A Table for Two (for Daaharu)
Chloe stepped out of the limo, her chauffeur letting her out as she set her eyes on this restaurant that a friend recommended her. Tonight really was an exceptionally beautiful night, slightly cool, a noticeable breeze rushing in from the ocean just on the other side. The former commissioner waved him off, walking towards the entrance. With a lovely view and apparently the best food and wine, she expected this to be the best place for some me time.
Frankly, her life became quite busy, having to settle matters with her family back in the States as well as her own federation to check if it's still growing, Chloe hadn't had not been active in AFW as much as she wanted. It was like the time when she was a commissioner. Not much action, just been burying herself with lots of documents and paperwork. Plus, Raymond's been admitted to hospital again. So she got the chance to see him. There was not much time to get in the ring, save for the four spars she had with her former teacher. There was an inch to be scratched and she hoped it would be soon.
But for now, this was the time to relax since getting back to Tokyo. And she was going to enjoy it alone, sending the usual bodyguads away. Hopefully the food is as nice as people say.
Dressed in a sparkling and expensive red dress that showed off her buxom, flawless body as she entered, accentuating her features. Her red heels giving her more inches than her normal size, but still showed off some long, strong looking legs as she walked. Always looking good wherever she goes. A far cry from what she used to be when she was younger.
Meeting the waiter as she's here on the dot for her reservation that she booked in advance. It was busy, filled with socialites, business man and women, high class people. The atmosphere looked lovely. But there was one space that she sought for, the one spot that her friend told her about. The one outside at the balcony with a lovely view of the coastline. The blonde was lead by the waiter, and she got to see it in person, and she could admit, it looked exquisite. She took her seat, the waiter going back to attend to other matters while Chloe takes in this marvelous view with her own eyes.

Re: A Table for Two (for Daaharu)
- Spoiler:
Luna, being a Loclear, had a taste for the sophisticated. Here on the waterfront, ICON Shibumi catered to an exclusive clientele with only the finest cuts of meat, the freshest vegetable matter, fish which were caught straight out of the ocean only that very morning—it was emblematic of the world of haute cuisine that Japan had embraced so passionately in recent years. A relatively new visitor to the Land of the Rising Sun, Luna was still sampling the local cuisine to find her favorites. Her cousin, the lovely—it was strange to think of her in such positive terms, even now that they were getting along—Natasha, had made a few recommendations for Luna during a recent night in together. One particular spot here at ICON Shibumi had stood out for Natasha: a small table for two on the balcony, where the cool ocean breeze swept through miniature terraces of exotic flowers, and the light of the setting sun was replaced by candle and torchlight, casting everything in a sensual, otherworldly shade of gold.
Luna followed a waitress through a maze of other diners, walking effortlessly in her tall heels, her elegant blue dress swishing around her strong legs, the high slit revealing nearly the entirety of her left leg with each stride. The bodice was skintight, the neckline plunging, her cleavage on display between stretches of blue fabric like mountains of sand beneath a parted ocean. Her hair, as blue as her gown, fell down and around her shoulders, bouncing with each move she made, gently wafting in the breeze as Luna made her way out onto the porch, to the table she had reserved for herself on this night...
"Oh, miss, I am sorry, do you have a reservation...?" the waitress began, and Luna's eyes would be drawn to a blonde in a skimpy red dress who occupied one chair at the table Luna had reserved. The Loclear woman wouldn't worry too much about this slight bump in the road, merely smiling a thin but patient smile at the waitress as the woman talked to the blonde, then turned to Luna with a look of clear confusion. "I'm sorry, it will just be one minute..."
"That is alright." Luna shrugged, pulled out a chair, and sat down, across from the blonde, leaning back casually and eyeing the woman as the waitress went off to find someone to resolve this. "I'm sorry you won't be able to sit here. I'm sure you're enjoying the view as much as I am, but this is why we make reservations."

