Cicilia De'Reighnhardt vs Akane Akyama: The Rage of Two Tempers!!!

Akane was a hot head. A violent one at that, and very few would ever try to argue against that fact. Her sheer ferocity in combat when her fuse was finally lit put wild animals to shame. While many knew of Cicilia’s amazing endurance, it was possible that Akane had just enough power on her side to overcome such annoyingly persistent damage resistance. That was something her subjects were starting to believe was a very real possibility. Especially when Akane lifted the German boxer and smashed her skull right into the canvas!

The ring visibly shook, and a round of cheers came from the biased spectators. The clean, bloody imprint that was left behind by the wounded war machine was like a beautiful piece of art to the crooks and criminals that seemed to enjoy their boss taking apart her opponent. A merciless bunch that cheered all the more as Cicilia groaned and lay limp on the floor. Motionless and defenseless, it was time for them to witness the execution promised.

But Akane was not in such a hurry. She eyed her fallen foe, but only long enough to establish that Cicilia was indeed down. Once that was through, she wiped away the stream of blood that was rolling uncomfortably close to her eyes, growling in annoyance as she looked for something that would sooth her pounding head and clot her leaking blood.

“Fucking...Bitch’s skull hurt like hell!”

Slowly, the brawler began to stand back up, holding her head while her rage was slowly dampening down. Her eyes only had a small ember in them as Akane leaned down to snag a handful of Cicilia’s raven black hair.

“Finish this quick…I guess you earned that much…”

Cicilia might've been down after that utterly BRUTAL DDT, but she wasn't out... It had been a DAMN long time since anything like this had happened, since she had been OVERPOWERED like this! Even down, facefirst on the floor... Cicilia felt almost... excited. She wasn't feeling GOOD, after all her head almost got cracked open on the floor of the ring but... finally... She got what she wanted from the AFW... a real damn challenge on her own playing field...

Letting out an agonized groan, Cicilia PUSHED against the floor with her palms in an effort to rise, her arms trembling with effort as her strength had not yet awoken in time to serve her! Akane was more than happy to help, however, grabbing a MASSIVE fist-full of the German's nice, black hair, using it as a handle to JERK the boxer up to her feet! Cicilia growled softly in pain... stumbling up to her feet... more and more power flooding back into her body as she awoke from her stunned slumber! Something escaped from Akane's lips, a declaration of victory no-doubt... but it didn't quite reach the German's ears, all her attention focused on...

...on CRUSHING her foe!

In Akane's arrogance, she left her body completely open to attack, something the German exploited by suddenly SHOOTING OUT with an utterly SAVAGE blow, a hook-punch looping around to EXPLODE into Akane's kidney! The movement would be quick, almost lightning fast but no power would be lost in the blitzing manuver! If her blow connected, it would DRILL into her opponent's torso as if it were a cannon-ball ripping into a body! Cicilia's sanguine eyes BURNED as red as the blood dribbling down over her face, her lips curled into a savage snarl as she forced her fist DEEPER and DEEPER into Akane... aiming to scramble her from the inside out!

Akane meant what she said. She planned on finishing this fight rather quickly. Perhaps she would go a simple route, and drive the Germans head through a piece of gym equipment that seemed to litter the crap shack Drake rented out. A decent enough way to end a good fight. Or perhaps something flashier? The red head pondered various ways of dealing with the downed Boxer, never even considering her foe may still be in action.

Akane had never thrown someone off a roof before…maybe she had enough steam in the tank to give it a try…The thought was enough to make Akane grin. The idea was brutal…but it would be fun to scare Cicilia a bit. See if she was a crier or a beggar. Her red eyes flared up with eager desire to torment the girl for a few minutes more.

But, the next sound to come out of Akane’s maw was a sharp gasp, and a spray of blood! The German had all but impaled the brawler with her fist! Akane had nearly doubled over from the blow, as she snarled in both pain and reignited anger. The eyes that were so eager to tease her enemy now wanted to break her apart in the most brutal fashion once again.

