Yajiri’s body instinctively let in a big intake of air. But before she knew fully where Lucky had even gone, her weight came crashing right onto Yajiri’s back, blasting out the air she had just been so grateful to take in! A sharp gasp rang out from her lips as the impact planted her down on her front, before a pair of hands wrapped around her chin. In one motion Yajiri was suddenly yanked back, the sudden pain of her spine quickly bending was so intense she screamed out in agony and her hand shot up, as if instinctively ready to start tapping out! But Yajiri willed the hand to freeze in the air and ball into a tight fist. Then the ref was crouching down right next to her.

“Do you give?!” she asked. Yajiri shook her head as much as she could in the hold and answered with a strained “NO!!!!”

With the same arm that had briefly suspended in the air, Yajiri began to desperately throw her elbow back, trying to strike at Lucky’s thigh, or her side. It was pretty difficult to aim like this, but the rookie couldn’t be too picky about her target. Lucky was going all out just like she promised, and Yajiri respected that. She wanted to match that energy with a defiant will that refused to surrender this early, no matter how outmatched it looked like she might be!

Sakura had to admit... Yariji was putting up MUCH more of a struggle than she had first thought she would! By now, other girls would've already been considering giving up... But here this girl was, still fighting and fighting with all of her spirit! Even as she struggled to stay atop the other woman and keep her pinned to the floor, Lucky couldn't help but smile, growing more and more excited! She kinda wanted Yariji to break out of this hold, to keep the fight going with as much pride in herself as she was displaying now! Sakura couldn't afford to let her off the hook easily... but she could quietly root for her as she kept this hold going!

Even as the ref asked her for a sign of resignation, Yariji resisted her own urges and that of the official, REFUSING to let herself lose so easily! In fact, it would be this mental resistance that would give rise to a physical one, bringing her knee back and JAMMING it hard into Sakura's thigh! It was a shot in the dark but it seemed fate was in Yariji's corner, letting her strike fly true right into it's target!

"AUGH!" Lucky cried, her hands reflexively shooting down to her now bruised thigh, rolling off of her opponent and putting a few meters between them! Sakura would cringe, feeling the bite of the woman's attack long after connection had ceased, her muscles knotting up at the point of impact as if to close off a wound that was never there! Gosh, it HURT... like getting the WORST charley-horse right when she didn't need it! Still, even if she was slightly cringing, one of her eyes clenched shut in an effort to block out the pain and perhaps she was now hobbling on the one leg just a bit, she couldn't help but grin! It was all happening as she had hoped! A goooooooood non-hentai match for sure! She couldn't help but feel excited, knowing that this girl wouldn't ever stop fighting... Hey, Maybe she'd even put up as good-a-fight as Maddie did!

"This is gonna be a great match..." She snickered lightly, bringing her hands up between herself and her opponent defensively. "I just know it..."

Though it fortunately paid off, the gambit had been a desperate one. If Yajiri had failed to make Lucky release her hold here, there undoubtedly would not have been any other option but to tap out. And after all the kind and encouraging words the champion had offered, nothing would have hurt Yajiri more than having to submit barely a minute or two into the match. But the kind of intensity and skill Lucky was demonstrating was what it took to become a champion here. She couldn’t waste time being frustrated at herself. She just had to embrace this experience, and learn everything she could from each moment.

With Lucky off of her, Yajiri panted while slowly picking herself back up, plainly showing the pain and fatigue she was feeling after surviving Lucky’s onslaught. But in spite of it all, she grinned back at her foe. “I didn’t come here tonight to disappoint a champion,” she said, putting her own hands back up to retake her stance.

Advancing toward Lucky with initial caution, Yajiri noticed her foe was favoring the leg she had struck moments ago. So once she drew near enough she ducked down while rushing forward, lashing her arms out toward the leg, aiming to wrap it up while throwing her body weight against Lucky in hopes of tackling her to the mat!

"You haven't yet~!" Lucky giggled as Yajiri asserted her purpose here, the cheerleader raising her own hands, ready to wrestle! The two girls would smile at one another, a friendly, competitive exchange of expressions as the two would square off again, this time Sakura backing up just a tiny bit... feeling a tad more defensive! She wasn't gonna be able to move... comfortably on this leg so soon after it got clobbered... she had to protect it, keep it from being an obvious target... but her opponent smelled blood in the water and was going RIGHT for the wound! As the cheerleader backed up, Yajiri would draw closer, eating up each bit of ground the cheerleader gave to her, letting her draw closer and closer to the ropes! Lucky stared right into her brunette opponent's eyes, trying to gauge what exactly she could be thinking... Maybe to trip her up... maybe to use the ropes to her advantage... Whatever it was, Yajiri didn't seem the type to rush into a fight without a plan and, with a weakspot now in tow, it would be obvious to make a go for it...