Re: A Table for Two (for Daaharu)
She could most definitely stare at this scenery for hours. No wonder why her friend had recommended this place for her. So far, everything had the pieces for it to be a more enjoyable night. There was the food that she had to try out of course but the pieces were in place...
...Apart from the ringing on her phone that reminded Chloe that she didn't put her phone on silent. Usually, a habit not to have gadgets during food is something that Chloe keeps. Perhaps not when she was in her rebellious phase, but she considered it to be rude. And it was way too easy to get into 'Commissioner Mode' as her uncle called it where she gets sucked into work and forget everything else around her. This was her time to relax. So whatever this person wanted, it could wait. Putting it on silent mode, she could now get back into enjoying the scenery. Though perhaps not for long.
With the number of people that keeps disturbing her back in her time in the states, wherever its people barging in her office or the time she had an incompetent secretary, Chloe would think that she had gotten used to it. And it does show, being perhaps less irritated when the woman came back to her. Though it wasn't because that she wanted to take her order.
"So you're telling me someone else made a reservation?" She looked at the waitress with a quizzical look as she explained the situation. For a highly regarded restaurant, ICON Shibumi didn't seem like the kind of place where double booking would even happen. "Well, this is proof, madam. so might want to break the bad news to the person who brought such a claim." Chloe confirmed her spot, even showing the receipt that she printed off from the email. It was always good to come prepared for anything, but a double booking was the last thing that she expected to happen. Who else would have booked that seat, at the same time, at the same day of all things?
Well, Chloe wouldn't have waited long to find that out.
She turned to the direction where that voice came from. Initially, she thought it would have been someone nearby reassuring her but as soon as she saw the bluenette sitting from across, immediately she knew it wasn't the case. Someone, who dressed like she could be a manager of the Blue Man Group in her mind, would have stood out like a sore thumb as soon as Chloe entered the room. So she deducted quickly that she's the person that also booked it. And with the way she sounded quite smug about it and even mentioning about the view, it more than confirmed her thoughts.
"It is indeed a nice view. Though I wouldn't need to worry as much." She responded to the bluenette, being as diplomatic as she can. No need to get into an argument yet. Chloe flashed the piece of paper that certainly confirmed her reservation. Official barcode, seat number and all. "And I agree, that is why we make reservations. And why we bring proof of that also." The blonde turned her body more so that she could get a better look, crossing her right leg over her left, the slit on her divine dress showing some skin and her legs off from the part. "Though it looks that you already gotten a seat. And I believe that you could see enough of the view from where you are sitting. So maybe you've read the number wrong?" Chloe shrugged back.

Re: A Table for Two (for Daaharu)
Sitting down on the other side of the same table as the blonde, Luna would calmly lean back in her chair, folding her hands in her lap, her eyes trying to drink in the sights off of the balcony, though by necessity they were drawn back towards the woman in the tight, low-cut red dress when she spoke. And she spoke a lot. Pausing just long enough between thoughts to make Luna think she was done, and then continuing on with some other little jab at the blue-haired, blue-dressed European. If this was her being "diplomatic," Luna wondered what the woman was like when she was trying to be passive-aggressive.
"Oh, I agree. It is always most important to bring proof." Luna would smoothly slide her own printed reservation out of the small clutch she carried and hold it up for the blonde's review. As the golden-haired woman turned her body to show hers more clearly, Luna would do the same, her own blue dress shifting, the slit in her gown erupting with creamy flesh, all the way up to Luna's mid-thigh. The two of them, holding their pieces of paper side-by-side, would be able to see that their reservations were effectively identical: same table number, same date, same time. "Well, at least we know your mind isn't slipping. There's been some sort of genuine mistake," Luna would observe, as the waitress and a manager returned.
With the manager only speaking Japanese, the waitress would translate, obviously flustered by the situation: "We are so, so sorry. Last month we changed our reservation system, and we imported old data from when we had set up our tables differently, so the system will sometimes treat this table as two different tables. We usually fix it by hand..." The excuses sounded plausible enough to Luna, but she still couldn't help but be irritated that a world-class restaurant like ICON Shibumi could be tripped up by technology like this.
"Well, fine, then," Luna would sigh, glancing from them to the blonde. "So how shall we settle this, then? Who made her reservation first? Or would you rather arm wrestle for it?" She smirked at the woman across the table, tilting her head and waiting for her to add her thoughts.