Cicilia was awake?! No one had ever stayed conscious after one of Akane’s driving DDT attacks! Not pros, not masters, no one! How the hell was this girl still awake?! But more importantly, how could she deliver such a violent attack after being nearly as dead as a fish before mere minutes ago? What was this girl?

Something…Interesting?

“How the…hell are you…still awake?”

What started as what seemed to be a declaration of victory became nothing more than a gutteral, bloody gasp, sanguine SPRAYING from Akane's lips as Cicilia RIPPED into her insides with her fist! Were it not for the elastisity of skin, she might've just ripped a hole in the woman and spilled out her busted, battered guts... Lucky for her, she trained herself to be tough enough to avoid such a mess. The German Juggernaut forced herself to stand at her full height, pulling her body up straight as Akane hunched over, the boxer now standing over her for the first time since they'd met... Akane seemed shocked, utterly surprised and possibly intrigued that Cicilia could STAND after such a neck-breaking blow... and she would receive no response... Only a quiet, seering glare... and the soft *drip.... drop* of blood rolling down of the German's chin from her mouth... and forehead. Shadows fell over the German's face, hiding all but the deep sanguine that covered those now invisible features... and the glowing red eyes that cut through the abyssal dark.

Cocking both fists back, Cicilia would FIRE them out in rapid succession, each one carefully aimed along Akane's jaw, face, chest and stomach, firing off from her shoulders as if they were the barrel of minigun! Each fist was like a cannon-ball, SINKING in wherever they landed, ignoring whatever sense of stability or toughness attributed to the object! They crushed fired, BLASTED at the red-head, intent on grinding her into mincemeat like she so rightfully deserved!

"MUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDA!" She screamed with each blow!

Suddenly, the German would pull back, her arm WRENCHING UP in a MASSIVE uppercut at Akane's jaw, the air around her fist seeming to coagulate into a massive pocket as it RENDED the space between atoms!

"MUDAAAAAA!"

Akane wouldn’t just hang on Cicilia’s fist like a coat with a coat hanger. With a rough shove, she pushed Cicilia away, just far enough to stand up straight once again. Her eyes were hate filled, her grin filled with malicious intent as she brought her fists back up. One arm hung close to her damaged ribs, the other protecting her face. The small glint in her burning eyes showing a hint of intrigue as the German simply stared at Akane like she was nothing more than trash.

The war machine finally pulled out its heavy artillery in the form of rapid-fire punches. Akane wasn’t some big, dumb lug. She quickly curled into a defensive posture. Using her arms as her primary defense, the pounding fists of the German slammed into Akane with varying effects. Most seemed to bounce off of Akane, simply forcing her back just a bit. Other strikes rung a bit truer, hitting her in the side of the head or sneaking in at her ribs. Those strikes simply fed her anger, making her more determined to stay standing and finish this fight in her favor…

“Hmm…it looks like you may have been right Drake.” The woman’s dull, monotone voice didn’t carry very far. The two stood close to each other, suit rubbing suit as they eyed the fight unfolding before them. The woman looked…bored? She had no interest in the violence before her, nor the outcome of the battle. It was Drake’s test, and he would get his desired answer one way or another.

“Oh? Was that a compliment from you, Rin? How unexpected.” Drake smiled as his eye glanced over towards his companion, “While I can’t say I expected so much from our interesting guest fighter, the results have been interesting all the same.”

“You always talk about serving the strong…will you submit yourself to the German if she wins?”

“Heh, the thought of that makes my skin crawl…No, Cicilia may be physically strong, but she is worthless in every other sense. A mutt abandoned by everyone but a lover and a few weaklings. The ones we serve we do so not for the purpose of being a grunt…but for being a rung in the ladder for us to climb our way to the top.”

“Don’t you ever fear that one of us will do the same to you?”

“Mmm…sometimes. But I don’t think you would let the others stab me in the back before you could do it yourself…and after all the years we have known each other, I think if anyone even thought about betraying me, you would stop them just so you could insure you do the most damage.”

Rin’s cold eyes lingered on Drake’s smug smile before turning back to the fight. She was silent, quiet. Her mind going through all of the memories of her and this one-eyed man, all the deeds they had to pull off with each other. Drake was right…if anyone was going to stick the blade in his back, she wanted it to be her.