...And that's EXACTLY what Yajiri did! The moment she felt comfortable in attacking, she would DUCK low and throw herself at Sakura's legs like a human torpedo, attempting to wrap her arms around them and take her to the mat! Lucky, however, had been awaiting this moment, seeing it coming from a mile away... or at least several feet! As the woman lunged for her wounded leg, Lucky would move to try and duck out of the way... only to wince in the process of the motion, slowing her down with a sharp twinge of pain and allowing Yajiri to complete the move (if a bit awkwardly) she wished to from the start!

"AH! NO!" Lucky cried out in shock, not expecting this rapid change in her fortune! She would fall BACK quickly, gravity taking hold just as surely as her opponent has, the back of her head WHACKING against the middle rope on the way down, disorienting the cheerleader further! She collapsed on her back, reflexively PULLING at her captured limb in an effort to free it, her other leg kicking wildly at Yariji, attempting to fend her off!

Yajiri succeeded in taking Lucky down to the mat, but in the process she noticed something. At the moment she charged in, her foe had started to move out of the way. Not an abnormal reaction by any means, but the way Lucky timed it suggested she had planned on moving that way. It seemed Lucky had known, or at the very least correctly guessed, that Yajiri would target her wounded leg for the takedown. Had the rookie’s movements telegraphed her intentions too clearly, or had the champion simply expected her to aim for that leg because it was hurting? No doubt Yajiri would be spending a lot of time analyzing this moment back later to find the answer so she could learn from it and work on adjusting as needed.

In any case, even though Lucky appeared to have seen it coming, the takedown had still done its job after all! On top of bringing her opponent to the canvas, Lucky’s head also had an unfortunate collision with one of the ropes on her way down. Yikes, that had to hurt. That part hadn’t been Yajiri’s intention, but she couldn’t afford to give Lucky too much sympathy at the moment. Having turned the tables, Yajiri needed to keep the proverbial ball rolling, though her foe wasn’t about to make it easy for her. The free foot of the hentai champ hammered against her a few times, drawing grunts that slipped through pursed lips, but she held onto Lucky’s wounded leg to keep from being knocked too far back.

In between a pair of Lucky’s defensive kicks, Yajiri jolted up only to throw herself right back down, aiming a quick elbow drop down onto the inside of the champ’s already hurting leg! From there, with her body weight holding the limb down, her hands would latch onto Lucky’s foot and pull upward, bending the leg against her. Naturally she wouldn’t expect to earn a submission out of this. But a chance to further any advantage was one worth taking.

Sakura's kicks were nothing to scoff at, but they were wild and unfocused. Without the percision and planning of a real wrestler, the champion's kicks merely deflected off her opponent as they closed in, dealing damage... but not much to actually stun her foe! One such kick would cause Yariji to rear back, almost as if she had taken some notable amount of damage, The cheerleader's eyes widening with hope... before such unwarranted feelings were dashed with an utterly DEVASTATING elbow DOWN onto Sakura's already hurting leg! It was weird... because the pain wasn't immediate. It was as if time had slowed down, allowing the cheerleader to witness each and every moment of her opponent JAMMING her elbow HARD into her muscle, bone deflecting off bone as it cut DEEP into her!

...And then, like the insidious knife it was, the pain would strike... As sudden as it was unexpected!

"YAAAH!" Lucky wailed in agony, writhing around on the ground, her hands shooting up to her forehead, fingers clutching at her scalp as if that would somehow help her bare the utter PAIN that her opponent was baring down on her! Like a dog with her chew-toy, Yariji wouldn't just let Lucky go with a single strike! In another effort to press her advantage, Yariji would lift up Sakura's leg HIGHER, this time bending her lower leg UP and back against her kneecap, STRAINING it hard in a pseudo-submission, only causing the white-haired cutie to cry out LOUDER in protest! Lucky's free foot stamped the floor wildly as she whined and struggled, attempting to wrench her way out of Yariji's grasp... but her grip was as intense as her hold! Sweat rolled down her forehead, her throat strained with the intensity of her cries...

...But she wouldn't quit...

NOT now...

...Or later, as a matter of fact!

