Hell On Earth: DEATH - Alaina Sanders vs. River Styx

Relieved.

‘Relieved’ was about the right word to describe Styx’s feelings when she landed that kick and brought the Amazon down, stopping her from running too wild to be taken care of. The woman was too good, too persistent, too damn tough for her to be giving that much space.

But she was down now, hurting, wide open - for the moment. Styx wasn’t nearly naive enough to think that moment would last, however, so, with that in mind…

”Go the fuck down!” Styx pushed her way up and dashed forward with a wild charge, looking to clock Alaina in the face with a brutal kick to the face, aiming her heel right at the nose.

Alaina was down, struggling to get up. She wanted to get her hands on Styx and show her what she was really capable of. She wanted to....

BOOM!

What Alaina wanted to do suddenly became very irrelevant as Styx absolutely crushed Alaina's face sending her head whipping back, hair flying everywhere as she hit the ground in a dead heap. Alaina looked lifeless as her nose now had some blood coming out of her nostrils. Not flowing but it sure was visible as her nose was likely broken, and her state of awareness was in question as she had a spaced out look, appearing as if she barely knew where she was before her head hit the ground leaving her totally motionless!

Huh, that worked. Better than Styx was even expecting, really.

The kick did its job well, turning off Alaina like it was a switch and leaving her lying in a heap. Styx breathed a sigh of exasperated relief and leaned against the barricade, taking a moment to catch her breath as best as she could. This wasn’t a good look, but at least she was getting the better of things, now. Just had to make sure she kept it that way.

With Alaina incapacitated, Styx took it upon herself to help the Amazon up...in the worst way possible. She dipped down and grabbed her by that long, blonde hair of hers, yanking her up and hauling her onto her shoulders so he could carry her back to the ring.

"Unnghhhhhhh.... ARRGH!" Alaina moaned as she was laid out only to be violently yanked up to her feet by her hair! The amazon cried out and was lift up, kicking her legs and flailing her arms while in control of Styx. Alaina groaned in agony as she was too weak to free herself. That was bad as it meant she was at the mercy of Styx, knowing full well that more pain was coming her way! This was hardly an enviable spot for anyone to be in.... let alone in a casket match on a big stage!

”All right, let’s get to fucking business.”

Styx carried Alaina around the ring on her shoulders, taking care to bounce every now and then to give her a little extra pain and keep her pacified. It wasn’t the easiest journey, even with Styx’s strength, as the woman was far from the lightest wrestler on the roster...but she made it. Nearly fell a couple of times, but she made it.

And there it was. The coffin.

Styx hadn’t forgotten the rules of this match, still knew what she had to do, but how to get the job done? She had a few ideas on that, but they all started about the same way - with Styx hurling Alaina off the side of her shoulder, attempting to drop her back on the hardened casket with a fireman’s carry takeover, slamming her hard down on it while she fell to her knees for extra impact.

Alaina was close to the ropes and saw the casket. Not good! She began to writhe frantically and kick her legs while pushing against the broad shoulders of Styx as hard as she could! Alaina needed to get down, and get down now! Each woman was capable of tossing the other over the ropes into the casket and with Styx being the one in position to throw Alaina this was even more dire! Alaina screamed as she shoved her way off the shoulders of Styx knowing that she had to fight back somehow. Without a plan and acting on instinct the amazon let out a war cry as she hurled herself at Styx, swinging fists, elbows, knees and feet into the abdomen, chest and face of her opponent in the hopes of catching her off guard!

Styx had never done a casket match before, but on paper, it didn’t seem like all that hard of a thing, really. All she had to do was get her in a casket and close the damn thing. It wasn’t even like pinning someone, where she needed to hold them down for three seconds. In, close the lid, win. Simple.

And she was well on her way to doing that, too, or so she thought, until Alaina went and complicated things by being a competent wrestler. Styx had her up and was ready to bring her down, but she started struggling and putting up a fight. By the time she turned to the Amazon, she had an onslaught coming her way, as the woman poured on the strikes, forcing Styx bring her hands up in defense as she was battered to the apron.

Growing desperate, needing to make some space, she threw out her arms and pushed hard, trying to shove her into the barricade.

Alaina was shoved back, flying into the barricade. She grabbed hold and stopped herself... barely... from flipping over it entirely. Alaina tried to recover her balance while glaring at Styx. She knew she had to surge back in to this so she decided the best way to do that was to surge directly at Styx! Alaina rushed back at her and leapt, her arm extended as she tried to crash into Styx with he biggest flying lariat that she could muster! Alaina knew Styx was in control of things at the moment, and Alaina wanted more than anything to crush Styx into defeat. However Alaina knew that if Styx managed to find a way to counter this it would be devastating for Alaina.

This was going to suck, and Styx was fully aware of just how much it would suck, and that knowledge somehow made it suck even more.

She’d been running Alaina’s way after she hurled her, intending to smack her hard and send her flying into the crowd - always a fun thing to see. However, as she neared, she noticed that Alaina wasn’t nearly as damaged as she’d first thought. In fact, she was looking mostly okay. And coming towards her fast. Very fast. And-

Alaina’s lariat took her by surprise, but it would’ve been effective even if she'd seen it coming. It had enough force to knock her flat on her ass and keep her there for a few free seconds, as she rolled about and tried to recoup.

Alaina managed to crash into Styx and send her to the mat, but she wanted to try to land one more good hard head shot before moving on to the next phase of her plan. Alaina grabbed hold of Styx by the head, wrapping one arm around it as she pulled the big woman to her feet. Alaina grabbed the waist of Styx attire and tried to lift. At first it looked like she was attempting a vertical suplex on the brawler but that was not it at all. The amazon was attempting to drop Styx straight down on her head with the biggest brain buster she could muster! Alaina hoped that this was going to try to hammer Styx, needing the big impact move to the head to really daze her..... but if she pulled off a counter things would not look good for the amazon!
