"Amazon" Alaina Sanders vs. Megumi Mutoh Top Stars Clash!

Alaina swung.... and missed! Alaina bounced against the ropes rocketing back at Megumi intent on hitting her although the tables turned! Alaina ran right into the hip attack, her head whipping back and falling back down to the canvas with a loud crash! "Unnnnnghhhh!" Alaina groaned as she writhed on the mat, rolling to her side as her hands covered her now throbbing face! Megumi had properly leveled Alaina leaving her laid out at her feet having halted Alaina's momentum!

Megumi's gambit worked as she managed to hit Alaina with the hip attack. Taking the Amazon down, she would try to test her luck by getting herself on top of her so that she could attempt a pinfall attempt. It was still early to go for a pinfall, but even it might not work, it could at least function to demoralize her opponent by showing that she almost got her.

Sitting on the Amazon's body, Megumi would grab onto one of her legs and go for a pinfall attempt. The referee would come over next to them and start counting for the pin, slapping the mat.

"ONE!"

Alaina moaned as Megumi was on top of her and the referee began to count! However it was now Alaina's turn to show Megumi that she was also resilient. Right before the two count Alaina thrust her leg free using her strength to force Megumi off of her!

Alaina was left scrambling back up to her feet, hoping to get back to a vertical base quickly before Megumi could act!

Right before two, Alaina managed to kick out of the pin, and Megumi was thrown off of her opponent. Grunting, the Combat Genius would try to get herself back up before the Amazon, knowing that she was in a much better shape than her opponent, which would make her much faster while rising up.

If she managed to get herself back up before Alaina, Megumi would try to grab onto her head before attempting to smash her forearm against the lower part of the Amazon's face, looking to stagger her with the strike.

Alaina felt Megumi grab onto her head and she reached out to try to pry herself free when the forearm rocked her! Alaina's head snapped up and she staggered back a couple steps as Megumi was again trying to seize control! Alaina grit her teeth and tired to get herself back under control knowing that Megumi wasn't just going to let Alaina recover. She had to fight back quickly. The amazon cried out as she thrust her leg forward, trying to hammer Megumi in the abdomen with a quick toe kick! If Alaina was going to be off balance she wanted Megumi to be as well in order to try to claw her way back in to control. Alaina felt like going blow for blow would favor her over Megumi so this was an approach she was comfortable with.

Megumi's forearm hit its mark, and she was sure that the Amazon was rocked by the smash. When she was about to follow up with her next attack, it turned out that Alaina wasn't about to let it slide as she delivered a toe kick right into her belly, causing her to gasp out in pain, doubling over from the kick.

"Guhhhh!!!"

Megumi staggered back, pressing her hands on her belly to soothe the pain. She knew that she was put into a precarious position, and she hoped that she could put a distance between herself and her opponent to buy herself some time. But she knew that someone like the Amazon wouldn't let such an opportunity slip away from her hands.

Alaina saw the look on Megumi's face and lunged forward, leaping up with her knee to try to hit Megumi with a running knee strike to the face! Alaina was doing her best to try to find a crack in Megumi's defenses and this may have been her chance! The amazon was trying to use all the speed and power she could, knowing that if Megumi had a second to think and recover it could spell trouble for Alaina!

Still reeling from the toe kick to her belly, Megumi was unable to see the next attack, which was a running knee strike to her head. "GUAGH!!" Her head whipped back from the impact, and she staggered a few steps back. Still, she refused to fall down as she would plant her feet on the mat despite the ringing pain in her head.

Even so, the pain left her defenseless before the Amazon, and as she tried to soothe the pain by clutching onto her head, Megumi was vulnerable to anything Alaina would do next.

Alaina wanted to really hammer Megumi, she had to if she wanted to come out on top tonight given how good Megumi is. The Amazon picked Megumi up lifting her straight overhead and tossing her straight up as her belly was facing down towards the ring. Alaina stepped out and tried to position her knee so that Megumi came crashing down abdomen first right across Alainas knee from that height.

Due to Megumi still nursing her throbbing head, she was unable to stop Alaina from grabbing her and lifting her up. Before she knew it, she was brought belly first onto Alaina's knee, which expelled the wind out of her. "BUAGHH!!" She wheezed in pain thanks to the move, and she would fall down onto the mat, clutching on her aching abs, struggling to breathe. She grimaced as she tried to soothe the pain, but at the moment, she had nothing going on to defend herself against whatever the Amazon would do next.