Huffing loudly, Lucky would slowly draw herself back into the match, her eyes focusing on the underside of her opponent's jaw! A good KICK there would likely send her rival reeling... a move she would need if she was going to get her leg back before any serious damage was dealt to it! Bringing back her free leg one more time, Sakura would pause a moment to aim... before SHOOTING her boot UP at her opponent, aiming to CLOCK Yariji HARD under her jaw and shoot her face SKYWARD!

Yajiri was a bit lucky - no pun intended - that the elbow drop worked out as well as it did. Her foe’s kicks were a very difficult storm to weather, and she likely wouldn’t have been able to for much longer. A part of her didn’t like having to do this. Lucky’s screams were as hard to listen to as her kicks were to take. But this kind of aggression was a must if she wanted any hope of winning this match. She’d promised a champion to give it her best, and she intended to keep that promise.

That said, just because she managed to stall Lucky’s fierce resistance for a few moments didn’t mean she’d ended it altogether. Pulling on the trapped leg, Yajiri was entirely focused on maximizing the effect of her hold. In doing so, however, she wasn’t paying attention to the other leg, until it suddenly lashed out at her like a snake!

BANG! The boot caught Yajiri right under the chin! Immediately the rookie’s grip on the trapped leg was released altogether while she slumped back and fell to the mat, where she stayed for a few seconds before finally stirring, as if Lucky had just kicked a “restart” button on Yajiri. For several moments she didn’t know where she was. Squirming on the mat, the world seemed to spin around her while a throbbing pain plagued her head. Rolling onto her hands and knees, she shakily began trying to pick herself up, still too busy trying to figure out where she was to even think about Lucky at the moment.

Lucky's kick would hit Yariji so hard, it was almost as if she had transmitted her into a new dimension based on that expression upon her face! The woman would recoil pretty hard, almost like the cheerleader had pressed her "reboot" button and forced her into a state of blue-screen! ...Sakura couldn't help but regret that kick... While some might've rejoiced in such an opening, knowing that their opponents were HELPLESS, Lucky was ROCKED with a twinge of regret upon spotting the completely rocked expression of Yariji! She was just... cute... helpless... hurt... More than anything, Sakura REALLY wanted to just... wrap her up in a hug and apologize for knocking her whole PLANET through a loop...

...But even if that was what she craved... Lucky simply couldn't do it... She promised to do her best, to show her opponent what she was made of and by JOLLY she wasn't going to let her down! In a way, it would be MORE of an insult if she held back at all! Even as a small frown of discomfort flashed across her lips, even as the pang of regret stabbed deeper into her heart... Lucky would stand firm in her decision! This was a match between fighters as much as, hopefully, friends! She couldn't let her own feelings get in the way! Lucky would rise on shaky legs back to her full height, taking a moment to test her stability before making a lunge towards her foe!

Should Yariji still be struggling to make sense of the would around her, Lucky would make a QUICK dash towards her before jumping up a bit and SHOOTING her feet out towards her face in a low drop-kick! She aimed to KNOCK Yariji onto her back and send her world even FURTHER into a spiral! Lucky was determined to give her opponent the fight she wanted, the battle she deserved when combating the hentai-champ! Sakura might've not been the strongest wrestler ever, but she was determined and she was crafty!

Lucky would fulfill her promise!

If Yajiri could read Lucky’s mind, it would’ve brought a smile to her face - at least, once she had the mental clarity to understand it. It wouldn’t have been so much because of the regret the champion felt for kicking her so hard as it would’ve been for the way she fought past that feeling. Yajiri was a more prideful young woman than many would guess just looking at her. Of course she’d been nervous about taking on a high profile opponent like this, and she hadn’t come into it wanting to eat a kick that felt like it came from a horse. But she wanted to fight her hardest against the title holder, and she wanted the same in return. As unexpectedly nice as Lucky had turned out to be, and as grateful as Yajiri was for that, the rookie was equally glad that admirable trait wasn’t holding her foe back tonight.

Although presently, little of that was going through Yajiri’s mind. Really, little of anything was going through her mind at the moment. Her thoughts were a jumbled mess while her scrambled brain worked hard to try to get itself unscrambled. It took some seconds before she recognized the cheering crowd, though she couldn’t make out much of what they were saying. Seeing the ropes and the ref told her she was still in the ring. And then she finally caught sight of her opponent. More accurately, her eyes found the soles of Lucky’s shoes, which hammered right into her face immediately after!

The impact blasted Yajiri flat onto her back, her limbs splayed out all around her. A small groan left her lips, and one hand slowly went to rest against her aching noggin. She was in a terribly vulnerable position now, but was still far too disoriented to do much of anything about it!