Re: A Table for Two (for Daaharu)
Nothing wrong with striking some conversation while the people at ICON fixes this. And truth be told, the bluenette certainly didn't do anything much to antagonise Chloe. At least not yet.
Although as she does speak, she drank in the sight of the blue-haired woman sitting across. Her eyes looking up and down and as she gets a good look at her she sees some similarities...a lot of similarities. Her dress was nigh on similar to hers, the only difference being the different colours. Red and Blue. Chloe mused in her mind when she finished talking on that she should perhaps wear vivid red hair if she wanted this meeting to be more uncanny. Not just the way they dress but the way they carry themselves. In particular, the way they sit. Chloe did indeed take a quick glance of the bluenette's legs and there was something to admire. Again, similar to Chloe's own as she shows them off from the exposed slit of the dress.
As the seconds go by, the former commissioner found another similarity. This one in the form of the bluenette's own printed reservation. Her own thoughts were confirmed. Double booked. Same table number, same date, same time. Chloe nodded. "Neither has yours." In response to the bluenette's doubts that her mind was slipping, which she could very well prove that it wasn't. Though as she observed the reservation more, there was something that caught her eye. And it wasn't another similarity. Instead, it was just one word.
Loclear.
Before Chloe could speak about this revelation, the same waitress returned, bringing the manager in. Of course, he only spoke Japanese, which very much reminded Chloe to get better with her Japanese. As she only knows a few words to live by, it would help to understand it more. The waitress translated and the golden haired woman shared the bluenette in her irritation. How does a restraunt like this have a massive mishap caused by technology? Chloe would sigh. At least she now knows the reason why these two are double booked for the same table.
The other woman would ask how they should indeed settle this. Though her options were perhaps something the blonde didn't expect. Her right eyebrow cocked up by the mention at an arm-wrestle for the table which gave the blue-haired woman a quizzical look. "An arm-wrestle? I suppose that's one way but we're not in a frat house." She chuckled. Chloe did think about it for a moment. In her time within the AFW, she has heard of the name Loclear many times, in particular, Natasha Loclear. While this woman looked nigh-identical to her, Chloe wasn't stupid and knew she was different. A sister perhaps? There didn't seem to be any record of that.
This was a very good opportunity that fell on Chloe's lap. Especially to meet a Loclear.
"Well...since we both requested this table, how about we share?" Chloe taking the more sensible approach. At the very least she didn't come here to fight over a goddamn table. "That is if you don't mind?

Re: A Table for Two (for Daaharu)
Luna read the name on her table rival's reservation, as well—Mason—but it meant nothing to her. The two of them really did seem to have quite a few similarities—their attitudes and the way they carried themselves, their taste in food and atmosphere, and not least of all the cut of their dresses, mirroring each other so perfectly in the classically opposed red and blue. Of course, two women with so much in common could probably be very good friends.
They could also be very bitter enemies.
Luna offered a couple of different options to settle who had the table, with the manager and waitress trying to get in a word while the two gorgeous diners prepared to settle it amongst themselves. Luna couldn't say which option she preferred, though if the woman leaned into the passive-aggressive just a little bit more Luna would relish the opportunity to put her in her place and showcase her strength, having spent so long wearing a mask during her time fighting back in Europe.
The blonde suggested a third option. Luna would think for a second, before smacking her elbow down on the table, making it groan and the dishes on it clank as it looked like she was dead-set on the arm wrestle...
...but after a moment, she would smile, and instead extend her hand further, reaching across the table to offer the blonde a handshake. "Very well. It's a date, then," she would intone cheerfully, before turning to the waitress. "We'll be sharing the table. But I do have a job for you to do." She would gesture, the blushing waitress would lean in, and Luna would murmur in her ear, just beneath the threshold of the blonde's hearing. Finally, the waitress and manager would skitter off, leaving them to themselves, for now.
"Well, now, if we are going to be tablemates, best we get to know each other now, hmm, Miss Mason?"

Re: A Table for Two (for Daaharu)
Many would have heard of the Loclear name around here. It was hard not to, especially in a federation like AFW. Within the short time that Chloe has been in this federation, the former commissioner has heard that name in passing many of times. 'Mason' would no doubt be insignificant at this point in time. Even though the blonde have gotten a good amount of attention from the short amount of time that she has been in the ring. Some in adoration and some in spite.
Though it does help a lot to get noticed easily when you have a very... unique style compared to others.
Nevertheless, this 'Luna' person immediately caught her interest. Since she knew about Natasha, a more decorative fighter in the federation. But Luna doesn't seem to have any record of her having a match which was quite interesting since she carries that name. One of the many questions she could ask her.
Partly the reason why she opted for the third and sensible option: share the table with this woman. She didn't mind doing so, especially with quite a lovely looking woman like Luna. Neither would have to move at all, they could look at the beautiful scenery and perhaps get to know each other. With the way they were nigh similar to each other, it looked to be the recipe for a good friendship barring any other issues that might come up to antagonise each other.
Though for a while, Luna seemed like she preferred the latter of her two given options as she extended her arm out. Surely she's not that serious for a arm-wrestle? Chloe matched the tables groan with her own inwardly. While she was pretty fit and capable to be in the ring, she had a lot more confidence in her lower body as apposed to her upper body, even if it doesn't lack. Doesn't matter if Luna was dead-set for a arm-wrestling challenge, Chloe would be dead-set against it.
But she would smile and the same arm that looked to challenge her would extend for a handshake. The blonde relaxed some, seeing that Luna would indeed agree with sharing the table. The blonde would smile back before accepting the handshake. "I'm glad you agree." She said in a cheerful manner. While she was able to relax on Luna, the Bluenette would whisper something to the waitress that Chloe could not hear. While it seems that they could agree on sharing the table, the blonde would perhaps remain on guard.
But for now, the former commissioner would be happy that she has gotten a good outcome. "Ah yes, Miss Loclear. And a good way to start off on the right foot." She turned her head to face the Bluenette. Now would perhaps be a good idea to ask her questions. Of course, don't interrogate the woman. That wouldn't make things better. "I was pleasantly surprised when i saw your last name because I have heard that name before in passing. I suppose you're related to a Miss Natasha Loclear?"