Cicilia’s final punch shook the ring and all but threw the brawler a few feet. It took everything she had to stay standing after such a violent barrage. Akane’s arms were covered in bruises by the time the assault was over, the large red head panting heavily as sweat and blood dripped from her body.

“*Hah*…*Hah*...Fucking…Nerd…”

Like a punch-drunk demon, Akane would move into the likely spent Cicilia. Her stress, fury, and pain had built up surprisingly well. Well enough that she could send her own powerful blow that would shake the foundation of a building. Her hair flew like fire as she leaned into one unbearably powerful punch. Her stance was like that of a pro, moving with no wasted movement and arching her fist for maximum power!

Cicilia's punches beat into Akane like a snare drummer would with his instruments, battering the woman from all angles, determined to SMASH her guard like cheap, tacky glass! She had to give credit, though... despite having her insides possibly ruptured (judging by the blood sprayed from her lips), she was still able to put up a formidable wall between herself and the Juggernaut's onslaught, defending against most of the blows hammering down upon her. However, some still were able to slip past Akane's defense slamming into her face, stomach, ribs, anywhere they could reach like a spider's many legs clamping around a struggling insect. No matter where the bug struggled, another leg could stab it, another punch would land... all it could do was try to mitigate the damage until the attack had run it's course....

with a MIGHTY uppercut to the jaw, Cicilia sent Akane FLYING BACK, the German's arms burning, her muscles exhausted, her limbs hanging limply in front of her as blood dribbled down her face beside her sweat... Still, the red-head stood, enough strength in her to crack a joke... a joke that gave the boxer surprising insight into who Akane even was... That wouldn't stop her from preparing her final attack, though... Even battered, bruised and bleeding, the German could sense the power radiating from her foe, her intention... what was going to happen next...

...And that meant Cicilia HAD to draw on MORE if she was going to win!

PULLING an arm back the Juggernaut's eyes sharpened, her lips curling into an ugly snarl, her teeth seeming to sharpen ever further as she POOLED her strength... The arm she had cocked back bulged as power flowed into it, Her muscles flexing, her body leveling... waiting like a phalanx for Akane's Cavalry charge! It was almost as if a sanguine energy began to radiate from the Juggernaut, the atomosphere contorting about her as so much physical might coagulating in one place....

Train-Wrecker.... Cicilia announced silently... just as Akane DREW within her reach! SUDDENLY, her arm would DISAPPEAR from how fast it shot out, her fist like a cannon, the air on that entire side of her body seeming to EXPLODE with the sheer energy the Juggernaut unleashed! A straight punch aimed RIGHT into Akane's jaw!

This fight had taken out more of Akane’s steam then she would have ever expected. She wasn’t sure if this fight was worse than the battle she had with Army, but then again, this battle was not over yet. Cicilia was still standing, still rearing to fight despite the blows both of them had exchanged against one another. Like wall of steel, no matter what one did the other stood tall and kept fighting. The brawler was growing weary and impatient…she needed to put an end to this, otherwise she wasn’t sure if she could continue with the fight. Cicilia was in a similar situation, and the two seemed to silently agree to finish the other right then and there. All in, winner takes all!

Akane’s blood rushed through her body with every ounce of adrenaline, stress, rage and determination flowing through her. Her hair moved like flames, moving faster and wilder as she grew more focused on her opponent. A small stream of blood dripped down her chin, flowing out of her clenched fangs as she cocked her arm back, ready to deliver the final killing blow to her opponent. The muscles in her arm coiled as tight and strong as steel! Everything seemed to slow down outside of the ring. It was just Akane and Cicilia now.

Akane heard the German mutter something…some sort of finishing move name. Maybe it was the blood loss, but Akane thought the idea was…kind of fitting. A name to help them discern their maximum output, and whose was the greater force. As the two drew closer, the final moment of impact came, and Akane would birth her final attack…

All…For…One…

Neither fighter looked to try and defend themselves. Both of them too focused in putting their all into their offensive capabilities. Akane was wide open, ready and willing to take the blow head on to purchase her All For One a clean shot at her foe.

