"Amazon" Alaina Sanders vs. Megumi Mutoh Top Stars Clash!

Alaina was unable to catch a break as her worst case scenario began to unfold, she was down and Megumi was really starting to pick up serious momentum! Alaina was laid out as Megumi flew gracefully through the air, crashing down painfully on top of the bigger Alaina! "AHHHHHHHHHHH!" Alaina howled as the felt like her torso was pulling with pain every time she simply took a breath. She was hurting and Megumi was rolling making it even harder to even think of a way to start to come back against a woman like this!

Landing on top of Alaina's body with a running moonsault, Megumi would not waste this opportunity to see if she could get a win out of this. After making sure that the Amazon was lying on her back, Megumi would maintain her position on top of her, going for the pin as she would hook her arm under her leg. The referee would come over and start counting for the pin.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

Alaina was down and out, laying still at Megumi kept her covered! The referee's hand came up and was descending again when Alaina thrust her shoulder up off the mat to break the pin! Alaina gasped for breath, trying to get Megumi off of herself while trying to roll away. Alaina wanted to get some distance between them for her to rise. Unfortunately for Alaina she doubted that Megumi would simply let her rise to her feet without trying something else against the amazon.

It turned out that Alaina still had some fights left in her as she broke the pin. Still, she wouldn't let that discourage her as she would get up, figuring out what to do next. Once she was on her feet, she would make sure to roll Alaina over onto her belly before standing near her legs, facing away from her.

Then, she would set her legs on Alaina's, snagging one leg around one of the Amazon's before leaning back, bending her own body before reaching out for the Amazon's head, clasping her hands together under her chin, locking her in a Muta Lock. From there, she would start wrenching, hoping to weaken her opponent some more.

Alaina felt Megumi pounce and lock in her hold leaving Alaina screaming in pain! She tried to pull at Megumi's grip but instead opted to use her strength to pull the two of them to the ropes! Megumi was back in control with Alaina reeling, doing all she could to drag them both towards the ropes and resist submitting to the young rising star of Friction! Alaina screamed in agony, dragging and reaching in order to reach that bottom rope and grab hold! Alaina was running on fumes as the hold took a lot out of her and Megumi was seemingly going strong! Was she going to fall short to Megumi? To the casual observer it appeared as if Alaina was too far in the hole to make a comeback but she believed in herself knowing she had to hammer Megumi as soon as she could get the chance although right now she was in dire shape.

Megumi would keep the pressure going as she locked Alaina in the Muta Lock. A vicious submission hold that also looked spectacular, it put pressure around both the head and legs. Still, the Amazon was still moving, dragging herself towards the ropes. Also, Megumi's palms were getting sweaty, making them slick, which made it hard for her to maintain the hold for long.

So, after a while, the Combat Genius decided that she would have to relinquish the hold, releasing Alaina from the Muta Lock. She knew that her opponent would be in a bad state after being subjected to the hold, and all she needed to do was to chip away at her defense before claiming her victory over her.

Alaina felt the hold released and she breathed a sigh of relief. Alaina gasped for breath and tired to hobble her way up to her feet struggling to keep her focus on Megumi. Alaina was in a haze, and it was clear that she was really feeling it. Alaina tried to keep Megumi at bay however though as the amazon tried to move towards Megumi as she sent a fast toe kick into the abdomen of her foe! Alaina knew that alone wasn't going to do anything to Megumi so if this stunned Megumi the amazon would attempt to follow up with a clothesline to her opponent!

Megumi released Alaina from the Muta Lock due to her having difficulty in maintaining the hold. Still, she was certain that she had dealt quite a significant amount of damage on her opponent with the hold. Now on her feet, she would prepare herself for what the Amazon would try to do next, and she saw that her opponent was trying to hit her with a toe kick aimed to her gut.

This time, Megumi was prepared. She would take the kick to her midsection, gasping a little. But she would catch the incoming foot, grabbing it. And right after that, she would try to give the foot a twist, looking to hurt her opponent's leg with a dragon screw as well as to take her down onto the mat.

Alaina felt her foot grabbed and suddenly she was crashing to the mat, a pain pulsing in her knee as well as her back where she landed! Alaina rolled onto her stomach and tried to push herself up but was clearly a bit hobbled! She was in bad shape but doing her best to keep in the swing of things not wanting Megumi to totally overcome her. Alaina had to stay on top of things and be ready. She needed to catch Megumi with something big and soon otherwise this match was going to swing totally in the favor of her younger opponent!

Megumi successfully executed the dragon screw, though it seemed that Alaina wasn't going to stay down for long. The Combat Genius huffed, thinking that she needed to do something big in order to bring the Amazon down. So, when her opponent got back up onto her feet, Megumi would approach her, looking to grab her body and yank her backwards.

This time, she planned to muster her strength to hoist the Amazon up onto her shoulders, looking to put her into a fireman's carry. Alaina might be heavier than her, but with her strength as a wrestler, she knew that she could accomplish that. The fireman's carry was a set up for a more devastating move that she planned to use after this; death valley driver.