Re: A Table for Two (for Daaharu)
Chloe seemed positively loathe to engage in an arm wrestling match. Well, Luna was teasing with the offer, to begin with, but the blonde's reluctance to even entertain it as a joke caught Luna's attention. With the armistice between them, it might not result in anything of import, as they shook hands and agreed to an impromptu date for the evening. Still, it was an amusing thing to think about as the two of them got down to the business of getting to know each other.
Like Luna, Chloe had clearly noted the name on the bluenette's reservation, so they had no need for formal introductions. Good. Luna enjoyed the efficiency. "Why, yes, Miss Mason. Natasha is my darling cousin, the one who suggested ICON Shibumi and this particular table to me. She's quite the proficient fighter, as I'm sure you know, and one of AFW's most decorated champions, to boot." Luna paused, then smiled again. "I do suppose you are familiar with the world of wrestling if you know my cousin. Judging by your legs..." Luna craned her neck to the side, observing the whole length of Chloe's leg, poking out from the slit in her dress.
"Judging by your legs, you're no mere fan, either. Not a bad physique you have under all that crimson glitter, Miss Mason."

Re: A Table for Two (for Daaharu)
More so as she's not in the mood, Chloe opted for something better. Especially as she just met the woman. It was interesting however and Chloe made a mental note about it. What's more important is getting to know the Bluenette sitting across the table that they now share.
Chloe van appreciate meetings going efficiently so considering she already knew the Loclear name, time can be put to more important questions. Both having seen the names on their printed reservations, they both got straight to business. Chloe listened intently, while her right leg bounced a little as they cross. Luna confirming her suspicions. She is the cousin of Natasha. Interesting. And the one that suggested this establishment. A woman of great taste.
"I am familiar, yes....very familiar, since it runs in the family." Being familiar with the world of wrestling would be a massive understatement for Chloe in particular. Although it isn't for what Luna might be expecting. The Bluenette's attention soon turns to something that brought a bigger smile in Chloe: her legs. She certainly doesn't mind an admirer.
"You have a good eye, don't you?" Looking at Luna's eyes as she observes. "I do find myself stepping inside of the squared circle myself a few times. I may not be as decorated as your cousin..." Yet. Hopefully. Though that's neither here nor there. "...I like to believe I'm pretty good in the ring. Although..." Chloe paused as she herself decided to observe Luna's own strong set of legs. "...For someone with an impressive physique...I'm curious as to why I don't see you in the AFW ring like your cousin "

Re: A Table for Two (for Daaharu)
Luna didn't ever bother to hide where her eyes traveled, her lips pursed in a casual, friendly smile as her eyes explored those long legs. They would get to Chloe's cleavage eventually, but it was clear from the way the blonde was seated what she wanted Luna to be looking at, so the bluenette gladly obliged, and maybe, unconsciously, she even mirrored the golden-haired girl as they spoke.
"You see, my hunches are never wrong," Luna would say, as her eyes would finally come up to meet Chloe's—just in time for the blonde's to break off and begin traveling down Luna's body, exchanging an ogle for an ogle. "Few wrestlers are as decorated as Natasha, that much is true. Though my dear cousin does have her weak points, nonetheless...!" Luna, of course, had had a lifetime to find them. She wouldn't give them away for free—she owed her cousin and newly-minted friend that much—and Chloe gave her a question to answer that would prove a well-timed diversion shortly thereafter.
"The answer, quite simply, is that I have no interest in stepping into the ring again at this moment," Luna would explain. "I came to Japan for other reasons. But of course, just because I don't spend much time in the ring, doesn't mean I don't spend time wrestling..." She would push her leg out a little bit more and turn it, letting Chloe see it in motion, see the muscles moving subtly under the skin.