The Train Wrecker crashed into her chin, forcing the brawler’s head straight up and screwing up the mindset of the brawler. The strike was strong! Strong enough to completely wipe away the sweat and blood that surrounded the impact point clean! The eyes that were so full of fury seemed extinguished as the German’s blow forced Akane back. Her mind was blank…did All For One make it? She didn’t see…

Soon, the taller red head collapsed. Toppling over and crashing to the ring floor, dazed and barely conscious of the world around her…

The battle was short, but it made up for it's limited length with what had happened within those few moments in time. Two heavy hitters, Akane and Cicilia went back and forth with their full, unrelenting power, beating into one another with little mind for protection, eager to completely crush the other under their overbearing might. They soon discovered that they were more equal than they could've ever expected, this surprise being made most evident when their twin ultimate punches were thrown... and sent their targets flying. Cicilia's fist CLEAVED past Akane's, rocketing towards it's target... while Akane's blow slipped past... and SLAMMED into the side of Cicilia's head!

The German's eyes flashed to complete BLANKNESS as her skull was smashed DOWNWARD towards the floor, the force of which taking her completely off her feet and sent GRINDING against the canvas almost face-first... grinding to a halt only when she reached the barest edge of the ring itself... a small trail of sanguine blood trailing all the way back up to her face. An arm draped over the edge of the ring as Cicilia now fought tooth and nail for every conscious breath. Her eye-lids drooped heavily, practically closed with the exception of the smallest slit, her gaze empty, staring down at the floor feet below her.

It was hard to remember a time where she had ever been hit that hard by anything... but then, it was difficult to think in general after what she'd just been struck with. Cicilia's thoughts burned through her mind like unrecognizable embers through the abyssal dark, glowing just brightly enough to make their existence known, not enough to provide any coherent information. All she knew was that with one punch, Akane had completely DRAINED Cicilia of all of her energy, damaging her beyond belief...

Blood dripped down from the boxer's lower lip, droplets *drip...drip...* dripping upon the floor below her, each breath a chore and an agonizing one at that... Not even a groan escaped her throat... she couldn't afford the energy. All she had... was enough to keep awake...

The fall of both women shocked the audience into total silence. Even Drake, who almost always had some sort of observation seemed shocked by the results of his own little test. His eye gave him away totally, its wide visage filled with surprise and uncertainty. He had expected one to fall or the other…what was he to do now that both of the fighters were down? Did Akane pass? Was she still worthy to lead? She did fall, but not without taking her foe down.

Those outside the ring cheered their leader on, rooting for her to stand and prove herself victorious over her beaten foe, but anyone who paid attention to the fight would know that this fight was over. The two of them needed medical attention if they were to be in any decent condition anytime soon. The fact that there was no clear winner only served to complicate things, leaving the crowd unsatisfied and worried for their leader.

“Drake, should we intervene? It seems neither one of them is capable of continuing the fight, and the longer we wait the more our audience will have to endure their weakness.”

“Grr…Fine, have them taken to the medic we brought…but you have to deal with the German. Take her away while I deal with these guys.”

Rin moved to fulfill her role while Drake talked and lied to the crowd as he so often did, spinning a tale of glory and defaulting the win to their grand leader. He didn’t miss a beat, which seemed to be how he got the crowd eating out of his hands. Rin was glad she could avoid his long-winded speech as she helped Cicilia’s body up off the floor.

“If you can hear me Ms. Hardt, please try not to struggle or bleed too much. I would rather not need to send my suit to the dry cleaner.”

“Now then brothers and sisters…Akane has given us quite an interesting show, and as her subordinates, we must carry out her will as she lays ill from her battle to prove herself. You three! Help her to the medic’s office! Remember to be gentle…The rest of you, if you have any concerns, please bring your questions to me until Akane recovers from her injuries.”

Rin hoisted Cicilia off the floor, carrying her limp form to the office as the lambs seemed to be led to the slaughter. She wondered if she was as bad as them, or worse for knowing she was working for the world’s biggest liar. Rin pushed the thought aside and focused on the task at hand.
